I was in the restaurant and waited for much too long in receiving even water... Obviously,, it was discrimination... Religious discrimination because I am wearing a covering on my head... I am hypoglycemic in need of something to eat and even just to start with water... The waitress and the manager have denied me service and even saw me looking at them, which is a cue that I want service.. As an American Caucasian it is not something I can accept... The manager even looks like an immigrant... Religious discrimination

Always had a great experience until the supervisor that waited on my table completely forgot to put our order in and had us wait about 40 minutes without even apologizing or realizing we had been waiting for our food that long. I had to get another waitress to have her check on our waitress and our food. As an experienced waitress, I would understand if it was busy or she had a lot going on but still isnt an excuse to completely forget about a table. What kind of example is that from a supervisor?

Not usually a fan of the chain restaurants when traveling, but if you are rolling into Revere after a long day of walking around Boston and having some drinks, this place is a godsend. Cheap cab ride from the T ($6.40 if I remember correctly) and friendly, efficient staff even at midnight on a friday. Pretty standard IHOP food, but we kind of made up our own entrees, and they came out exactly how we wanted. Thanks IHOP!

Great staff, but usually not enough on hand to manage things gracefully when it gets real busy. Food is usually above average too, as youd expect from a location thats survived for over 40 years (though it was closed for several months as they completely rebuilt after a fire a few years back). Theyll even do take out over the phone if youre paying with credit, and are open 24/7 except some major holidays.

Came here for breakfest/lunch on a Monday afternoon and it was fairly busy since it was a long weekend. Was seated fairly quickly but the dining area is pretty small so any parties larger then 6 will have a hard time. The service was so so and despite asking for crispy hash browns they came out barely cooked. Overall my expectations were low but there is nothing special about this location.

Dont let the three star rating fool you, the food and staff is fantastic. However due to its very small size (older IHOP location) the dining room is quite congested on the weekends and the line waiting to be seated clogs the entrance and can overflow outside. Please go here, but expect lines. In managements defense -- The wait time is on average 20-30 minutes at the latest.

Told me He can Call A employee By the Name Of Jacqueline Sollazzo Cell phone number and she wil sit you in here area and give 50% to 100% discount if you TIP LARGE... This is wrong it is stealing from the company and she should be fired

Typical IHOP exterior but has an odd cramped seating area with a kitchen open to the restaurant. Often VERY crowded but service is friendly and fairly quick. Hash browns are lacking in seasoning and taste; you can tell they are cooked and cut from a "brick". Best thing about the place is that it is open 24 hours....

The food is ok but the service needs to improve. The waitress i had was really nice but she looked overworked. The dinning room was pretty much full and only two waitresses were running the floor. Three tables that arrived after me got their food before me because of errors in the kitchen.

Good food nice waitress but everyone kept staring at me and it made me feel uncomfortable so they should have a bigger dining area. When we were walking to the table other waitresses where kept standing and walking in our way. Over all I think they should have a bigger dining room.

I used to love coming to this place. However, for the last 4 times we have been there, the server weve had has complained about other customers not leaving her a tip, right in front of everyone. Also, she brings the check 5 minutes after shes hrough the food. I feel rushed.

Just love all the food that they have!!! You just go there and try. And now they have a special thing like all you can eat in Pancakes is insane. Drink the orange juice with strawberries and soda. Also play with the cream hahaha while you get your order

The food is good (I always get breakfast items, who doesnt like breakfast for lunch and dinner too?) I always leave with a full belly, which says a lot since I am picky eater. The wait is never long and the staff are nice. Cant go wrong

Nearly always packed, long waits on weekend breakfasts for a table. But miraculously the kitchen always delivers, even with special requests like soft poached eggs or extra hot sauce. Friendly staff even when things are super busy.

Ive been here before and the food is good. The only thing about it is that its too crowded sometimes.( Mostly on weekends ) BUT IT IS CURRENTLY CLOSED BECAUSE OF THE BOARD OF HEALTH INSPECTION. I dont know when its going to reopen.

Its IHOP. That is what you get. Quick food and happy bellies. We went to eat when my sister was visiting with her daughter. The food comes quickly, large portions, easy parking and a cheap bill. You cant go wrong.

Decide to let us wait for 35 minutes when quoted 10 instead of offering to split us up as they took other parties of 2,3 and even 4 back first. Glad We didnt give them any business.
