Too many chiefs & not enough Indians. Both coke machines were down. Had one poor guy trying to fix the problem. All the other employees were behind the counter. Where was the manager? Tables needed to be cleaned, some older gentleman came over to the young man who was trying to fix the coke machines & said something about the dirty tables so he & his wife could sit down. So the employee stopped working on the machines to go clean off the tables. Piss poor management.

I was surprised! Burgers are like the old fashioned walk up burger stand type and fries are amazing. I had jalapeños on my burger, theyre fresh, not pickled and fantastic! It is pricy at $14 for burger, sm fries and sm drink but they dump a ton of fries in the bag, unlimited refills and the burger will send you back in time to a place long forgotten. It is definitely worth the price. I dare you to try it.

It came out quick, but it was awful. It wasnt hot. The cheese wasnt melted. It was flavorless. The fries were okay. But the burger is why I went there. All the signs in there say "best burger 2008/2009". Its 2016 and its just not good anymore. and it certainly isnt "the best $5 burger". they are a little over seven. Two burger, an order of regular fries, and a normal fountain drink costs $26.

First time at five guys. Burger was bland and not that tastey and the meat was overcooked. Nothing special about Five guys in my opinion. Other chains in the Houston region like Mooyah Burgers and Smash burgers do a much better job and offer a lot more healthy choices like turkey patties, chicken, or black bean. The service was atleast fast and friendly at Five guys. Ill give em that.

Kitchen is a bit slow, but I guess thats because they make each burger to order instead of just preparing them upfront and leaving them on the heater like McDonalds. All toppings are free, which is a great plus. All the times Ive been here, Ive never seen huge crowds or anything. Overall, good food and service for the price. The burgers taste great btw!

Oh my goodness! I just dont understand why its so expensive. Why cant you get a combo instead of paying for literally everything separate. And when you ask questions the boy at the counter get a rude with you. Im just trying to get information. Honestly you can go to Whataburger and get better service and better food for a cheaper price.

The burgers were ok. We can whip up better burgers at home. Customer service needs work. The guy cooking the patties scoffed when I brought my hamburger to the counter and told him my order wasnt correct. Simple fix but he must have taken offense. French fries were the best part however, I dont think well be going back.

There very friendly and fairy quick even with the large amount of people there. The food is great! Its fresh and flavorful. Its a simple menu which I appreciate burgers, hotdogs and freshly cut french fries to die for. Its all about the toppings on the burgers and dogs and you can get as many as you want!

Delicious food, consistent with other FIVE GUYS in Houston. I suggest getting the cajun fries- in fact, a large one of those could be my entire meal but I love, love potatoes! The wait was fine but it sure is cold in this place! Maybe climate control a little better.

The most overrated burger of all time. Fuddruckers is waayyyyyyyyyy better. How is this place getting so many great reviews? Theres absolutely nothing special about these burgers. Jack in the Box burgers have better flavor then this place
