Worst dining experience in a very long time!!!!!Worst service from a staff ever on 2 different occasions.!!!! My wife and I purchased a Living Social coupon for this place and came in on a Saturday night,(our fault for not reading the fine print)....We were told by our service that it was only good Sun-Thurs but she would check to see if we could use it because they had allowed another customer to do so. She came back and said no. I told her that we would come back on another night. Dissapointed because we live in The Colony and would have preferred to drive home on a full stomach. We decided to give it another shot a week later on a Thursady night to be told when we arrived my our server that they didnt accept Living Single coupons. Now Im really pissed!!!!!!!!!:(((?????WTH????I asked for the Mgr and the server became more & more rude to us. She told us that there was no Mgr. there and I went to the kitchen window to be told that the Mgr. was a gentleman who was also a server. I shared with him what had happened to us on both occasions and he assured me that he would accept the coupon. I went back to the table and waited 15-20 minutes and realized that we were not being served. I noticed that the first server was on the phone speaking with someone and was very animated.. I went back and asked him why hadnt we been served and he said that the owner said that we couldnt use the coupon. I guess that was who the first rude Asian server was on the phone with. WHAT A CLUSTER.... NEVER GOT A CHANCE TO EAT AND NEVER WILL. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!AND HAD TO DRIVE TO THE COLONY ONCE AGAIN ON AN EMPTY STOMACH.THE NEXT TIME I ENTER THIS BUILDING IT WONT BE CALLED CRAB & CLAW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We were so excited to try this place and after reading the reviews, we knew It was going to be a great experience. Well, it was an experience, but not a good one. The tables were so filthy that the grease from the previous customers leaked through the new paper put on the table and the floors were so sticky that my daughter in laws flip flops stuck to them and broke. When We told the manager/owner, he laughed. She was not amused. We ordered crawfish, shrimp, calamari, gumbo, crabcakes and catfish. We were told they didnt serve catfish anymore but had another fish. Not the same. Everything was tiny. The shrimp was the size of my pinkie and overcooked, the crabcakes were undercooked and quarter sized and the calamari was chewy and bland. No lemons served with....no hot sauces or dipping sauces. The waitress was wonderful. If they would steam clean the floors (it reminded me of a movie theater floor) and clean the tables between customers, it might be better. The crawfish were a small to medium sized and extremely hot and spicy...maybe too spicy. We wont be back.....

So, Cindy was our waitress. This was our first time and we had a Groupon. We ordered, catfish, fried pickles, fries, crablegs, sausage, and wings. So, the catfish was good and hot but small. Our first round of fried pickles came burnt and even the manager was like WOW!!!! The second was a little better but chewy. Our fries (i kid you not) came out basically at the end of our meal and reasoning was "there kitchen was backed up" , even though I know they forgot. All the other food was gone by the time they arrived and they still charged us for them. Crablegs and sausage was actually pretty good, we got the BANG sauce which was pretty good, but the crab did not appear and taste fresh. The wings were also in the BANG sauce which werent crispy so the seasoning didnt stick, but still quite delicious. I think they had one server for the whole restaurant which required us to track and eye someone down every time we needed someone.

Just ate an entire #4 boiled seafood combo with my fiance and LOVED IT. It had a full set of snow crab legs, tons of (full body) jumbo shrimp and probably a whole link of sausage. We ordered it "bag style" which came out in a big clear bag that was sat right on top of our butcher paper-lined table top. You can order it "plate style" too but I didnt see any examples on other diners tables. There were choices of sauce and our garlic and lemon pepper choice turned out SO good with plenty at the bottom of the bag to dip in. French fries came with our combo and they were double battered and delicious. The other best part was the $0.99 any bottled beer special going on right now. We will be back to get another bag and back another time to try the fried options.

As someone who adores food, and because my previous culinary background, Crab and Claw exceeded my expectations. My initial eating of Crab and Claw was per my MaMa. She ordered and delivered to me a big clear bag red tinted crayfish and shrimp, half-pound. One word--Delicious! I lived! The seafood feast was in full effect, with full on flavour. What makes it even better is that the seafood was cooked to perfection. My first encounter was a deal sealer. I am hooked--pun intended. Moreover, the seafood kitchen is local, so no driving outbound to enjoy half-ass attempts at outstanding seafood.

Nice place with comparable prices for seafood. Service: excellent. Quick seating, very attentive, great menu knowledge and asked about the fish (whether or not it was done to my satisfaction) as it was served. Location: very easy, on and out. NE corner of Trinity Mills and Kelly. Food: cooked properly on the second attempt. First attempt was undercooked. I had the Fried Catfish and Cajun Fries. Both were well flavored and not too salty. Price: average for seafood. Your meal will cost around $20 for one entree with a non-alcohol drink. Currently - Coke products. Overall: A good meal choice

We had a number for I believe with crabs shrimp and sausage , in the garlic butter sauce . It was wonderful , just the right amount of spice plenty of food for two people even leftovers to take home. The hush puppies I felt were a bit overpriced five hush puppies for three dollars but they were tasty . Overall an excellent value good food great service . Our server, Julio, very knowledgeable in the food prep and a great service person . we will be making a return trip .

This seafood place is in South Dallas for those buying off Groupon and didnt know like I didnt know. I gave a 3 because the customer service was good. I have had better crab legs especially from the Crab & Claw in Carrollton! The crabs didnt taste fresh and we had to ask for the basic essential stuff like gloves, apron etc. the potatoes are very small but the corn and shrimp is good. I wont be coming back just because I have had way better options

Well due to the fact that we arent Texas natives. We were excited to dine at this establishment. But after sitting for over and hour waiting for food. That excitement left. There was no tramwork. There was this young black waiter doing it all. Our food sat in the window as the Orenital waiter walked past it several times, walked past our tables several times. Never not once acknowledging us. Over all horriable and very slow service. Food was ok.

Terrible experience.... the crab we received was microwaved in a bag then set on our table. No plates just a bag and bucket and scissors on the paper covered table... We sent it back and exchanged it for something that should have been simple but our fried shrimp came out shaped like Ts... at this point we just gave up and paid our bill and left... the manager/owner was very sweet but we can tell good seafood wasnt their strength.
