This place is horrible, bad experience. I went on a Wednesday evening. I placed my order in person in or around 6PM I was advised that my order would taken about 35 to 45 minutes. There was no one in front of me that was placing any orders. I waited till 6:55 PM to ask about my order. The service counter person stated that my order was lost and that I had to wait 45 to 55 minutes to get my order by this time the place had gotten busy. Customers were argueing with the wing stop employes about their orders being incorrect. I have never had such a bad experience anywhere. Wing Stop management and COE need to to get involved. This a out of control establishment that are being runned by incompetent employees. Employees were very standoffish with customers after they have taken customers money. DO NOT GO, DO NOT GO, DO OT GO horrible place.

Yet another argument with management over whether they can mix flavors. In South Carolina "Teri-Hot" is a very popular flavor so my simple request was to mix teriyaki and hot, their reply is they cant, even though Ive called corporate and theyve ensured me their training material states they can at customers request. What they are NOT allowed to do is create and advertise a new flavor, say "Northridge Famous Hot Sauce", and then a customer goes to TX and orders said sauce and the location has no idea what to make. Learn the difference Wing Stop. When you do, give me a call and Ill return to your establishment.

Customer service is Horrible! Bunch of kids who dont know what theyre doing or how to greet customers. Sanya some girl in the front who seemed to be the manager or was acting like it was horrible. She had her head so far up her butt thinking she knew everything that she doesnt even bother listening to a customers request. She complete dismissed anything my husband and I asked for as if we havent ordered here or at other Wingstops before. CUSTOMERS SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!!!!

Good place to get your wing fix. They have a good variety of sauces and seasonings so you will most likely find a flavor you like. My favorites are the lemon pepper or the atomic if Im feeling dangerous. If you are like me and can handle a lot of heat though the cajun may not satisfy your spice level. The fries on the other hand are really good!

Okay so Ive been coming here since they opened and about a month ago their wings got tiny. They went from been normal size buffalo wings to kid size wings. I mean its a joke how small they are. Last time Ill ever go there again. Oh plus they raised the price also, go figure. They lost a customer. Time to go back to buffalo wild wings

After being a loyal BWW buyer for a long time, i decided to try out wingstop. I can honestly say it was God awful. Fries taste extremely sweet and after I paid .89 for ranch (which BWW gives for free), the cashier didnt even put it inside my bag. Youre better off going to BWW.

The food is good..service is horrible three times Ive ordered online and I always end up with something missing for my order..its ridiculous that I have to drive back and get what Im missing and to even let them know Im always put on hold..just go to bww better service there

This place is awesome. There are a lot of combo deals to decide from and the amount of flavorful wings is pretty big. Plus its much better than buffalo wild wings. Highly recommend. Ive never had a bad experience. Except with my stomach burning alive from the atomic.

This one sucks! They hardly add any seasoning/sauce to the wings and fries even after you ask for extra. Only reason Im giving 2 stars is because its around the corner. You want a good wing stop go to the one on De Soto and Vanowen their wings drip with sauce.

Wingstop is okay. They kids that work there try very hard to do a good job. and yet I am almost always disappointed when I go there. I usually order online well in advance of my arrival and without fail it always takes a long time. Not a fan.

Frys undercooked and smaller portion than the wingstop on Reseda near the orange line. Will never return, Ill go to the one where they take pride in their work. On Reseda a little north of Oxnard, next to orange line
