This place is very over priced!!..and the food is just basic, blah!!.. I tried the half sandwich and soup special, got a drink, and a pastry, it cost me $17.88!!...thats outrageous!!...and the soup tasted just like it came out of a can, and the sandwich was a joke!!..I took one bite, and it was gone!!... After I left, I was still hungry. I wouldnt mind spending that much money for lunch if in return I got a large enough meal to satisfy me, plus the food isnt even good!, it just taste like generic cafeteria food!!.

NO STARS! this place can mess up anything. I work near this Panera, so when I have to I give it another chance, and each time they disappoint, and screw up horribly. If I say no chicken, somehow I get extra chicken... Im vegan, I dont want chicken,hence why I said no chicken. If I ask for a half salad, they charge me for a full. They are repeat offenders and deserve my bad review. I will never go to this Panera ever again, and I advise that you stay away as well.

Outstanding customer service! I left a set of keys there en route from Boston to Virginia on Day 1 of a 10-day vacation, argh, but didnt miss them until Philadelphia. Panera manager John and staff were very considerate on the phone and promptly mailed them ahead to catch up with us (free of charge even!). Sure helped get our vacation off on the right foot - and the lunch-for-the-road that we bought there was great. Would give them 10 stars if we could!

terrible food bread is good sandwich was 100 % processed turkey cold bacon that looked as though it was cooked at an earlier date then put to one side of my sandwich on the other was a slice of cheese so lets see two pieces of artificial turkey two slices of last weeks bacon one slice of cheese lettuce was nice and fresh this place is like starbucks meets walmart pass do not eat here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! go home and cook a real meal

Clean, upscale cafeteria with good healthy food and choices of gourmet soups and sandwiches for a great price. No wait staff but buss people will bring the food you paid for in a tray. Great coffee and tea variety, no alcohol, many baked desserts and gourmet breads etc. Free Wi-Fi, free membership program for food discounts and rewards!

Tanya and Tolia (the sisters :)) provides the best customer service! Every time I go and find them we have the best short convo and their service is spectacular. I personally would love to speak with their manager about how their personality creates a great environment at Panera. Shout out to all the other employees their as well. NuNu

Love this location! super fast and very friendly staff...in fact today the cashier got my order wrong and when I called, the manager (John), offered to deliver my corrected order right to my office!! When they arrived, they not only have my food, but they gave me a cake for the troubles! Now thats customer service!! :)

Coffee was nasty, no matter how much cream n sugar i added couldnt help the taste. Food is over priced for what it really is. Mac n cheese comes frozen along with all there chicken and is just thawed out in hot water, lower your prices its really not that great of quality food

I wanted to give Panera another shot. I ordered the Chipotle chicken avocado sandwich. The Panini was burnt and the chicken was hard and it just tasted horrible I threw it out.
