The employees here have become increasingly incompetent. Our order always consisted of approximately four different items and each item was incorrect. The last time I went there, I got a refund (1st time) and they gave me attitude though we brought the pizza back to them and we had not eaten but one bite. I do not know what happened to this location, it used to be my favorite. It is unfortunate that they are unwilling to fix their mistakes and are pretty rude when asked to correct there own errors. The first time our pizzas were undercooked and under seasoned. The second time our breadsticks did not have seasoning on them and I was told they do not sell the seasoning and do not have seasoning for breadsticks anymore. The third time there was seasoning on the breadsticks but the pizza was completely over sauce and under cheesed. The last time I went the pizza dough was undercooked, over sauced, the cinnamon sticks were not fully cooked, and the breadsticks were raw.

I placed my order at 731pm. My confirmation email stated a delivery time of 856 pm. At 902 pm I received the text message thanking me for my order. At 912 pm I called the location to check on the status of my order. I was told that mine would be the next delivery out the door. At roughly 950 pm, my order was delivered. Almost an hour after the time that was given in my confirmation email. Almost 45 min after i called to check on it. This was ridiculous. I will not be ordering delivery from this location again. It seems like no matter what day it is,the delivery time period is over an hour. Unfortunately, my hour and a half turned into two and and half hours. I never even got a message that my pizza was on its way. This is not how business is done and not how you keep customers.

Was told they dont use peanut oil by an employee. Later confirmed by a manager they do use it. She gave me extensive attitude when i had asked to the point i felt uncomfortable. She told me she was a manager when i asked to speak with one. Obviously she wasnt actually a manager.... This information is critical to someone with peanut allergies... It shouldnt be treated as an annoying question and better yet the info should be accurate. Had i not been uncomfortable with her answer and chose not to eat the pizza i paid for. I could have had a life threatening reaction and ended in a lawsuit. Very sad situation all around

Pizza arrived upside down and on top of one another. Nothing was done to rectify the situation even though I was told I would be refunded, called back by a manager and would have the same driver return my tip. None of that happened. Waited a total almost 90 mins and got a completely different driver. This is a new store just up the road from the house. Save yourself the trouble and order from Big Joes or Napolis instead. Plenty of great locally owned pizzerias to support anyways. This company clearly doesnt care about its employees and the lack of pride taken in their pizza is a disgrace to pizza lovers everywhere :(

Called and placed an order for delivery. Was told delivery would be over an hour so we decided to do pickup. Was then told it would be 20 minutes for pickup. Showed up about 30 minutes after making the call and it still wasnt ready. Proceeded to wait another 20 minutes. At that point I could have just waited for delivery. While waiting for my order to be ready people in the kitchen screamed at each other to move faster and hurry up, get out of the way. Employees on their cellphones instead of working. Only to find it was ready to go the entire time. Great job guys! Very disappointed with this location.

Friday night, they "ran out" of parmesan cheese for a carryout order that took 45 minutes. Really? A pizza place? Doesnt look like they have the right-minded staff to run an otherwise updated carryout franchise location. The staff didnt look like they have been trained to handle a dinner rush. They need a restaurant manager, not an experienced pizza driver that knew another mediocre pizza business. Its sad. Place has promise. Undercover boss? This place will lose substantial money if you dont fix this. #getitright

Very disappointed and wont be ordering from this store anytime soon. First, I called to make an order for delivery and the first thing the guy said was "it will be at least an hour, is that okay". Next he could not or more likely would not get my last name right on the order and then I asked if since the store was "offline" per the website they would honor a coupon, he said "no"! So I went to Papa Johns, website working and they honor coupons!

Once again, my pizza isnt fully cooked. I dont understand the issue here. Ive worked here. Ive never seen pizzas come out this bad. Ever since they got all these new people things havent come out cooked fully. The cheese clearly hadnt cooked long enough, and the doe was still raw in a large area towards the center.

Wrong sauce. I had ordered the new ones at 2:18 its now 2:44 and the pizza is cold and the sauce still isnt here. I payed for it... I should have the correct sauce or the correct sauce delivered in a timely manner so we could enjoy our pizza and sauce hot instead of cold.

Always have "issues" when ordering from this location such as: "lost online order", "payment system down", and my favourite, a register change during a busy time....they only have one register, think it through. Definitely not customer focused at this location.

Wrong pizza, out of pepperoni and no mushrooms on a supreme.was still charged for pizza. Phones were turned off all night so I couldnt ask for a new or different Pizza nor a refund. Also crust flavor was left off. Obviously not the pizza I ordered.

Pizza has been out for delivery since 8:53pm and its now 9:33pm and we live .4 miles away! I called to cancel the order and the person on the phone said to give it another 15 minutes. No thanks!! Poorly managed.
