I absolutely LOVE FHS, but I cant help and wonder why I cannot get my sub properly toasted at this location. I always get the same sub, and always order it the same way. Today I bought one and it was picked up by a co-worker, I ordered it double toasted and even added to toast it more in the extra directions block online (where I ordered it). When I got it it was like trying to eat a soup sandwich, so sloppy and messy, the bread was soggy and squishy. Ive never had a problem at any other location except for this one. I wonder why I always have the same problems with this specific location... Also the same complaint from the other 5 people that ordered from this location.

This is my second visit to this location. The first time it took almost ten minutes for my sandwich and I got the impression there were new employees in training which I am completely ok with. This visit there were four people behind the counter and the store was moderately busy. It took almost 25 min for my wife and I to get our sandwiches. Love their food but I dont understand the wait times.

Poor service. Waited or 3 minutes before my presence was acknowledged at the order counter. No one told me Ill be right with you. Then didnt say a word just looked at me for my order. I heard the cook and managers argue who come first drive thru, phone orders, or walking. I then waited for over 20 minutes for two sandwiches. 25-30 minutes for a mediocre sandwich its worth the wait.

testimony to customer service here: I was looking for something to eat and it was extremely late. as I pulled into Firehouse Subs the door was locked as they had been closed for about 15 min. but as I was walking away the manager unlocked the door and took my order because he had not closed out the register yet. thank you Firehouse Subs

Always been a 5 star but tonight the customer service sucks. When I asked for chili the girl made the screwed up face shaking her head. The other girl finally spoke up saying all they have is frozen. Oh, and customers dont belong behind the counter. The girls just stood there watching some woman do her thing at the drive up window.

I went here for lunch yesterday. The food was just as good as any firehouse subs Ive been to. I walked in, ordered, and had my food in just a few minutes. The bathroom was clean and the place looked taken care of. I didnt talk to the staff much but didnt catch anything unusual going on either. I love their Italian hot sub.

RE: The Houston Hurricane and Floods: Shame on this manager who required employee to send photos to prove roads were flooded and she would not be in to work. Totally irresponsible! He is not suited for this job or fit to be a manager or decision maker of any kind.

I never thought a warm sub would taste this good. Firehouse has since updated their menu selection with low calorie options. I am partial to the turkey sandwiches. I rarely go to one of the other sandwich shops after eating here.

Not only is the food fan-freakin-tastic, the people are great! Minus the little blonde at the front taking too long to flirt with evry man in the building, this is the best place this side of the mason dickson. LOVE IT!

The food and bun is great... but soggy bun doesnt taste that good. I sent my food back twice so the bun could be toasted - ending up throwing my food in the trash as it was cold and soggy again.

Really happy they opened up after the Harvey floods. One of the few places open they were good natured despite being short-handed and swamped with customers!
