Down hill, like others said. Now, every time I order a gyro with extra meat they give me the same amount and charge me extra. Like Im too damn stupid to count their dried out meat patties. They screw up your order 50% of the time, so expect some attitude and to not have all your food at once, you know, like you ordered it. The older woman who takes orders doesnt know how to speak to people. Dont work with people if you have no patience and you cant act decent. The younger girls are all starting to get the same damn attitude. Lately the food shows up cold as hell so make sure you have a microwave ready. Nothing better than reheating food you paid for fresh. I decided to make tacos today instead. I noticed that every time I think about eating out now, I usually just break down and cook. Not worth the convenience if the food is trash and its a huge inconvenience. Same pizza and pasta ya can get all over town. The only crap you can get in this town. Enjoy. Hey, I wonder why every place that I said would go out of business, for these same reasons, went out of business. This place better step up its game. Peo ple thathere hthingave no taste, but there is a McDonalds just down the road for them, so this place is really gambling for some losses. UPDATE! They have increased their minimum delivery to ten dollars. They obviously think it is wtheyorth it. Wrong. I will admit that I havent been giving the delivery people as much of a tip lately, considering that I have been ripped off repeatedly, had the wrong things delivered, or delivered late, after I called and asked politely where were the things that I ordered, and recieved some major attitude, like it was my fault. I guess I didnt repeat myself enough. It was still written on the charge slip and I still had to pay for it. Hmmmm. So because the gyro used to have 8 pieces of meat regularly, until I ordered extra meat too many times. Now regular has 6 pieces, and extra meat has eight, unless they just put in six and charge me for extra like they did so many times. So ten dollars is steep when the food I order is a gamble too. Romeos is 10 dollar minimum order. But they always get the order right, it is warm and fresh, and I have never heard them give me a pricky attitude. I also have never been ripped off or charged for things I never got. So they get tipped well. My advice, get all your change back from a delivery from OIP. Every cent, no tip. If you deliver for OIP, find a different job. Ive asked if they were busy, how long it would be. How, when its not busy, do you deliver a pizza a few blocks and its co ld? Enjoy the garbage fest. Guess what, even if you are rich, money is valuable. So maybe this place is just not worth it. OIP, I would like to leave a personal message for all the nasty tones and talking to me like I am the moron, when you screw up the orders. I was polite, now I say "Go to hell." I wanna use much stronger language here, but out of politeness for others, I wont. If you were on fire I woudnt **** on you to put you out. I think you people know who Im talking about, unless its you. To the others, get them fired. Your jobs just might depend on it.

This Pizzeria has gone DOWN HILL. I ordered a large pie on Friday (9-2-16). Took OVER an hour to get here. Was COLD, over cooked, dried out pepperoni, and burnt on the bottom and crust. When I called to complain, they gave me an attitude, as if it was my problem, too bad, tough s***. No apology for a bad pizza. " Im sorry " would have been nice. But no. Bring it back and well give you a new one. Yah, like I want to sit there for an hour an get another piece of crap pizza. There are plenty of other Pizzerias around. I give this place ONE STAR. Because the dictionary defines a "star" as a "Mass of Gas in Space". And that about covers it.

Can I give them -1 ⭐? We were visiting from out of state and I ordered from the menu in the phone book, not realizing that this OIP was over an hour away round trip. When I realized how far it was I called to cancel the order. Instead of being understanding, they were guilt tripping me and continued to harass me on my phone!

OIP in Berwick. I must say that I was very disappointed, and I wont be returning. The food was really good, but the way they talk about customers made me angry. They were also very unfriendly. It made for a very uncomfortable experience.

Great family restaurant, two dining areas, awesome lunch buffet, quick service, great for carry out or dine in. Casual, comfortable and clean. One of my favorite local places. BEST pizza in town!

Good food, quick delivery. My only gripe is that they make their own bread, which is good for meals but is also used for subs. Not impressed with that. Would like a nice stake roll/ Hogie bun.

The buffet food was all empty and all of the pizzas were cold very dissatisfied and then went to use the bathroom and their toilet was leaking all over the floor.
