My sons tortellini was under cooked twice and they covered it with 4 tables of bacon and parsley first off to cover the fact that it was undercooked sitting under heat lamp. The server was not responsiveness including not introducing herself was very apparent. We had to call her over several times to clear our plates and give us more soup & salad for our never ending soup or salad.Everyone knows that servers are to put cheese on the refilled soup but she never had one in her hand as she brought the soup out. When she wasnt serving us she was hiding at the hostess stand.The soups were under cooked and lacking in flavor.If the Italian sausage soup with heavy cream is extremely thin and doesnt taste a thing like Italian sausage then you cut a corner. DONT TELL ME ITS ALWAYS MADE THAT WAY!! I have been eating at Olive Garden for 19 years and I know what it taste like in California,NM,Maine and Dallas,Texas.Its never thin.Its undercooked plan and simple!! Bad service and bad food at this location!

Appena entrato ho sentito odore di formaggio misto straccio bagnato, una sensazione orribile. Il posto mi è sembrato abbastanza sporco, tutto quello che ho toccato mi ha dato una brutta sensazione, compresi i piatti quando son stati portati. Il cibo non è male, la lasagna però è più simile a un piatto messicano con chili. Nel complesso, da provare, la cucina comunque è leggermente diversa dalla scelta che trovi in zona, però per quanto mi riguarda non ci tornerò per parecchio.

I have been coming to this Olive Garden location since it opened a couple of years ago. My mom and I go every chance we get and we LOVE it! The food is always great here and we ALWAYS end up with leftovers. When we come as a family we tend to fill up on the awesome salad and soups (pasta e fagioli is my favorite!) and their awesome breadsticks. By the time we get the entrees we are so full and satisfied that the entree becomes our NEXT meal at home. I have to say I have never gotten a bad waitperson. New, nervous and inexperienced? Sure. but everyone has to start somewhere. Many times, people wont think to review a restaurant where they are treated well and their food was great. Most people do tend, however, to review places where they feel they were treated badly. Im happy to say that I am one very satisfied customer and look forward to many more great experiences at OG!!

I moved here from another state and am so disappointed with this olive garden. Olive garden has been my my favorite restaurant for years. This particular olive Garden has the smallest portion of any Olive Garden I have ever been to. I can order a meal and be hungry when I leave. Not only that but I order a $15 meal and they dont even give you a vegetable. Yes they serve a salad but I dont know of any other restraunt that doesnt give a vegetable too. The last time i went they brought us salad but never brought breadsticks. We didnt get breadsticks till our meal came. Not only that but it is always dirty. We have been there 3 times and I decided I will not go back to this Olive Garden. Im hoping some other Olive Garden, Texas area are better than this one.

Warning, do not go for a quick lunch, I went for quick salad as I only had an hour before I had to get back to work. I was shown to my table by a very nice young lady and was seated at a table in the middle of the dinning room. I sat there for 13 min. and no one came to offer me a drink or to take an order. There were wait persons running all around me and when I got up to leave I walked past 2 wait persons just standing by the entrance to the kitchen. It was very weird to sit there being completely ignored for such a long time and yes I was checking the time as I had to get back before one oclock. We have had these guys cater meals to our office before and they have done a great job but it is definitely not the place to go for a quick lunch.

Good food good service and enjoyable experience. I am a fast food junkie, regularly eating at fast food establishments. Although some brands are usually better than others, I have found much more difference between different locations of the same brand, rather than between brands, across the board. Consistency over a long period of time is very difficult to find because of the frequent personnel turnover. It is critical to have really good managers on site. If I owned a franchise I would definitely have a very well-designed reward system in place, to ensure that both individuals and teams were properly rewarded for their outstanding performance. Good loyal repeat customers are the crown jewels of the fast food business.

This Olive Garden Impressed me. They offered a veterans day meal to veterans and so I decided to take advantage of the offer. The staff was super friendly, very quick, very helpful and when the food came out it was hot, it was fresh..i have absolutely NO complaints about my visit there. I went on veterans day 11 nov 2014 between 1pm-2pm. I was in a hurry due to having to be back at work and while i was waiting for my food to be prepared the staff had smiles and small talk that wasnt irritating and even offered me a drink while i waited for my food. My visit there to this location left a very good impression with me and i most certainly WILL be going back to give them my business. They did more than earn it in my opinion.

Im unable to give this establishment a 0 star. However, I feel that they should be visited by the health department more often. A good majority of the staff is unsanitary. They are disgusting. My party ordered a salad and there was dirt in the salad. There was no reasoning to serve us dirty salad. After which, the waitress decided to talk to another customer over my food while her saliva fly into it. When I questioned her about it she became defensive. The manager is equally delusional. He feels thats its ok to serve dirty salad. I guess what do you expect if the managers appearance is groteque. Oily skin, greasy hair with flakes, and dirty nails. He also had food stains on his shirt.

Party of 11, Wednesday evening, average evening but not busy. Started out ok, salad and breadsticks were served BUT without any plates or silverware. Drink order were taken and served... then the plates and silverware was brought. 15 minutes later our orders were taken. An hour after we were seated our food arrived...cold/ lukewarm, over cooked meats ( med rare was well done). Several plates were sent back only to return 15 minutes later after 1/2 the party ate their low quality meals. The manager was off in the distance and rolled his eyes when observed what went on. NO apologies, compensation or words at all from the managers. Customer service went out the back door w Elvis!

Our waitress was nice, but very busy in other sections too. But this is not why Im giving 1 star. Im giving one star because I saw another waiter tampering with food. We were sitting all the way in the corner by the bar, gives us a perfect shot of the bus area. This waiter took 2 drinks to a table. Brought them back to the bus area, SPIT in each glass and took them back. It was around 9:20pm on 6-15-16. The young waiter has a beard thing. We didnt even finish our food there. We packed it up, payed and left. Please dont spit in anyone elses food young man!!! We eat out and trust people everyday to handle our food with care not neglect. This is so gross.
