To be honest the food Ive gotten from here is delish! I actually just ordered now and waiting for delivery...BUT thats the problem. The wait! Whether you order over the phone or order in person, the wait can get pretty ridiculous! If youre hungry and dont feel like cooking, you go to a restaurant hoping to get your food almost instantly. Of course the best food takes time to make but for some fried rice and wings it should NOT take an hour. Ive actually never stayed to eat at the reataurant but Ive been there in person to order and go, and its clean and welcoming! The staff is also really nice!! When the food is delivered, sometimes it can be cold and the fries soggy. However they give you a lot of food, which is always a plus for me lol! I love BONCHON, really, but I think they could do with more staff or something that could help with the wait. Thats my main problem. Still have yet to try other meals from here, but so far so good!

Its trash. Their service is the worst ever. They also apparently cant have separate checks. We all know they do that because they want a big tip and last time we went there, we got overcharged. They said the rest of the bill was tax. But with a $100 meal in total, our tax came out to be $30. A total of $130. How is that possible? They took 20% gratuity already without telling us. And when we complained, they told us they already charged us and they cant take it back and they were also closed. Really bad customer service. I really wish 0/5 stars is an option.

The food was for the most part yummy. We enjoyed the Bibimbap and the wings were very yummy too. The food took like an hour - which is fine, she told me it would take that long - however, when it was delivered to us, it was cold! I had a ginger salad with salmon and because of the length of time in getting the food to us, the greens were wilted from sitting under the warm salmon. So it was kind of unappetizing. All in all, the food was good and well try them again.

Great chicken... but its a bit too pricey! Granted its done their way... but with SO MANY fried chicken choices now-a-days, Im curious to know if they are trying to be competitive price wise, or it really doesnt matter to them and being the Bentley of fried chicken is okay. Would love to eat from there more often... but its just a bit too rich for my blood to consume regularly. Hence the 4 stars. But the chicken is to die for... I will say that.

Wow... I had the noodles, tacos, and wing. The taste was great. It was very very fresh. Despite being fried, the wings were very meaty but not greasy or fatty (which blew my mind). The tacos had a unique taste that will make anyone come back for 2nd, 3rd, well you get it. And the noodles with the beef/onions/peppers is the cherry on top. You know I am defiantly coming back for more.

They need to take some pointers from the nutley location. The first time I ordered wings they had hair on the tip and the taste was totally off . The second time my tacos were toasted which took all the flavor from them besides the chicken wasnt good at all. This will be my last time coming to this 1. Very disappointed twice

Food was good but the service was disappointing. Took too long for the food to come and was not served all at the same time. Waitress was a snob no personality what so ever. Was not apologetic and was not accommodating considering the food was taking forever. She was all over the place. They need to hire more people.

On a scale this place is a zero, food sub par, the tables and floor was dirty and I waited approximately 40 min for crunchy rice that was Luke warm, wings that were suppose to be half and half but all spicy.. I will never go back here or suggest anyone else goes unless they did a complete 100 with food and service.

Came here a handful of times when they first opened up. The chicken is perfectly cooked fresh when you order, however the price is a bit of a deterrent, which is why I havent been back in a while.. The lunch special is a bit more affordable though, if you are by the area during lunch.

30 minutes for one order of takoyaki. 10 more minutes for 20 pieces of chicken. The place looks like an upscale Chinese takeout. Korean fried chicken tends to feel heavy and their chicken is no different. All this can be yours for $33.

On a scale from 1 to 10 I rate Bonchon a 0. The staff do not know how to communicate with their customers we were told to wait for 25 minutes which ended up being 55 minutes. No apologies at all. Ive never waited so long for fast food.

The lunch deal is my favorite deal. Their fries are to die for. I will never have regular fries again. The garlic tenders are flavorful and soft on the inside and crunchy on the outside. I just cant think about it without drooling.
