Knights Express is a small pizzeria on Easton Avenue closer to Tacoria, Paulies Pizza and what was the NJ Book Store. Parking at this establishment isnt very convenient, as it is street parking and Easton Ave at this section is usually very busy. The interior itself has a decent amount of room for sitting at normal sized tables, which have the Rutgers Knight carved into them (a nice touch). There is a very good drink selection and another positive for this pizzeria is that its open earlier than nearly every other pizzeria on Easton Avenue. You can purchase breakfast at this pizzeria if you wanted, which is a nice convenience. Theres also an ATM inside. The plain slice was run-of-the mill. Nothing too special about this slice, but it wasnt bad. The crust was fluffy and the slice had a salty taste to it. It wasnt overly greasy and the cheese tasted fresh enough. The sauce was on the sweeter side, but still pretty good. Like many pizzerias in this area, it would have been better to have more sauce on it. The Chicken Bacon Ranch slice was extremely filling, but not overly amazing. It was greasier than the plain slice on account for the 50% more cheese they put on it. The amount of ranch to cheese was fair, but the bacon wasnt crispy enough for my liking. It wasnt bad, but I thought that if the bacon were crispier, it would have made for a better slice.

I ordered delivery from GrubHub at 11:40pm. The estimated delivery said 12:25am-12:35. I said that was okay because I planned on staying up late....its currently 2am as I am writing this review. I called the place around 1am asking why my wrap and soda was taking so long and the guy said the driver just left 10-15 minutes ago. I still have not received my food. Theres probably a good chance I wont even get my food. DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM HERE

Almost two hours to deliver my food. Not surprised that its cold. Plus I guess Sprite does look a little like the ginger ale I ordered. No biggie. This was my first and last time ordering from here.

They forgot to include the sauces that come with the combo platter. When I called, they said theyd send someone out. When I asked around what time someone would come, they hung up. No one came.

Placed an order and after an hour I called and they said "5 or 6 minutes". How does it take an hour to cook Pizza? Theres so many other Pizza places to order from in new brunswick...not there

Fast delivery right to the ER door. Very polite driver and ordering. I would highly recommend this restaurant, thats why I gave it 5 stars. Great job Knights Express.
