Bad experience right when we walked through the door. There was no host at the front but we could see servers in the dining area standing around and sitting at tables on their phones. Three employees came from behind the to-go desk laughing and tickling each other, asking one another where they should seat us, with one stating, "Not my section Im cut." Finally someone sat us in a booth next to where our server had her phone out, a newspaper and a notebook. After waiting 45 minutes for our food and seeing 3 tables who were sat after us get their meals, ours came out cold to the touch. We asked to get it re-heated and our server happily said yes. It came out 5 minutes later: drenched, soggy and cold in the middle. It was around 3pm and the place was empty. As a former server I understand the difficulties of being the day shift/lunch closer but this was absurd. Will not go back.

I used to think that this was a great place, but lately I think it has declined somewhat. The boneless wings come off a bit tough and blah, and if youre not into heat and weirdness as flavors, theres not much here for you. I got some truly bad celery this last time out, but I will let that off as an aberration. Service its always a bit of a gamble, but is never outright bad. Maybe just maybe they could try to consolidate the dozens of video feeds into something a little less seizure-inducing.

Me and my friends went for my birthday, we has a very fun time watching a monster truck rally on one of the many flat screens scattered throughout the restaurant. It was very noisy, but this place isnt going to be visited for a quiet fine dining experience. We had a very attractive hostess who gave me free ice cream for my birthday. Only downside is our fault because we left in such a rush we didnt tip. I still feel guilty

Me and my friends went and had to wait 5 mins to sit down. One of my friends tried to order a beer and was declined be cause he wasnt old enough. His 21st birthday was the weekend before. When he gave him his license the waitress took his license to the back and manager said he couldnt have beer we got up and walked out that b***h!

One of the best food service managers Ive met works here; I think his name is Chad. Tall, short hair. Anyways, he ensured a great experience for a date of mine. Additionally, all other times I have visited this location has had no problems and tasty cuisine!

Me and my friends went to eat today and the manager was very rude and had the audacity to say that he couldnt serve my friend beer because "he didnt feel comfortable serving him beer even though he had his valid license with him.

Fast service. We stopped here due to Crossroads Rib Shack being closed when hours were posted they were open. Good food, got the Parmasean garlic wings and they were still spicy for me. Otherwise, quick friendly service.

I love the burgers. My wife loves the wings. It is hard to not see a TV. They are everywhere. Last time we went there were several football games on all of the TVs. Its not the best place for any quiet conversation.

Love eating here. Its great for a date night but we also love taking the kids here. They provide tablets for the kids to play games. Food is good service is great. Good atmosphere, not quiet.

We have a months long job in Tupelo and stay in the Best Western near BWW. We go there every Tuesday for half price wings. Good food. Friendly staff. Walking distance to the hotel.
