i cant fathom enough of the service received by Jenny at this location. It is truly so sad, and despicable. So my partner and a friend and I went thru the drive thru on 07/31/2016 and Lupe placed our order, which she wasnt very pleasant to deal with either way. So we ordered a plate of fried rice with double grilled teriyaki chicken, and the bowl of steam rice and pacific chili shrimp. When we drove away and looked at our order, the receipt was correct just not the food. I received the fried rice with the shrimp and my friend the steam rice with her chicke, which would be ok, except my friend doesnt eat spicy food due to her stomach. So I called the store and when the person (Jenny) answered her phone and I politely asked who I was speaking with, she told me "who are you? I dont know you, Im not giving you my personal information" and so I responded, "well Im the customer, and we just ordered from the drive thru but you guys messed up on my order" so I asked for the manager and she said "the manager is not here but Im the one in charge right now" so I responded "if your the one in charge, why are you refusing to give me your name" and she once again responded "because I dont give out my personal information and stated that I was hard asking her and being so rude" she still refused to assist me and actually hung up on me. So we decided to turn around and go into the restaurant. So we go up to the register and Brandon was so kind and even recognized us as regular customers to this specific property. So we asked for the manager, which is Jenny, as she was walking up to us she bluntly stated "oh its you " in front of a whole line of customers. So she asked us what did we want and i saw that she had her name tag which stated her name. So i asked why did she hang up on us, and she said because I was being rude, and threatning her, and made her uncomfortable and I didnt have a right to ask her over the phone for her name. And I stated to her that obviously she did because yall have name tags , so then we told her that once again our order was messed up, and she said "let me see the receipt" and so I gave it to her, and she said "the order is right" and without even looking at the food yet, we responded "on he receipt is right, except on the order" and so I handed her the order and she wasnt even trying to look at it, so we explained to her hat the rice was mixed up, so she finally looked at it and responded back rudely with her eyes rolled "oh thats it, thats nothing!." And we said, which it would not be a big deal, except that my friend cant have spicy foods." And so then she said " im not goin to help you, because you have no right to come into the store and disrupt and disrespect our customers in the restaurant, and that we needed to leave" and she actually refused right there and then to fix our order and actually THREW OUR MESSED UP ORDR BACK IN THE BAG AND THREW IT ACCROSS THE COUNTER TO US. This honestly set me off and I went off on her and told her to fix our order now, and after her once again saying "no I dont have to do anything and we need to leave the restaurant" I asked for a REFUND. JENNY also refused to provide us a refund and and the managers name and literally walked away from us. That is when Brandon actually stepped in and started fixing our order, and was so kind. And even apologized. And we asked him for the general managers name, and he whispered it to us, due to feeling that he would get in trouble for providing the information. So we finally got our food right, after all that. So we went ahead and left, but within a few minutes we realized that Jenny took our receipt and didnt return it to us, because we wanted to do the survey, and file a full complaint, we actually called bathe restaurant and once again Jenny answered the phone. And when we told her that she didnt give us our receipt back, she stated that "we dont give out the receipt back to the customer after they come in and file a complaint because it is company policy and ga e wrong store # & hung up on me AGAIN!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Im not a picky person neither a complainer, but the attitude that we received by LUPE & JENNY was EXTREMELY DISGUSTING. first of all they were super rude at the Drive Threw, and they messed up on our orders, when we called back to Complain on our food they refused to provide with their name, and gave us a disgusting attitude. We decided to go back for them to fix our orders, Jenny the person in charge of the shift refused to fix our Order and ENDED UP THROWING OUR FOOD AT THE COUNTER IN FRONT OF EVERYONE, as a a person in charge she is EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO HANDLE CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS. Brandon had the stepped in to fix our orders because she walked away and did not cared at all. When we left with our orders they kept our original receipts and when we decided to call back to get our receipt number the lady that answered the phone LIED to us and gave us a wrong receipt Number. This store definitely needs to have employees that take ownership. Very upset about their Sevice.I work in a Hotel industry, and I WILL NEVER SEND ANY OF MY GUEST OVER NOR WILL I EVER STEP A FOOT IN THIS PLACE again.

Good food... Terrible experience. I only went there once, and may never go again. We went into the drive thru and ordered 2 meals. We were blocked in the drive thru for an hour! Yes, an hour. I timed it. We even called the place while sitting there stuck. (stuck because of other cars and drive thru curbs that was next to a hill that sloped downward.) The guy who answered didnt sound rushed or like there was any people waiting. We complained about the wait and all he said was that he would go help the girl at the window. He didnt. The girl at the window said that she was sorry about being slow and that it was only her taking orders. She really couldnt have taken very many orders, there was like 5 cars in the drive thru that day. She offered to give us a discount which was $2.00 off the total price. I told her that wasnt good enough. I dont know if thats normal for them.. But, Im not sure that I am willing to test it.

The past few experiences I have had with Panda Express have been bad,(mixed up orders, cold food, etc); but this one takes the cake. Tonight my husband and I went through the drive through around 9:30 PM. If youre going to stay open until 10, then stay open until 10.... First, we were warned only a few items were available, and given a list of them. No big deal. We ordered from the few items that were left, and were then told only one of us could order fried rice because there was only enough for one. So we waited in the drive through behind two cars for about 5 minutes. By the time we pulled to the window, we were told that they had just given the last fried rice to someone who came to order inside. Are you kidding me? Needless to say, we left without taking our order.
