My family has been getting pizza to-go from here for over the past couple of years and each time the experiences have gotten worse. Staff is terrible; they get orders wrong and dont know how to handle mistakes properly. The times weve gone inside to get our food the restaurant looks filthy and disgusting. The only reason we kept coming back was that at least the pizzas tasted great and were made well, but thats not even the case anymore. On our last experience all the pizzas we got tasted terrible, we ended up throwing them away. The Classic Chicken pizza (my favorite and exclusive to Cicis) didnt have chicken at all! I am so done with this Cicis, and so should you!

Hwy 6 and Kroger CiCis pizza, has never been more messy then the day I took my entire family to eat, there serving racks were filthy and there pizzas were cold, it took 45 mins for them to make one special pizza by the time my special pizza was ready we were already to go because my kids ate off the buffett, the coke machine was out of coke and dr pepper, and the tables in the resturant were dirrrty!! I would never go there again unless they were under new management, also we did not get a Welcome to CiCis or a thanks for coming to Cis Cis on our way out! I HATED IT!

Ive been going to this location since I was a kid. This place has fallen off bad. We went last night and the place was dirty and nasty. trash on the floor of the arcade. next to zero maintenance of anything by the looks of it. You can tell none of the staff really care much about their job, product or brand. If it wasnt run through the oven to cook, I wouldnt eat it. this wasnt just a busy or bad day. this place has been on the decline for years. We go to the one on fry rd now. its better overall.

Out of all the CiCis Pizza restaurants, this one definitely has the most atrocious service and utterly rude female servers that have a bitter attitude. The food is decent but everything else sucks. And looking at the way the servers prepare the food, sanitation is something to be desired. Its sad because it was not always this bad but somehow CiCis has managed to become overpriced and less enjoyable over the years. Dont come here.

The pizzas are great, but dont like eating here. Thats my main complaint. The floors have always felt slippery and greasy the few times Ive eaten here, and the place in general is not very clean. The times Ive gone have both been different, once when it was really busy and another time when it was empty. Both times the place was very unclean. So Ive chosen to buy and take home when Ive ordered pizza and opted not eat here anymore.

Its like eating in a construction zone: open framework, unpainted sheetrock, bar holding on by tape? Floors were questionable. Seats have seen better days. Steady customers, so the food was surprisingly good! And the cook was super attentive. Wish theyd just close up shop for a few days to finish the work...will check back in a few months to see if work is complete. Otherwise, dine at your own risk.

I used to like cicis pizza. Not anymore. This location specially is very dirty. Their bathrooms are very dirty. So smelly, that you can smell it from the salad bar! Their customer service is nice. They try their best. But the unclean place, bad pizza, bad pasta, and sticky walls and tables are not gone by a sweet smile. Sad. In Florida, Cicis pizza are better kept. In TX, no way. ..

First I came in I ordered crust pizza im with my guests, I waited 25 min and my order still not delivered to the table, I asked the manager whats going on, she returned back and said: we just put them in the oven. Thats really disappointed and the owner must pay attention to these careless people

Terrible! !! The manager was giving ppl free food because they knew each other. All Hispanic. Ppl came in and out. Very unorganized. Wish I could get my money back. Its not fair that A family of 5 didnt pay for nothing. But I have to pay for all of my family. Need to hire more responsible ppl.

This CiCis is awful compared to the one on Fry road. The staff seem dead and unmotivated (I guess thats what you get when you pay minimum wage), the food is lukewarm, and the variety of pizzas is completely lacking. Last time we went, they were cash only (come on, this is the 21st century!).

The price for the mediocre buffet has gone from 2.99 up to about 6.50 over a few years, and its still the same pizza and lame salad bar. I used to go just because it was cheap, but now, why go there when you can go to any other pizza buffet that has much better pizza for the same price?

Absolutely worst Cicis I have EVER been too. Granted the bar is set low going in, its a cheap buffet. But this one just takes the grand prize in awfulness. Horrible service, cold pizza, items cooked improperly, and just filthy. Save yourself a stomach bug and STAY AWAY!

Food very fresh . I have been customer at this location over 13 years. Place is always busy . I see many people complaining but I dont care what others think. Employees are nice manager always available everyone smiles . Looks like everybody happy . I love you guys.

No one at the register. I had to go get someone. Booths broken and seats shifted. Food all over the floor. Burned and dried out pizza. It says $5.99 for buffet but I paid $18.36 for two buffets. Hopefully other locations are better. Hwy 6 location is horrible.

We refuse to go to this one and will drive further away to eat at different one. Stingy with brownies and barely put pizza out. Not consistant price as other locations. I wish they would get better since they are so close but 3+ years and they still suck.

Ugh The staff is very rude and they run low on things . Staff is also very lazy Example: Sitting on their lazy @!$ instead of getting forks, and being on their phones instead of working They are very unsanitary making ponytails near the food.

They dont start to make a replacement pizza until after the first is already gone. Meaning multiple times, the "buffet" will be out of food for 15-20 minutes at a time. Their cleaning skills and customer service skills are lacking as well.

Absolutely disgusting. Floors, tables ...everything!! Absolutly filthy. Horrible customer service. I asked for a table cleaned and it was half fast and they didnt even sweep or wipe the chairs. Doesnt deserve 1 star

This will be my 1st and last time coming to this cicis location. The alfredo sauce is watery, I dont know how long the pizza and desserts have been under the warmer this is the worst cicis pizza I have ever been!!!!
