today on my way to Olive Garden, I called to make a reservation. I told the girl on the phone named Virgina I wanted a reservation for 2, she then told me one moment and put me on hold. I was on hold for 16 minutes!!! I stayed on hold so I could show them when I got there. Right before turning into Olive Garden someone answered asking what I was on hold for. I told them I have been on hold for 16 minutes and she apologized and then asked what I needed. I told her it was for a reservation for 2, she then told me you couldnt make reservations for 2 because its too small of a group. I then told her that was alright and I wish I was told that instead of being on hold for 16 minutes!! She just apologized and was acting eager to get me off of the phone. We ate dinner there, our waitress, I cant even remember her name. She greeted us by saying hey my name is ??? What would you like to drink? It was a very slow night so I was confused by the lack of hospitality and service we received. I ordered the tilapia and shrimp, wasnt impressed with it at all, definitely not worth the priced. Isnt olive gardens slogan "when youre here youre family" definitely didnt feel that tonight. Wont be going to Olive Garden for awhile, which saddens me because I usually enjoy my experience. Next time I will drive out of the way if I want Olive Garden because I will never be going back to this location.

Got seated quickly, but it was all downhill after that. Had to ask for breadsticks constantly before ever getting any. Drinks took forever, felt like we were sitting there for a half an hour before anything was brought to the table. The waitress didnt make any suggestions but immediately asked us if we were ready to order. Drinks never got refilled until I made it a point. Food came out immediately after the salad was set down. After that, barely saw the waitress again, never came by to check if everything was alright. Constantly had to ask other servers for refills, extra bread and so forth. And at the end, I found it almost offensive that they have the audacity to include suggested tip percentage on the bill. I was a waiter for years when I was younger and I was tought that T.I.P.S was an acronym for (to insure proper service) I feel like they need to reinstate that standard of service in their staff in most restaurants nowadays. If you are going to go out and spend your hard earned money for a meal, it should be outstanding...not average or worse.

We have tried to visit this location a couple other times but the wait time was always too long. Luckily tonight we were able to get a table after only a 10min wait even though they told us it would be 25min. Our server Korie was fantastic, very attentive, personable and friendly and she made sure our food was prepared the way we asked. I had the Chicken Scampi and my hubby had the Moscato Peach Chicken - both were delicious and werent brought out too quickly which gave us time to enjoy our salad and breadsticks. Have to also give an honorable mention to the busboy (sorry I didnt get his name) he was clearing tables around us and we didnt even notice because he was doing it so quickly AND quietly....nothing will ruin the mood for my hubby more than hearing dishes and glasses clanging and banging while trying to enjoy a meal.

Normally, I would give this place 5 stars, so this may be a one-time glitch. Idk. I called in a to go order for 2 of their most popular and most advertised and better options on their menu... not to mention 2 of the more pricier options. Not only did I not get to order my favorite dish, but the young lady, and 2 or 3 of her fellow servers, had no clue as to what a Mixed Grill platter was, and they advised the young lady to order from their competitors!!... by saying that I should call Carrabas instead! Wow! The management needs to take a closer look at their training process and make sure that their employees at least have the common sense to look for a particular "unknown" dish on their POS System, before telling me(or any other customer) that Im wrong, that theyve never heard of said dish, and to CALL A COMPETITOR!!

I order to go from here most of the time I almost never dine in. Most times I get looked over before someone assist me. My last experience I purchased a large of lasagne the bag tore while bringing it into the house and the lasagne fell everywhere. The food was to heavy for one bag which they should have known and doubled my bag but they fell to do so. I called and spoke to the manager which is a caucasian stud (dont remember her name) she asked that I bring the lasagne back. Well I scraped what ever is could off of the ground to return it and I had to wait 4 hours for another one. Worst experience ever. She didnt offer any other food options nor did she apologize for such inconvenience. Instead she interrogated me as if I was being dishonest. I will never go back and spend my hard earned money there again.

We come here a few times a year and for our daughters birthday with her friends every single april (min 5-12 people) We know they dont take reservations but we dont care, we love the hospitality they show us! Tonight we had the pleasure of our server being April "Ms New York" and we enjoyed everything about HER and our dinner. My original selection of dinner was unavailable so she recommended a different dish which was AHHmazing!! Not a moment went by that she didnt check up on us to make sure that we had what we needed. Ask for her section next time you go! You wont be disappointed!! However, for those that like to complain, if you choose to be ungrateful then maybe go to a fast food restaurant instead!! This staff here works hard and will make your visit an enjoyable one!!

I loved the experience here. The server, Drew, was absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond to make sure our visit was great. He answered my questions about the menu very well. When my husband found a chipped piece of bowl in his soup, Drew got the manager who made my husbands meal on the house. When my daughter saw us getting grated cheese on our soup, she wanted some, so he put grated cheese on a plate for her as well. Side note, Drew was taking care of at least three other tables between the visible sections with the same excellence he was taking care of us. The area was very well taken care of (shout out to busboys Juan and Fabian). I will definitely be returning to this location.

We waited 15 min for our server, we waited so long that another server showed up (Ben) and he was very nice and polite, he introduce himself and told us he would take care of us until our server arrived, when she arrived she didnt even introduce herself nor apologized for the delay, but the worst is that she was still smelling of smoking, she really needs to work on her people skills, i can tell she wasnt trying to be rude but her manners are rude, the way she places the plates on the table makes it look like she is throwing them in front of you, and the way she talks to customers could be improved, Her name is Bertha. Food was tasty as always but experience was far from being great.
