Terrible service and no customer relations to speak of. Put in an order on Sunday for a Tuesday night pick up. When we went to pick it up, the store told us the order was never placed and they didnt make it. They then found the order, but claimed I never gave them a pick up time (we were able to point out the time on the sheet). From there they said they would make a fresh order, then proceed to get us some wings that had been sitting out, and where already cold. They messed up the order by not giving us the right sauces on the wings. When I went back to talk with the manager and the general manager the next day, the staff lied to my face about what had happened. They claimed that they had called my phone on multiple occasions for order pick up, that they had the order ready for pick up and we just wouldnt take it, and that they had told us the order would be done within 5 minutes. They also claimed they got the order right. I was able to supply proof that they were not telling the truth and they had messed up, to which they just changed their story again. During all of this, not once was an apology offered, and I paid full price for an order they messed up and lied about on multiple occasions. They did offer to replace the missed order of wings (not much good that does the day after the order), but their idea to track it was the gm wrote id down on a business card (any bets on how quickly he lost it?). With all the other wing options around, and better run BWW locations in the area, I will never go back to this location.

Tried this place Saturday night 12/17/16, and really wanted to like it, as we have not found a good wing place near home. Unfortunately, we learned why it was 3/4 empty at 9 pm on a weekend. We were directed to choose a table by the hostess, and noticed that none had been wiped down. When waitress started placing menus on the dirty table, I had to ask her to wipe it down. After we ordered, it was at least 30 minutes before our food arrived. Wife ordered a sangria, which came in a small glass, mostly full of ice - $8.00. Food didnt taste bad, but it was not hot. Every so often, the TV sound was replaced by blaring rap that was loud enough to make a conversation challenging. We told the waitress we were ready to go, and 10 minutes later we still didnt have a check, nor had we seen her on the floor (again, the place was mostly empty, and she had 2-3 tables max the entire visit). Finally put the credit card away and left cash so we could leave.

Waited 40 min for food. Asked to speak to the manager (James). It took him 10 more minutes to even come speak to us and when he did he argued with us about how long it took to get our food out. We asked for our credit cards back and boxes for food because we were in a hurry. He turned around, walked to the kitchen, and we never saw him again and it took another 10ish minutes to get our bills anf we NEVER got boxes. We were a table of 10 and there were only 21 other people in the restaurant. James didnt apologize or offer to help things move more quickly. He was just argumentative and rude. I am in the process of looking up the corporate phone number. I am NOT happy with the way we were treated and unhappy that we paid for it. My burger was terrible. My husband and I attempted to here this past weekend and it was a bust. The hostess told us there would be a 10-15 minute wait to sit which was no big deal. I could see they were busy so I found it surprising that we would only wait 10-15 minutes. After being seated, we waited another 5-7 minutes waiting for a waiter/waitress to even speak to us and when she finally got to us she asked us what we wanted to drink. No apology for the wait, Not even an introduction but whatever. After she takes our drink order she says "theres a 45 minute wait for food, is that ok?" My husband and I ended up leaving. There is NO point in seating someone if they have to wait 45 minutes - 1 hour to eat! This place is so disorganized. Needless to say, I will not be coming back. Ill drive to the Woodlands before I come back to this location.

Just ordered food from there when my husband went to pick it up they didnt bother to open the boxes to make sure the order was correct. When my husband got home we sat down to eat all the food was correct but the portion of the fried mushrooms, fries and onion rings was ridiculous! My husband had 5 fried mushrooms in his box, and the fries it looks like they just got a handful and threw it in the box. I had 6 onion rings in my box. I called them and spoke to the manager and all he said was they go by portion the measure. And I told him when we actually eat there we get more variety. I was very disappointed. Never gonna order from them again. I recommend you guys to order from brewings or hooters. U have a better chance of actually getting what u paid for.

When we got there, on a Saturday night, the server we had was a new server so we tried to give him a break. But the service was not good. They gave a new guy 5 busy tables to work on his first night and he was chasing his tail. The drinks were late , beer was flat, sweet tea was bad, and the food was atrocious. My wings were cold and the sauce was almost solidified on top. Burgers were paper thin and over cooked. the manager blamed the wings for a 45 min wait on food which was clearly bs. I do not blame the new server for the bad service and terrible food. But I do blame the manager and his poor table side mannor and the terrible food. And the fact that he lied to us is the breaking point for that place. We wont be going back to this location

I have visited this Buffalo Wild Wings twice since it has opened. Each time the service has been terrible. Each time I have ordered a chicken sandwich. The first time, the chicken was not cooked completely, and the sandwich had to be returned. My family had already fully eaten by the time my food arrived. The second time, I was served a turkey burger instead of a chicken sandwich. Again, by the time my food arrived, my family had fully eaten their food. When I talked with the manager to explain the poor service, he mentioned that "it was not good", and then walked away. Not only is the service poor, the manager did not seem interested in making any improvements. I will never be returning to this Buffalo Wild Wings location.

Its 11:30 on a wednesday night me and my boyfriend came here because theyre open until 2am... when he approached the bar the bartender sees him runs over cause there is a tip on the table so I guess he thinks hes going to steal it!!! Then asks what he wanted to order and after he says that he wanted a burger he tells him that the grills are all closed.... only serving fried food!! wtf.. why are you even open this is my 3rd time visiting this location and nothing but bad experiences the last time I came before this they forgot to put the wing sauce on my wings! Ill stick with wings from wingstop from now own..if I could rate this place with no stars I would
