My boyfriend took me here for my birthday... Everything looked nice and clean. We requested a booth and the staff happily lead us to the back of the restaurant which was quiet until another family was seated beside os with a screaming baby... So annoying!! Our waitress was short and a little rude. Granted she looked about 6 months pregnant, but thats no excuse to not comb your hair. She had a little ponytail on top of her head with the back of her hair coming out the rubberband cause her hair wasnt long enough. What prompt me to write this way about her is because she was bothered that I asked what is the difference in the salads and my boyfriend wasnt listening and asked the same question I did. She smacked her lips and exhaled very loudly, and laughed like we came in to bother her. Well she was tipped $3 only because she was pregnant and I felt sorry for her. Find another job sweety and get off those feet. :)

Me and a buddy went out there to eat, service was ok until i found a hair on my crab legs, asked for the manager, he gave his apologies, then he had seen our plate and said "well looks like your almost done, would you like for me to bring another crab out?, but it was clear that my mashed potatoes and shrimp wasnt yet finished, so i asked if he could replace the plate because i didnt feel comfortable eating out that plate, he said yes.....came back and only replaced the crab.. He brought some stuff back after i told him why only crab..... Not even a discount. This has happened to me years ago, but found a fly instead in my tortia chips at chilies, claimed it, manager let us get whatever we we were going to order for free. I feel like We got nothing but poor saticfation.

New resident of Duncanville and my first experience at this particular Red Lobster was not classy...no where near. I sat at the bar and the bar tender complained about her job and co-workers the entire time. Ill give them another chance on another day I thought to myself. Second time at this location was about the same...not pleasant. Please give me a bar tender who enjoys making drinks and her job. Not once has she EVER made me a drink. Someone else always had to because she was always too busy complaining about how hard she was working and how long her hour were. Ive always enjoyed my visits to Olive Garden right next door. It appears training is in order at this location.

thats right....again. Shame on me I guess. I only go for one dish and its been that way for years...since I was a kid. The Lobster Alfredo (or Crab). I loved it. Afew years ago, I got ill after eating something there. Stomach virus/food poisoning. For the next 3-4 days I was suffering the effects. This last time, Friday March 19 was it! I ordered my usual along with some stuffed mushrooms. Withing a few hours I was in bed suffering with all the symptoms of food poisoning again. My wife had a similar case, too. We are done! No more.

The pasta I had was the worst Ive had ever. There is no excuse even if the meal is ordered at the end of lunch hour. Red Lobster is supposed to be a reputable restaurant with high quality food and service. With that being said our waitress was nice but she didnt return with our request for additional condiments until 10 minutes later. Another waiter had to get her for us. We were never offered refills on our drinks. This Red Lobster restaurant was not busy during our visit.

We were told there would be s 30 minute wait, it was over an hour before we were seated! The restaurant had lots of empty tables, but still the wait. The hostess was rude and at one point, told the manager that our group had left, in spite of the fact that we were standing in front of her! Once we were finally seated, we had a great server and the food was good. Serious problems with the hostess area if this restaurant!

Took 20 min to get our drinks. Then we got our food and no one refilled our drinks. Asked for some sauce and Lime and didnt get it until after I finished my food. The manager brought the check that was 3 plates of food for $80. They charged me for refills I did not get. Then the manager went inside the kitchen with my credit card and came back with a Togo drink. Definitely wont be back.

Wait staff was friendly and on point. My lobster bisque soup took a seriously long time. Waiter apologized profusely. Then when it came it was sans lobster. LOL. Waited all that time and the lobster was absent as well as the taste was weird and salty. Salad was fast food quality. If it werent for the cheddar biscuits the whole visit would have been bad.

I was so mad when i was waiting and a customer that was waiting to be seated came up to the bar they walk over and het if she needed help and ny that time i was waiting for 45 min that was poir customer service but when tp guy walk on react to them to many people not enough customer service on getting customer taken care of

Well, its always crowded, the food is okay, but a Lobster Bake is not what this place serves, at all. Go to Maine and figure it out. I would not waste my money, but I was treated. Most of the wait staff are excellent, so if you are craving some Not Lobster Bake, the wait staff make the visit worth the overpriced seafood.

Im usually not real impressed with Red Lobster but last Monday, we went with a large group of friends and it was actually the best meal Ive ever had there. I ordered the the grilled Rainbow Trout and it was great. Service was extremely good considering we had 23 people in our group.

Came to this location and did not expect to het the service we got. Our waitress was amazing. I jave never been waited on like she did. She deserves a raise. I cant remember her name tho.y husband forgot our left overs on the table and she ran after him to make sure we took them.

Food was good... had shrimp tacos... margarita was sub-par - very salty. They werent very busy but it took 20 minutes to get our food. Our server was friendly but service was slow. Decor needs to be updated to the 21st century... typical for places like this.

My first review ever. My wife and I split 2 appetizers had a salad each and our entrees. The food all tasted awesome. Good service from waitress manager even took finished plates. Overall great experience especially since it was somewhat busy Sunday afternoon!

Went here for the first time ever, and I cant say how good the food was. Service was ok, only because it took a while to be asked what we wanted to drink but it was packed, so what can I say. Fries were super salty by the way. Going back tomorrow, cant wait.

Not as good as in the past and server was not listening to me .Order was simple and was wrong. Order was not top dollar so she must have though not a big tip. A shame, has been a good place in the past. Up late last night with heart burn.
