THEEE BEST PIZZA!!! We usually go to the one on 31st. I will never go to that ghetto location ever again now that we found this one on Archer. The atmosphere is very CLEAN, COZY, INVITING unlike the one on 31st. The location on 31st. Has gone soo down. They even cut out pasta dinners from menu (really)!! The staffs customer service is poor too and dont even get me started on some of the LOUD, OBNOXIOUS ghetto people that go there thinking theyre in a pool hall. What a difference this location on Archer. We were greeted with big smiles and friendly faces as soon as we came in and promptly seated. Our waiter was "Manny" and his service exceeded our expectations considering how busy place was and him apologizing for taking so long since being short staffed that night. He was on point with ALL his tables and really gave all of us in his section THE best service! Great job Manny, keep up with that smile while you workin! Will now be loyal customers to this location.

I have 10 years experience in food service and culinary school graduate. Seat time was quick. Environment was intriguing (in a good way). Love the history. The waitress was not very tentative and did not portray that she had experience in food service. The vibe that I got from the various things I read; like dough made fresh every day; made me think I would get a nice fresh tasty pizza. That is not what I got. The dough was not thin crust but didnt seem hand toses either. It was dry and rubbery like the dough had been sitting for a few days too long or in a freezer. The pepperoni and sausage tasted like it had been shipped in bulk frozen and low quality. The cheese was tasteless along with the sauce. The combination of poor service and subpar food led me to say that the "famous" Homerun Inn isnt so great after all.

Last time Ill ever go there pizza was hard!what happened to good old Home Run Inn Pizza, where you would eat the first bite and already thinking about going back for more? the strawberry mango ice tea was thick and had to be watered down a few times not the waiters fault he was really curtious and wanted to take care of the problem right away. The prices are ridiculous for a Large Sausage Pizza we ordered being that there were 5 in our group plus drinks bill was almost $80 for nasty pizza that tasted boxed and syrup tea drink! NEVER AGAIN.

Since theres no place to post for the Midway Airport location, you get the 1-star rating Archer Avenue location. Sorry. $8 for a 6" microwaved pizza. I know Im at an airport, but if youre in CHICAGO and you want to get the publicity for your pizza chain, dont completely phone it in. If this is truly how you want to run this location, at least use a different name. "Doooooont Care Pizza" , and the natural spokesman for that name, are both available I believe. Also, someone just got charged $24 for a solo cup of wine. Sad!

Excellent service, could tell our waiter was working very hard to make sure everyone had an enjoyable experience here even though it was super busy. Best pizza ever. Would never get just cheese anywhere else. Also best fries ever. When I looked at the menu the prices seemed a bit steep the portion sizes are great and the food is fantastic. Will definitely come back.

love the pizza- recently ordered a pizza and they messed up my order and gave me the wrong pizza... but I must say the cashiers and especially the manager, a man, were so nice and pleasant-- Ive never experienced such great sevice!! They definitely rectified the problem without hesitation and i left extremely happy! I will definitely be visiting much more often !!

WAAAAAY over priced. The sausage is disgusting. Im a fan of the original Home Run Inn and this is expensive garbage even compared to their frozen pizza. Id rather go to the grocery store and bake a frozen pizza myself than subject my taste buds to this atrocity again. Even a cheap store brand frozen pizza would be better than this Home Run Inn location.

Terrible, we waited more than an hour for the two burgers my husband and I had ordered and meanwhile everyone else was receiving their pizzas, even people who were arriving after us got their order before we did. To make matters worse the burgers were mediocre, $11-$12 for a burger that doesnt even come with fries- we are never going back again...

This review is for the Airport restaurant. What a mess, waited 20+ minutes for a breakfast sandwich AFTER I ordered. No coffee, out of half the bread. Get this place out of here and replace it with a restaurant that can handle the rush. Now Im 11 minutes late for my boarding. If I could rate 0 stars I would

I am trying to figure out why some people rave about their food. The pizza was ok. What they charge for their pizzas is insane. Actually you can find several pizza places in the area with better pizza than they sell at half the price. Speaking of prices...ten bucks for a so so beef sandwich?

This Home Run Inn was the worst. I spent $80.00 on sub par pizza product. Home Run Inn is living off their name, but the product is suffering. The sausage was dry, the chicken wings had feathers. I will not be going back. CONNIES AND GIORDANOS.

Nice vibe. Excellent food. Good service. We were a party of eleven at lunch and we tried a wide variety of the salads, pizzas and sandwiches. Fair to say that everyone enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. This place is definitely worthy.

Breakfast sandwich at the airport not worth $8.00. Horrible. I wish I could post the picture I took. I strongly discourage you from eating this sandwich. They passed the sandwiches in greasy bags. HORRIBLE

Great place for family the manager Dan was great!! Came with a party of 11 and they opened up the back side to accommodate us as it wasnt any more space out front for our party. Great service!

Brings back some good memories of visiting my grandmother in the southside of Chicago. Great pizza at huge portions. Funny enough, they had the Cubs game on TV during the 2016 MLB playoffs!

Rating for Home Run pizza on Terminal B Midway. Worst Italian beef sandwich in all of my years in Chicago. Long lines and terrible service. Go eat somewhere else!
