I called to inquire about a certain product that I could not find at any local stores. Keith, the manager, was extremely pleasant and helpful. He was familiar with the product and knew that it was supposed to be coming to the store soon. He asked me to hold while he checked personally. The product had arrived, and he told me the aisle number and shelf on which I could find it. He also told me of the different varieties available from the same company. Then he gave me directions to the store. I was amazed at the excellent customer service, and am making Publix at Cooper City my "go to" store for everything on my shopping list!

Plan at least 25- 30 mins extra if grabbing something from the deli. They do have employees working & doing their best, but seems couple of them are designated to strictly working on online orders, leaving in-store customers waiting. Also not helpful are customers grabbing tickets, leaving, then coming back after their number has been called. Maybe employees shouldnt take numbers that are way past the number theyre currently working on?

This Publix is OK, been coming here since I first got to Pembroke Pines. The most aggravating part is the bakery. At first the cakes were beautiful, now its like they dont care and look at you funny when you dont have the order on the top of your head. Nowadays the cakes look not that great so I took my business to the Publix on Stirling and Flamingo. Other than that its fine here.

This morning I asked a lady at bakery for a loaf of fresh bread I saw behind the counter. She told me that I should take a loaf from the shelf, after I pointed to her that this was a stale bread from yesterday, she just said "is good" and refused to give me what I asked for. THANKS FOR A GREAT COSTUMER SERVICE PUBLIX!!!

Ive been going to this location since it was open. Use to be great! Last time I went in the morning the shelves were empty and had not been stocked the night before. Store is under new management not sure I like it too much anymore. Nothing more aggravating then going to a store and the shelves bring empty.

I love publix, I make all my meals, all my purchqases, I am literally visit one of them in South Fl. But this is the worse publix supermarket in the US, I have a lot negative incidents, but in general the Costumers Service, the Managers, the employees, I do not understand what is going on in this place. !!!

Publix has the best custumer service ever. When one cant locate an article. Any employee you ask will leave whatever he or she was doing to take you to the location. Thats Publixs courtesy. I think a lot of schools that are teaching customer service should take their students to get a hands on training

Clean and fully stocked even as soon as they open in the mornings. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Checkout is quick and courteous. Sale prices are nearly equal to or better than the competition. This store is a pleasure to shop at. Even their website is better than the competition.

Publix doesnt allow their employees to accept tips. This causes downward pressure on wages and cheapens the value of labor. Ive seen other customers try to give baggers tips and the baggers immediately have a fearful look because Publix will fire them and rehire someone else for cheaper.

Waiting to be helped at the deli, a line of 10 people. 6 employees in the deli standing around talking. Worst customer service. Only 1 person making sandwiches. The commercials are laughable. The customer service was at an all time low. Acted like we were bothering them.
