Great place to grab a highly customizable and delicious meal. Think Chipotle-style ordering but with a variety of different Mexican and Korean ingredients. They have different proteins such as asada and bulgogi and 3 different sauces, including Korean red sauce (guchujang) and Bebop sauce, which is sour cream-based. They have a few choices for rice, including kimchi bacon-fried rice, which itself is amazingly tasty. You can also add a wide variety of toppings including cheese, street corn (awesome!) and a fried egg if you wish. Honestly, it would be very hard to make a bad combination because the two cuisines work so well together. The meal does take some time to prepare (for two meals at a slow part of the day it took about 10 minutes) but thats because everything is prepared to order, which makes a huge difference in taste and quality in a very good way. The drink choice consists of canned and bottled sodas and a cold water dispenser, but they dont have a fountain drink dispenser which is unfortunate if youre looking to get refills. I would highly recommend this place for any fans of Chipotle and Korean BBQ. Theres definitely something for everyone here.

Just went here for the first time the other day. Its like a Mexican-Korean fusion Chipotle and its delicious. Friendly group behind the counter. I got a bowl with Galbi (a Korean soy marinated short rib), white rice, cheese, lettuce and all three of their sauces (red, green and white.) While the Galbi contained a couple fatty pieces that I had to set aside, most of it was pure, tender and well-flavored. The combination of sauces was a flavor bomb. Some of the meats are Mexican flavored while others are Korean. The Galbi bowl was a bit pricey but the meat was HQ and delicious. Ill be returning there in 20 minutes to pick up lunch!

I started coming here a couple months after their opening. I really thought the concept was cool and liked the atmosphere inside. It used to be just like Chipotle where you ordered your toppings as you went down the line. Its changed to where you order everything up front and they give it to you after its all done. It makes things less hectic that way. Ive always gotten a bowl and the food and mixture are all good. I love the Bebop white sauce. I usually get the carne asada but the other meats are good as well.

My husband is always saying that i am not up to trying new types of food so i decided to bring her here this weekend. We ordered something called bulgogi tacos , and some kind of grilled meats with vegetables. By the end of our meal he could sea in my eyes that i had really enjoyed the meal and that i liked the taste of this type of food. I think we will be coming here every now and then. The service was excellent and they treated us as if we came everyday so it was great.

First time visit, very clean and easy to order, I visited this location around lunch time and didnt have a problem ordering, wait time was close to 10-15 min range, so call ahead if youre on the go. Pricing is affordable, however I was a bit disappointed that their fried egg "extra" was more expensive than avocado? Ordered myself A Carne Asada on a bed of salad, flavor on the meat was good and not overly seasoned. Overall experience was excellent, I will visit again.

The fusion of Korean and Mexican cuisine is well done. The meat is marinated to authentic Korean flavors and for those that prefer a burrito wrap instead of the rice will be pleased. The quantity of food for the price is good and you will not leave feeling hungry. I would highly recommend this restaurant for either sit down or if youre rushed for time, take out. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu.

I tried Korean infusion once before and was not a fan. This restaurant changed that for me. I ordered the tacos and wasnt sure about the menu and the staff helped me through the ordering process and sauces. It was a Saturday afternoon and a little busy and my to-go food took about 15 minutes. I ordered the Korean sauce which said it was spicy - I found it to be a bit on the sweet side, but nothing a little siracha cant fix!

Great taste. 4 different rices white, Spanish, purple, bacon fried rice. Not a huge variety of topping options but plenty of variety in taste. One of my new favorite spots, I go with the Kalbi, or if I want to save a few bucks, the bulgogi. I think they change their offerings slightly from time to time but it is consistently great food. Parking is plentiful since its in a shopping center.

It was good, nice meat, optional add-on of bacon fried rice was cool for an up-charge, but overall a bit expensive for the portion size, I think I paid $12.xx for the meal with the $2 upcharge on the bacon fried rice for a portion that was considerably smaller than Chipotle. Definitely a nice change of pace and good food.

Delicious. Bebop reminiscences of Chipotle style with a twist of Korean flavor. Satisfying and the galbi is a superb blend of meat that makes everything better in a Korean styled Burrito. I recommend people to come and give this place a try. See for it yourself and I am sure it wouldnt disappoint.

A good eatery on Fairfax Blvd for anyone in mood for a mixture of eastern and Latin cuisine. Famous for their purple rice and chicken burrito, other foods are also super tasty and consistent in flavor. Friendly staff and overall great environment for the whole family. A must-visit!

Nice Korean version of chiptole. Great meat options and I have really enjoyed everything I have got here. Have to say that the bacon rice was good, but not good enough for the up charge in price. I have gone back to this place a lot since the first time I went.

Really like the concept. Tacos were ok and could be great if the meat wasnt so salty. Also, they have tortillas, cheese and a grill but were unable to make my daughter a quesadilla. Will be hard to get business from families if there arent kid friendly options.

Was sold on the Korean-Mexican style, convinced by their clean mobile site, encouraged by the amazing smell and good music as I walked in the door, guided by the exceptionally helpful service, and finally satisfied by the delicious bulgogi tacos that I took home.

Great place! One of my go-to places after I trek out to Bull Run. Unfortunately I was too hungry and could not get a pic of the food we got (at the time of this review) but u highly recommend it. Theyre always friendly and the food is tasty!

Three words: Bacon. Fried. Rice. Dont be afraid to try this place! At first, the Mexican Korean fusion sounds crazy, but it absolutely works. Galbi (beef short rib) and pulled pork are fantastic! Mexican style corn is amazing.

This place is basically a Korean version of Chipotle. As a Korean I tried to enjoy it, but the fusion just did not work for me. I didnt taste any sort of authentic cultural cuisine. It was overall dry and not worth the money.
