I am not much to complain, I work in customer service myself and I know how crazy things can get. I will start off right when we walked through the door. None of the waitresses acknowledged us, not even when she was bringing food to another table. When she was walking back to the counter she said "be with you in one second." It wasnt a friendly greeting, and I am willing to put that aside. It gets busy, I get it. We finally got seated and the waitress came back, took our drink orders and our order. She brought us our drinks and never came back. One of the cooks actually brought out all our food and the manager brought us our wings and refilled our drinks. We did not see our waitress once. Our order was completely wrong, but they compensated for it by giving us a free pizza. I had to go up to the counter and ask for our ticket and a box for left overs. Our waitress brought us a box and our ticket, it was the ONE and only time we seen her the whole time we were there after she took our order. And she brought us the wrong ticket!!! So we had to go up and get OUR ticket. Worst customer service ever. If you feel like eating something you didnt order and paying for someone elses food while feeling upset in the process, please by all means, eat at the Pizza Hut on Marshall in Shakopee. The only reason I didnt give it one star was because the food was still good even though it was wrong and the manager was somewhat helpful.

Ive been going to the Pizza Hut in Shakopee for over 15 years. They always severed great food, and were friendly. Only once was my order wrong, and they fixed it. No big deal! Its sad to see how most people leave reviews on to Google just to rant about their one off bad experience went. Save the rants for places that are truly bad! If you didnt get your drink refill fast enough well.... Its fast food what do you expect. There are not dedicated servers in the restaurant. You go there for tasty affordable pizza not fine dinning. If I want a refill I just go up and ask for it, and they are more then happy to do it. If you think things are over priced like the guy below. "Oh the drink for $2.19 makes the buffet over $10... Well, if you cant afford $10 then you probably cant afford type 2 diabetes skip the Pepsi! Overall Pizza Hut in Shakopee is a great place with great people and pizza. I recommend you go there!

Ordering took a half hour because they had an issue putting it in. Once i got there it was not even in the system. I placed the order again. Now waiting in the parking lot and irritated because it took 12 minutes for customer service to answer my call I witness an employee bring out a bag of garbage only to proceed to dig in the dumpster and bring a different bag, clearly full of rotten food, back into the store. I immediately cancelled my order which had just finished and recieved a full refund, upon stating why I cancelled my order i was informed that the employee was retrieving a 400$ part which had been put in the garbage by mistake. At this point my attempt to go online to write to them thwarted by a unresponsive dropbox which was a required answer to send the complaint forward. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

If it was possible, I would have given this place zero stars. I placed my order of 4:15 because my sister and I needed food after school cause none of us like school lunch and we love pizza. So, we wait, and wait, and wait. At 4:45 we FINALLY get our pizza. I hand him the money, and he gives me my pizza. He then explains that they didnt put in the buffalo wings that I ordered and that he needs to run back to the store. Appalled and shocked, I just dumbly nodded at him. Its been a goddamn hour, and Im still waiting for my buffalo wings. Before you asked, I waited this long because I understand that sometimes restaurants can get extremely busy. Called the place, and am getting reimbursed for my buffalo wings and I got them..... an hour later then when they were supposed to be here when I ordered them.

Worst customer service! Order a pizza, received the wrong toppings. Called the customer service to get it fixed. I was told she would transfer the message and someone would call me back, 20 minutes later no call, so I called again. I was transferred to a manager. Waited another 15 minutes to receive no answer so I hanged up and called back. I was then told I was being transferred to another manager. 10 minutes later and no answer I recalled. Finally got someone. Between all the waiting, it was over an hour before someone finally answered and said another pizza was being sent out. How hard is it to fix a pizza order?! Too many other pizza places to choose from then to get a wrong order and go through all that headache.

Excellent delivery service if you order online. Last time I went to the actual restaurant I waited 5 minutes before the wait staff finally came over and told the people in front of me that they would be waiting even longer to be seated, because he was the only one on staff for the dinning room. I left. Phone orders are challenging too. I ordered online and a woman called me to tell me they were out of the crust I ordered (???). She got really confused when I tried to change the order and handed the phone to another irritated woman, so I canceled the order. Again, delivery drivers have been great. Friendly, quick and courteous.

Edit - Manager called to make things right by offering free pizzas... Raised my reveiw rating to reflect his attitude. Terrible customer service. Rude employees. Waited over 20 minutes for my (call in) pizza and turns out they had it on the counter getting cold the entire time. Lady offered no apology, but instead through her arms up in the air and shouted "Im busy!" ... Emailed corporate, now awaiting a response.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. ordered for a pizza with my specifications(toppings)they gave me a different pizza and when i called they started blaming me that it was my mistake i dont know on earth how pineapple can be changed for pepperoni and mushroom be replaced with nothing...terrible experience

Tried to order online 3 times...site wouldnt work. So then tried to phone it in...waited on hold for 5 minutes, lady answers i make my order....back on hold then get hung up on...Cant be like that with Pizza Man, Pizza and Pasta, Pappa Murphies, and Pizza Ranch within a few miles.

After reading the reviews here, I was afraid to return to this location. But the service was good and food was good at the buffet. Worth a second chance if you had bad luck at this location. They also hold daily specials during the weekdays for lunch buffet purchases.

the pizza was very crunchy almost like kitkat candy bar thats pizza wings on the other hand very oliley with some flavor not a whole lot of surprise. For that much money I think I should going somewhere else. Go some where else and got food poisoning the next day
