Muy desagradable estubimos 4 adultos los cuatro pedimos carne, de tomar pedimos cafe pues estaba nublado, nos lo sirvieron pero no nos dieron cucharitas se las pedimos 1 ves cada uno pero nunca las llevaron uno de nosotro se paro y fue por ellas, despues nos sirvieron nuestras carnes orrorosas creo que la suela de mis botas esta las blandita, los huvos estrellados todos reventados, pedimos salsa para la carne, tapatio para los huevos, salsa de tomate para las papas y nos llevaron todas las salsas cuando los huevos ya estaban mas frios que las nalgas del muerto, nononono no vuelbo mas. Luego se quejan que la gente no les deja propinas, con ese servicio nunca.

Generous portions; bring a container to wrap-up what you cant eat. I come for their breakfast deals & I like to watch the cook prepare my food. The grill is visible from the counter table, so you know the cook cant spit on your food when you complain the steak is under cooked. Most places, you cant see the cooking area, so you really dont know whats going on when your food is prepared. Theres often a waiting list for the next available table, which reflects the quality & $$ of menu items. The most I wait is 10 minutes, unless its a holiday like Mothers day, which can be 20 minutes wait. Negative reviews are from competing restaurants who cant match quality &/or $$ of Norms. If what they say is true, why is it always packed with so many diners? All these people enjoy lousy food & dirty restrooms? I didnt give 5-star because its an inconvenience to wait for the next available table, but in the end, its worth the wait.

I never rate anything but this place deserves it. We sat at the counter and waited to be acknowledged for 5min. When the waitress finally showed up, she quickly got our order n left, never asked to get our drinks so we sat there for half the time with no drinks. The host calls people in to be seated and tells them "theres a booth in the back", thats it!! They have to go n find this booth themselves. When I got my food (chilaquiles) the tortillas were hard as a rock n there was a hair in them. Im never coming back. Ive had bad experiences with this place before but my husband likes it (i dunno why) but NEVER again.

This Norms is the most disgusting place ever ! Starting from both Managers Ramon and Elvira. Not always have the best positive vibes. The few times that I walked in that restraint location, nothing but dirty looks by Elvira, and some of the waiters. I stopped going do to the fact that it felt like I was never welcomed in there. THEY NEED TO FIX THERE MANAGEMENT TEAM! Im a manager for chipotle and I dont even act like that with any guest that come into my location !! Norms Coorparte please fix this! Im pretty sure this aint the first time, anyones ever mad a complaint about the managers and there bad customer service

I was here very early in the morning I simply like my food how I like it I am paying for it and this place put mayo on my brother fried chicken sandwich my brother hates mayo he had made it clear to the waiter NO MAYO and the waiter quickly remembered when was told sandwich had mayo took the sandwich brought it back and there was still mayo all over the chicken the cooks simply swapped the bun and sent it back to the table my brother told them to just cancel his order we had to stop elsewhere for his sandwich

I usually go to the norms in Downey where the service is excellent, but today I came with friends and family. Let me tell you the service is horrible. I came in at 430 and its 518 and I still have not got my food. It took 30mins for our soups and salads to arrived, but only because I had spoken the manager on duty, who quickly got our soups and salads. I ended up getting my food almost an hour later! The bus boy Leonel was more helpful than the actual server. Never coming here again.

I walked into Norms I seen a big line I expected to wait for a very long time only waiting 10 to 15 minutes the most service was excellent thanks to the service of Maria .m and the managers Ramon we had a very great experience on my birthday I will recommend people to come here if your experience wasnt the best the first time give it a second chance this is the first time coming here and I really really enjoyed the service the food was excellent great I will come again Thanks again

Es un lugar para comer accesible al bolsillo solo que fines de semana por la mañana siempre esta super lleno y tienes que esperar alrededor de 15 a 20 minutos para que te den una mesa, para una pareja la barra es una exelente opción.

The food here was terrible! I dont know what kinda soup they had but it was yuck af! It looked like gumbo at first but it had some kind of balled up meat in it, it made me think of dog food. Which i think a dog probably wouldnt have touched the food they served us. The Salad was watery. Steak and shrimp were overcooked and dry. Potatoes were cold. ended up sending the food back and payed $10 for 2 salads, soups and drinks.

My whole families favorite place to celebrate anything!! The prices are great! My mom & I go to norms one day outta the week to have breakfast & we sit on the counter watching the cooks make our breakfast! Its fun, cheerful, friendly, & professional place to be at! One night outta the week we go as a family at night to eat dinner & same response from the morning staff! Wish I worked there!! The food is just delicious!!

The food was not as great as the television ads. Ordered steak and eggs, the eggs were cold as well has the hash browns. The service was great but the wait time was over 20 minutes till a waiter came over the table. There is room for improvement and the staff must know as how to place cutleries at a table. Overall there is nothing much to pen about the food. It was just normal, they must come up with a signature dish.

I was very dissatisfied in this place. Very dirty dishes all the over place. They fail to clean the tables and they keep people waiting for a while. Food was not good compare to other Norms I been to many trust me. The only good thing was my server Eric he was excellent. Do not go here it is dirty place. The health department needs to be called out here. This was after 11 p.m. let me make that clear.
