My wife and I come here for steak occasionally (our favorite steakhouse) because the food is always good. But, this review is because we were very pleased with the service. Jennifer T. waited our table and from the beginning, it was evident she would be above average. Her delightful personality was refreshing and she brought everything on time. I recommend customers ask for her....there is more than one Jennifer, but only one Jennifer T. Thanks so much!

Everything was great till I left my wifes debit card. I returned in less than ten minutes and they would not give the card to me because I was wrong about the last name. The card had her maiden name. I returned with my wife. They were ugly and they almost didnt give her the card. Thank goodness she had her old license with her maiden name or we would have never made it home.

My wife and I split the 30 ounce Porterhouse thats on their menu. I opted to add on their special concoction of peppers, onions and hot sauce. It was (no lie) one of the best steaks Ive ever eaten. It was cooked just right for me, hot from the kitchen and oh-so moist! And the server was terrific. She accomodated our sons food allergies with no problem.

One of the worst customer service experiences Ive ever had with a restaurant. We called and reserved a table at 6:45 we arrived at 6:30 to find our table had been given away and to find out that they dont reserve tables, ironic. They apologized and assured me the wait wouldnt take long, after waiting for over an hour, we decided to leave.

This location is great. The food is always perfect and the service is always friendly. This location is also nicer than the location in McDonough because the booths are bigger and my fiancee and I dont end up by kicking each other all through dinner like we do at the McDonough location.

Bread tie in my salad... Got a steak instead of the prime rib ordered... Grilled corn not as good as made out to be... Ordered drink without ice came out full of ice. Homosexual waiter but if smart ass... Bus boy served us better... Steak and rest of food was good.

The Shrimp and lobster dip is something worth spending your money on and sparing an hour for enjoying it in a good company. I really like places of this kind - not too big or crowded, where service is still a way to say your customers they are dear to you.

It was terrible. There was a fly in my beer. My baked potato had to be at least 2 days old. I had not been to this restaurant in several months. I used to go here several times a month. It has really gone downhill in the last year. I will not go back!

Server Lisa was clearly having a bad day. Slow with drink refills. Kept forgetting about things we asked for. She seemed much more focused on another table. However, the food was amazing . Meat and sides all cooked just right. Delicious!

Usually get the New York strip and its excellent. This time tried the special cut Delmonico and it wasnt worth the extra money. it was overcharred and didnt have the best flavor. It was just mediocre.

Good service! E locked out keys in the car and our waitress for us a hangar. Good was cooked perfectly, the Porterhouse for 2 supplied tomorrows lunch! I couldnt even eat my potatoes!
