Great place! The people there were really nice, funny, and awesome! Ordered the seafood mac and was delicious! They also informed us about Aransas Beach when we were planning to go to Rockport Beach. Though we were hesitant, we first visited Rockport Beach. That beach was pretty nice. Enjoyed it, but we also visited Aransas Beach which was about 20~30min from Rockport, was definitely not disappointed. The person (i think the manager) at Chesapeake said Aransas was much better than Rockport, and it sure was. The ferry to get across to Aransas was pretty cool and it was like a small homey tropical getaway at Aransas bay! The beach was great and had bigger waves. And the sight was night. Overall, Chesapeake Eats was a good choice and would go again if i do have a chance to visit Rockport!

This place is outstanding! Nice to have another high-end option in Rockport. Much needed! Service was great. The owner even came by at the end of the meal and provided a few tastes of some very special bourbons. That was above and beyond. Much appreciated and hope to be back again soon.

Creativity in cocktails. More than delicious, same goes for bar food. Very different, interesting,but outrageously irresistible! Staff were like fsmiky. The team work wad smazing. One would start a drink order and without speaking another would finish without a word spoken

Boiled shrimp was not fresh, the tails were black . The drink tasted strange possibly from a mildew problem in the ice machine or soda hose. The wait staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was nice. Will have to try again.

Delicious, Healthy & Welcoming! Loved the bourbons! Really enjoyed the wood roasted beet salad, grilled calamari and flashed Brussels sprouts. Warm environment, very welcoming and informed staff

Great food, cocktail menu and micorbrew taps. I agree with another reviewer that its nice to have another high end place in Rockport. Well done guys. BTW, have the brussel sprouts.

The food was amazing but there was something in my water and a big dead roach on the floor right by our table. The service was okay... not bad but not great. Food was amazing.

Had a crab cake and steak and both were excellent. Staff was friendly and polite. The place looked neat and clean. I would definitely eat there again if I return to the area.
