Ok came back from out of the states and decided to enjoy some wings for lunch with the family me my wife an 5 yr old daughter... Get seated waitress was nice as can be received our large order boneless wings..they came in all on plate.. To start it bothered me that the fact it wasnt separated accordingly by flavor considering we had a some mango habanero ones as well keep in mind my 5 yr Olds wings right next to these wings on same place(common sense right) then I start to cut into some of the wings some more batter than chicken... Not to mention they were hard an crunchy as heck I couldnt even cut the boneless wing with my fork for God sakes.. Waitress came by asked how things were going I advised her I wasnt pleased at all with todays quality of food.. A minute later the manager shows up asks how things are with our service... I explain the whole break down how Ive always came here before always enjoyed the food an the break down or the plate with all the food is always on one plate an how that Ive never had them serve it like that before its always been broken into flavors... She said sir its always came in one plate with large orders.. (thinking in my head are you serious right now) ok well I explained not when there is a child eating as well an no separation in the wings whats so ever..then went to explain about who Ever cooking today isnt on top of there a game to the food is hard an difficult to cut... She said well that cant be our top cooks are here today... I said maybe you would like to try an cut this wing mam..she says I can get yall some more wings... I said no Im not interested I would like to pay whatever required an just go some where else... She says sir youve already ate some of the wings.. ( maybe two the most) I told her whatever you see fit Im not going be back thats for sure... Terrible management I think has to be the key here its the management that has to build there restaurants morale an motivation even on there worst days... Would also explain why the staff has changed as well so much from my last visit.. A little longer than I wanted but oh well felt good to vent lol I say dont go to this location

The food was exceptional, but the service was horrible. I dont know if it was because we were a party of 10 and the waiter was having a bad day or if hes like that all the time. But he was probably the worst waiter Ive ever had. He was rude, unnatentative, and felt the need to make side comments. When one of our friends arrived she tried to go over the side gate, which Im sure the restaurant has a policy of that not being okay, so we would understand if someone were to be like, "Im sorry youre not allowed to do that you have to go through the front door." But no, our waiter saw her and responded with, "Uhh honey I dont think so, the front door is right there" giving her an ugly look along with the attitude. Then after he started taking peoples drink orders he ended up bringing out a beer asking if the manager had come by earlier with the beer that was ordered, which they didnt, so we all told him no that no one has come by with a beer and his response was, "yall probably werent paying attention, its okay, but Im still going to believe what my manager told me over yall." After that my husband had finished his beer and he came and picked the glass up but never asked if he wanted another beer so my husband was there drinking out of my drink. He then took our orders and when the food came out one of our friends told him that her order was wrong and his response was, "i wasnt out here to pass out the first batch of food so I dont know what exactly you were given, but I can fix it for you." And of course she declined the offer to make it easier on him since he seemed in such a rush. Overall, the service made the meal bitter and I wont be returning anytime soon. Teach your waiters/waitress some hospitality

Im giving this location 1 star because of the lack oversight by the management. They call this place a sports bar, but it sounds more like a concert djd by Helen Keller. I mean whats the point of having 20+ televisions with sports on them if you cant even play the commentary over the 1 jukebox here. When I asked the manager why she couldnt turn the jukebox off she said "someone paid 10 dollars to play these songs, if I shut this off, I have to pay them out of my own pocket." To which I replied "I will give you $20 to give them to shut if off" and she refused! This music was on for the full 110 minutes I was at the restaurant and was still playing when I left, due to my ears bleeding. Will not be coming back here until they remove the jukebox. What a terrible experience. The only reason Im giving this one star is because our waitress was exceptionally nice.

Picture a Saturday afternoon the day before fathers day. I place an online order and scheduled for pickup at 4:00PM. I arrived to what appears to be the employee lounge located right in the front of the entrance. Six to eight people including management blocking the bench in front of the takeout counter visiting and talking and joking. While I dont hold this against people who are not busy, I do think that blocking the bench and having a congregation of people in front of the register and takeout counter is unprofessional and it made me very uncomfortable when I walked in and while I waited for my order. I wont return if things are that unprofessional in the front of the house and management participates in those actions, my imagining what goes on in the kitchen with these values upfront is enough to make me go elsewhere.

I have never had a problem before with this store until tonight. I ordered my food online and went to pick it up in the store around 11:20 pm. When I arrived there was a gentleman who had to have his order REMADE due to it being incorrect. Not thinking about it, the sweet girl told me my order and I got my food without hassle. I return to my home to realize my order is incorrect, to make this easier on myself and the store I call ahead to let them know of the incident. While talking to who I believe is the manager, Mindy, I get told that my order WAS correct and also get told I was being ugly to her. When, in fact I was on route back to the store to simply get my order completed as how it was said to be on the Internet. Long story short, I will not be returning to this store for a while.

Great service, diligent staff, but old TVs. We are now fully entrenched in the HD era, where everyones living room has become a mini theater. So to my surprise, this BBW has TVs from about 5 years ago, or older; just look at how thick they are and youll know what Im talking about. I came to watch my game, and subsequently spend money, so Id appreciate if I enjoyed the game on a TV built this decade. Im also basing this review off of the BBW in a small college town, Morehead, KY, so I know other locations spend money to maintain an advantage over their competitors. Again, food and service were great, so if you dont care about actually watching the game in crystal clear HD, then go for it. But I have certain expectations that were simply not met today.
