Im sorry, but this place is terrible. They say they deliver, but they will tell you delivery will take two hours to encourage you to come and pick up. Every time I do, I see the driver hanging out with a friend outside of his car, or messing around with friends. There is no management in the evenings to oversee things when they are the busiest, and the kids that work there apparently need it. When I order from any other place, I dont have to wait two hours... I live about a mile and a half away. I want delivery because I pay the fee, tip well, and Ive already worked all day. Also, every time I come in, the kid at the register looks stressed that the others are not working and he is about 16, and taking the brunt of it. Please hire new management or new drivers, and Ill come back.

I ordered my pizza online. As all the reviews says below or above, the delivery guy did not come with in 45 mins. I have to call in after an hour to check my order, he said driver is on his way. I called in after half hour, The driver is still on his way. By this time, I waited for almost 1: 30 hr. I called him after 2 hours, Now is the interesting part, very funny and lively "Sir, your order was returned back because we knocked the door and nobody answered". I felt like "Damn it !! there wouldnt be anyone standing beside the door waiting for the pizza. You should have tried door bell instead of a door knock". very worst experience spoiled my whole night......

I ordered pizza online,went there to pick it up and the guy helped the customer in front of me then walked to the kitchen. he didnt say Ill be with you in a minute he didnt say anything he just turned around and walked to the kitchen. I stood there for about 5 minutes maybe even 10 minutes and that he find his head to the little window there and said Ill be with you in just a minute I waited then another 2 minutes then he came back out and helped me just terrible customer service..

Ordered pizza online and it shows pizza will be ready in 15 minutes. I went to store after 15 minutes and guy there instantly asked for payment. I confirmed how much more time it will take and he mentioned couple of minutes. After waiting for 25 minutes guy realized that pizza was already there in storage. It was there before even I reach there and I had to wait 25 minutes for no reason. bad service and cold pizza... :(

"No one out pizzas the hut." Colin was really terrific. all around terrific driver and always smiles. Great guy. I think I might love him. The pizza was good. Delivery is always convenient, and our latest experience was accurate and on time. The price for the quality dont quite line up, but if youre in a pinch and need a lazy night, this Pizza Hut isnt a bad choice. Sign up for their e-mail newsletters, because they typically have good coupon codes for those nights that you just dont have time or energy to make anything else at home.

Attention upset pizza hut customers!! There is a Brand new DOMINOS!! right across the street! ;) there amazing, fast, quality assured and super super friendly! If anything is wrong with your order or you just dont like it theyll replace it for you no hassle!! Ordered 3 pizzas and poppers, everything was wrong was told it would take 35 minutes and it took an hour and 22 minutes. Driver called after an hour claiming bad traffic but you could hear the restaurant in the background.

Pizza and wings are just fine. Just keep your fingers crossed they dont mess up your order. I thought I was going to have to give away my first born son to get them to fix it. I paid for sauce. Deliver it!

Making pizza without wearing gloves and I have seen so many times. No more pizza again for me only Costco ok. After smoking and restroom, they went straight to make pizza for the customers.

The address for this is incorrect. Google maps told you to turn towards 228th. Go the opposite direction towards fredmeyer. Itll be accross from fred meyers in the walgreens parking lot.

Regularly burns pizzas, leaves things off the order, delivery time is too long. Order from a different pizza hut or a different pizza restaurant. The price is not worth it.
