Employees are horrible and rude. They dont care about service. I only come here because the burritos are inexpensive and I like them. After years of coming here weekly I think Ive had enough of their attitude. Going down the street to Tonys Burrito House where i only have to deal with one rude worker. On todays visit I was the only person there. I ordered papas con chorizo burrito. After 10 minutes of waiting I noticed the employees were just standing there talking and not doing anything. I figured they had forgotten my burrito so I asked if it was ready. Employee stated "No" with no further explanation. They continued standing and talking and obviously not busy. I asked her how much longer would it be ready and she started " I dont know". She just stared at me and appeared confused so i asked her "you do know that i ordered a burrito"? Employee stated "Yes" and didnt even bother to check on my order. I just walked away and went back to my table. Several minutes later another employee who appeared indifferent nonchalantly told me the order was ready. Not even a smile with the service but what else can you expect.

Food was good but cashier clearly spoke English yet only spoke Spanish to me then looked at me like I was doing something wrong when in the very end she slipped an I said sorry I dont understand where she spoke perfect English and then went right back to Spanish April is a racist p.o.s. if you dont like the language dont live here in the US better yet Ill help you out calling border patrol next...

Used to be great food and service but now Its just been downhill on their menudo. A lot if grease chunks floating on top plus they refuse to sell you extra bread for your menudo. They are a restaurant for crying out loud they should always have enough bread to sell. Never coming back to this location, I rather go 2 mins out of the way and go to the Zaragoza location. Way better service and food.

La verdad es que estaban muy buenas las gorditas, s sta ultima ves que fui la barbacoa estaba muy seca, nada comparado a lo de antes, espero mejoren.

Food is good but cashiers and attendants do not speak English. Also, make sure speak up because the cashier will assume the order instead of verifying the information. I got beans and when I told them I did not want them, the lady got upset and said it was my fault and almost refused to correct it.

This is something that you really want to try while being in El Paso TX, and if you live there, it might be your every weekend food. Anything in the menu is awesome, and the prices are great as well. Service is on point too, love this place. Yes.... its Good!
