Qdoba charges a bit more than Chipotle, for the same basic food yet without (to my knowledge) Chipotles commitment to local, non-GMO, responsibly-sourced ingredients. The person who helped me was in training and went out of his way to provide great service. He served up some rice and when I asked to more he went to the kitchen to get some. I was disappointed when the staff member threw away the tortilla and rice they were already preparing for me. It was wasteful and unnecessary. I was fine with the existing tortilla -- it would hardly have cooled down over the course of a minute. Hopefully this isnt their policy, and if it isnt hopefully they will train their staff appropriately.

I really loved coming in for my chips n queso, my salads and burritos but I have noticed that lately the floors is so dirty and so are the tables and windows. So dusty, I dont know what is going on with qdobas lately. Its one of the restaurants I used to love eating at, it looked like you guys had a professional company cleaning but now your restaurants look really dirty. It reminds me of Jack in the box, food is still good but when you go inside to eat I feel disgusted to even put the food on my table or even eat it by how dirty the reataurant is, So tonight I had to take the food home, how sad is that!

First of all, if you want to compare this to chipotle, dont do it. The burritos from chipotle will always beat the burrito from Qdoba. But Qdoba offers more healthy options, and their taco salad is amazing. Ive always walks into this Qdoba and enjoyed eating here and ordering. The staff is always friendly, and they always asked me for everything I want. They are pretty quick with making the food, and are decently generous with the food. The food is definitely healthy, and it is nice to know they have good options for healthier eating. The food is delicious and fresh. I love Qdobas. I do recommend.

We came here weekly for more than a year. Then my wife got violently ill and then again after eating her leftovers. At first the company was wildly responsive and surprised me with their generous off of free food to encourage us to return as customers. But, when we attended, the couldnt find record of such an offer and said they never would have made such an offer. The experience was awkward and my wife doesnt want to go back.

Food good but WATCH OUT. Youll think you in a Food Bazaar. The person building my burrito kept trying to up sell me on added ingredients and entrees. I had to just about force her to whip up some more basic ingredients because they ran out which really meant she had to turn around and ask the cook to work. CHIPOTLEs, just as good, a better experience, less expensive and literally no haggling.

Hey. You want some overpriced horrible food? You want to spend $40 and get burnt brisket, a stale taco and some super gross nachos? Then head on down to Qdoba! But in all seriousness this place is awful. They even forgot half our order and tried to argue with us about it. If you are even thinking of getting food from here, run away. Far far away.

I love Qdobas eateries, their food is always tasty but this particular location is extremely frustration. Twice now I have been to this location after their posted opening hours listed both on the web and on the door as 10:30 and the door has been locked and the restaurant dark. It is 5 till 11 now and Ive still not seen a soul.

I went to the store in the u district order a breato bowl went home had 3 bits and bit into someones red gum. Went back the manager told me that did come form here and no refunds with one of his employees standing right behind him chewing gum smiling at me I have never been so discussed in my life I hope I dont get sick

To me, Qdoba, Taco Del Mar, Baja Fresh, Chipotle, theyre all the same. Mission Style Burritos. Flavors are pretty much similar. Cant say thats bad, but its kinda a level playing board. There isnt an restaurant I wont go to because they are all the same in my eyes.

Just your typical Qdoba. Nothing really stands out, which is the same reason why I cant justify 5 stars. The location is nice because you dont get the extra surcharges from the mall (located across the street), and it gives you a slight break from the busy mall.

The rice to everything else ratio is awful at THIS location specifically. Have been to many Qdoba aside from this one and have had a generally positive experience. The food was adequate and the store was clean, but the service and portions were both bad.

Good food, fair prices. Personally, I go to Chipotle when I have a craving for something like this, but the folks here are nice and quick with your order. Qdoba also has a bit more flexibility in ordering. They make it a close race.

For fast Mexican food, it is rather good. And, depending on your choices, seems to be rather healthy. The ingredients see very fresh and the employees seem to be patient with customers slowly going through their choices.

Always good food. Typically fast. Service is good as well. The beverage station is rather tight quarters. Would be nice to have another area for tea, frequently a pile up of customers at lunch in this little area.

Ive come to prefer Qdoba to Chipotle, partly for the extra variety, partly for the queso dip. The employees here seem harried, and the tables are usually dirty, but the food is always good.
