We are qdoba lovers through and through. We just moved a few weeks ago, and had been weekly customers at the Muskegon michigan location and loved it. This is the closest one to our new home and we were disappointed. Portion size was about half what we were used to, some of the ingredients in our meal were touched with hands rather than utensils, and it was prepared poorly (a burrito had much sour cream, guac, and salsa all over the outside). We will continue to be qdoba customers, but probably not at this location).

I loved Qdoba before but hadnt been in years. I went to this location and decided to get my usual chicken burrito. And they gave me the smallest scoop of chicken. Im like are you serious? Is that really all the chicken i get? They said it would extra for more meat. Seriously i can get more meat at Taco Bell for less money. Qdoba has gotten cheap and stingy with their meat. Will not be going back again. I recommend Chipotle instead.

I can safely say that I am a well-informed individual when it comes to Qdoba. Qdoba is my life. I am at Qdoba more than I am at my job or home. It is ruining my life. I have no money to pay for my house or child support. Not paying my ex-wife child support has landed me in jail 8 times. I still keep going back. I have no life outside Qdoba. Qdoba is love. Qdoba is life. I guess the food and service are alright.

Management is horrible, food is used again and again until it is gone, the "Tequila Lime Chicken" is chicken with a white powdery substance added to it to make it "taste" like that. Produce is not washed , employees regularly do not wash their hands.

Ive always been pleased with speed and quality of service at this Qdoba. I always order vegetarian options here and the portions have always been satisfactory.

I did a 180 and walked out within 30 seconds of walking in and seeing the menu. Since when did industrially produced tacos cost $9 per plate?
