I am disgusted by the low quality service of this restaurant. I work for an insurance company where customer service is our #1 priority EVERY DAY, i expect the same anywhere I go... I ordered food through GrubHub and all went smooth until i opened my order and realized I was missing food. I called GrubHub who kindly explained that they depend on the store to efficiently pack the food, they simply do the run and deliver. So they recommended I call the restaurant. Which i did and wow, this is probably the worst customer service! A young lady answered the phone and as i explained that i ordered through GrubHub and that I was missing food, she began to repeatedly tell me nothing was missing since she "personally" bagged my food. I kept telling her over and over, im seriously missing food that I paid for... but since she didnt say anything other than "no youre not cause i bagged it." I asked to speak to a manager... this young lady did NOT place the phone on hold. She simply YELLED out the managers name and began to explain she was "having an issue" and that there was an "upset customer claiming to be missing food that GrubHub came and picked up but she packed it and it was all there." I then heard the manager tell her about a bowl that was still there and the young lady said "OH... WELL I DIDNT SEE THAT!" So obviously there WAS food missing. The manager then got on the line and began to tell me that they were close to closing but would review the cameras. I told her that i heard her point out my missing food! She kept telling me she had to review the cameras since "they get alot of complaints." I told her thats a reflection of her store if they receive alot of complaints but regardless my food is sitting on THEIR counter, not mine. I asked what she was going to do about it and she bluntly said "it isnt my problem..." and that if i didnt listen to what she was saying, shed hang up. I told her I was going to corporate and hung up. And best believe, corporate is already well aware of this situation and if they choose to excuse their low class employees, then thats a reflection of the entire company as a whole. I really wish i could remember their names but to the young lady who bagged my order and the "manager" who was working 4/28 during "closing" time- shame on you. Needless to say, i dont want anything out of this as Ill never give another dime to this company. Im just hoping to save the next person from this amateur cashier and manager.

Out of many Panda Express locations Ive visited, this one stands out for its always hot food, and friendly staff. The restaurant is always clean, I also like the fact that there is more seating than most Panda Express restaurants. Theres a lot of tables, chairs, and booths. I am always able to find a seat. The food trays are always at least half full, which is a great accomplishment considering the fact there I always notice ONLY ONE person working the grill. That is just amazing. That person probably works around the clock to keep the trays full of food. I must give credit to him. The food here is consistently above other Panda Express locations Ive been to. I usually go with a chow mein plate with a chicken(normally string bean, or kung pao, orange is also a good choice) and beef(cant go wrong with broccoli beef) entrees. I dont get an egg roll and only get ice water. Doing so saved serious cash as a college student. I also do the survey on the back of my receipt and when I come next time, I get an free entrée of my choice. What?? Heck yeah, Ill do that survey all day! The front line staff is led by a thin Chinese woman who is really friendly and always ask customers if theyd like a sample(something Ive seen less of recently at other Panda Express locations) while she shakes her head slightly to move her hair back under her Panda Express visor hat. She is very quick with her serving(dont worry, portion sizes are great)and knows many of the customers are there for their lunch break from work, so she works with efficiency and resolve. However, she takes time to engage with customers in a friendly manner, just like you would expect the old lady owner of a Chinese restaurant to bring out extra meat for the customer with a young son, because he is growing boy. Her staff is also friendly and fast. Ive never had a problem with miscommunication or bad attitudes with the cashier while paying for my meal. Simply, one of the best Panda Expresses in the city.

Worst Panda Express Ive ever been too. A couple of days ago I went to eat here with my family and I asked for orange chicken & chow mein well the chow mein was not made properly it was hard and the orange chicken that I got was as hard as a rock and the taste was not right and when I went to let them know if I can change my order because of how it was the Chinese lady gave me such a bad look and didnt even let me explain what was going on she basically asked what I wanted and threw the plate at me didnt even let me say a word after. My husband use to be a manager at a panda and he was very disappointed with how we were treated and how bad they were serving the food.

Im giving this place 2 stars because the workers are so afraid to put an equal and consistent Amount of food on your takeout tray. This place shakes their spoons and give you a less portion of meat thats required as a meal because their afraid of their manager who constantly watches and ride them, making sure their giving her standardize portion off her own instinct , Shes hoping it saves the restaurant money but at the same time their ripping off the customer!!! This is the only panda express that does this! Ive never experienced this at any of the others locations. Take your business to other panda express locations not this one.

Every time i come to Panda Express they never have what i want to eat ready or cold and i have to wait 10 to 15 MINUTES! Then the time i SPENT driving here another AND THE LINE 10 to 15 MINUTES Thats half of my lunch break THEN THIS PLACE OPENS AT 10:30AM TODAY IM HERE RIGHT NOW OUTSIDE AND THEY DONT HAVE ANY FOOD READY SO THEN WHY ARE YOU OPEN IF YOU CANT SELL FOOD I DONT RATE ANYTHING BUT IM SICK OF COMING TO A PLACE WHERE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GREAT BUT NO FOOD 80% OF THE TIME! #UNHAPPY CUSTOMER!!!! OMG SO I WAITED 15 MIN THEY JUST TOLD ME TO WAIT ANOTHER 10 REALLY??? IM SO PISSED!

Worst online order ever!!! I never even got the food they just charged me and oh get this when they finally answered the phone they told me they arent even in charge of the delivery...then why does your website state delivery or take out ??? I had to call another number and they didnt help at all then he gave me another one and nothing. But you took my money away but no food wow yall really do suck. This will be the last time i spend my money on panda express. Who is incharge of delivery then? I shouldnt even give you a star
