We ordered for pick up and my husband went to go get the food then this guy comes and is barking at my very protective German shepherd through the door. I couldnt get her to come with me to another room because she was so mad at the delivery guy. I look out the peep hole and he is barking and jumping up and down. Then our baby started crying and he didnt understand that I was saying we ordered for pick up but I tipped him anyways to get him to go away because he started being really strange and gesturing about my hair in a very awkward way. He shouldnt be delivering to peoples homes at all. They dont give you much for the price in my opinion, like I wonder what you get with the smaller half priced size, and the food was okay nothing to be crazy about....well not after the craziness that happened on my door step. Never ordering from here again.

This place is one of my favorite eating establishments in all of Norfolk. Wan Shung despite the fact people think its a bit dumpy and being in an area that is considered "ghetto" its would have to be the best restaurant there period. A lot of the time you will see places like the Golden City or China Express and those two places are GARBAGE compared to Wan Shung. If you like Chinese food that isnt off on certain days or isnt full of people who arent natural English speakers then you came to the right place. I will say the food does take some time to cook up but its worth it because it symbolizes it being freshly made. Its not that expensive either because even a college student can easily afford it.

As far as chinese take-out goes, this place is surprisingly good! Like, really good! They have a dinner menu that us a lot more food than it sounds! For 2 people: 3 mains, 2 soups, and rice for about $22, which is well worth it. They also do not skimp on the broccoli or other vegetables. The spicy, sour soup is quite fantastic. Really mean it when I say the food is surprisingly good. The restaurant looks somewhat run down, but the kitchen is open and the tables were clean. The service is also typical of a Chinese take out restaurant. They do deliver, if the look deters you.

I ordered generals chicken for dine in. An when I started eating it I though it tasted like orange chicken but I was like well maybe its just there flavor so continued to eat and then as I was eating a orange peel showed up. I let the lady that worked there that it didnt taste like general tso but like orange chicken. She informed me that its the same sauce they just add oranges for orange chicken. I had only have a few bites, she offered me a Pepsi for mistake but didnt offer to remake my order. Ive never had general tso

This is literally the best Chinese food Ive ever had in my life. Their dumpling sauce is heavenly. They give huge portions for very cheap prices. Their fried rice and lo mein is really delicious, everything has generous portions of vegetables. The sauce/seasoning is great. I love their food. Ive now moved about 2.5 hours away but I told my husband if he ever has to go to Norfolk for an errand/for work he needs to bring the cooler and pack it full of their food and bring it home. Its so good.

Three days after purchasing delivery food from this restaurant and ordering via credit card, all of my information was compromised and a >$400 purchase was placed on my card. Further purchases were blocked, luckily. Coincidence, perhaps? Oh, and the food is sub-par. Fried rice was dry. They advertised free delivery but I had to pay a $2 delivery charge anyways.

I ordered mixed vegetable and a shrimp egg roll. Food was disgusting the egg rolls were disgusting (like dirty water ugh) and not one shrimp. The vegetables more like sauce with a few pieces of vegetables added. Worst 12 bucks I ever spent and why is the chicken cheaper than vegetables. I came to this place based on reviews. Wont fool me again.

Im new to Norfolk and read the reviews for this restaurant so I wasnt sure what to the expect. The food was very delicious the portions were big for me, I didnt finish most of my food but it was so good that I saved it for the next day. Since that first day I havent visited any other Chinese restaurant. I am a loyal customer now.

Not expensive, but slightly overpriced. The resteraunt was like 40 degrees. They dont heat the lobby at all. I guess they just use the stoves as heat. This place has tables, but is not nice. Ok for takeout, but food takes slightly longer than some places I have eaten

The portion size is generous but there were a few things I disliked. The fried rice was really dry and had no taste to it. Then the general tso was really salty and had no tangyness to it. The lo mein was salty too. I think Im just gonna try to go somewhere else.

Absolutely the best take out Ive ever had. And they deliver for free. Ive had there entire menu and everything is amazing, would recommend that anyone within the delivery area get there Chinese food from here and not waste there time with any other place

Great food, service, and prices are excellent, here it is 2015 and the food is still great! Seems they have upgraded the containers your food is served in too...been a loyal customer for years now after finding this little diamond in the ruff :)

If I could give it a half star I would. The worst Chinese good ever! Hotel room was 4 miles away, yet took an hour to get it. Sesame chicken and ragoons were cold making it tough and chewy. Worst $20 ever spent. Gross, couldnt even eat it.

We order here once or twice a month and have never had a bad experience. Can pick-up 10 mins after we order and the food is always fresh. Great portion size for the price, would recommend to anyone in the area.

I cant get past their front door with all those bugs on it yuck... not cool. They barely clean their sticky tables. Disgusting. I dont really know about the food but those people arent hygenic at all!

Mii boyfriend lives out titustown, and we go there alot. The food is great, but not a place to sit down and eat because they have no heat. So that makes me want to take mii business else where..smh
