First ever visit, with a deluxe tea party for five to celebrate my birthday. It was a wonderful and relaxing time, with incredibly friendly and knowledgeable staff. Wide selection of teas and impressive menu. The only disappointments were completely my own fault, I thought I had booked for the Royal, but had signed up for the Deluxe instead, and on the phone they did specifically asked about dietary needs/requests, and one of our party has an almond allergy which I was able to confirm would not be an issue, but most of our party does not like mayonnaise or cream cheese, which I should have known is automatically put on almost everything. All three sandwich choices had one or the other on them, which was initially a shock since there is no mention of it on the tea party description, and I am afraid I was not able to mask the disappointment from my face since I was most excited about the cucumber sandwiches, and unable to eat them due to the cream cheese. So, aside from a few small disappointments in expectations vs. reality due to my own stupidity and lack of attention to detail when ordering, it was a delightful experience I hope to repeat again soon. I can easily see this becoming one of my favorite go to places for a relaxing afternoon.

I am a huge fan of good loose leaf tea, and places that know how to properly prepare it (good tea poorly prepared is too common unfortunately). I have visited Rob & Lynnes place - English Tea Leaves - for years now. It is THE place to go if you appreciate quality tea, prepared well, with a knowledgeable staff that can guide you as you explore teas from around the world. Their tea selection and expertise are unparalleled, and they are more than happy to help you learn more about tea if you so desire. They also have a decent lunch menu with pies, pasties, scones and salads to choose from. If youve ever been to one of those "franchise" tea places in Cherry Creek or Park Meadows Mall and you left underwhelmed, you need to visit English Tea Leaves. It is the real deal! -JB

Took advantage of a Living Social deal because my 6-year-old daughter loves tea parties (tho this was her first one that didnt include a plastic tea set). When we arrived, the table had been set for us beautifully, in a cozy spot by the window. The teas were wonderful and the cucumber sandwiches, scones and biscuits delightful. The staff was warm and knowledgeable, and I found the tea leaves I purchased to take home more reasonably priced than at other metro tea shops. We participate in a lot of activities in Parker, so was surprised I hadnt heard of this place before, bit thrilled to have found it. My daughter proclaimed it a perfect mommy -daughter day, and we are both excited to make tea parties at English Tealeaves a tradition as she is growing up.

Good tea, horrid service! I planned a high tea with my mom, mother in law and 2 grandmas. We arrived on time and our table was not ready so we waited about 15 min. Then once at the table we waited another 15 min before anyone came to take our order. I had to go get someone when we wanted to order different teas. Overall the service was horrible. They have the same prices as the Brown Palace. I would have much rather spent the same amount of money and gotten much better service at the Brown Palace. I was quite disappointed and embarrassed.

I have been a devotee of English Tea Leaves since they first opened. I always bring out of town guests to visit the tea room and they always say that this is one of the best, if not the best tea room they have ever visited. You receive a learning experience about tea while there and they always go home with tea as a souvinier as well. And you cant beat their gespacho soup on a hot summer day. If you appreciate the proper way to prepare tea, you will go to English Tea Leaves again and again. Marcia Morey

I have visited English Tealeaves since they opened in Parker. I missed my layovers in London, and their cafe is a sanctuary when I need a quiet tea experience. From sandwiches to scones, there is something for everyone. Oddly, I drink more iced tea than hot tea. Guess who does that, too? Yes, Tealeaves! Their fabulous hot tea selections can be made iced. I always take home a bag or two of their teas. They are so delicious I cannot stop myself.

My daughter and i went to Tealeaves for lunch and shared scones for dessert. Nice atmosphere and nice selection of teas! We were not impressed with the food or service however. Small portions were very spendy. Salad dressing in disposable bowls? We had to ask for hot water refills for tea and no one came to our table again. We frequent many tea spots in south Denver, but not this one again. :(

I ordered online, it was sent almost immediately with one of the faster shipping methods. There was a mix up with the order and Mr. Ridge solved it faster than I had notice what happened. The tea leaves I ordered are wonderful, both in quality and in taste! Great customer service! English Tealeaves is the only store I will buy online from in the future! Thank you Mr. Ridge!

After visiting the UK and getting hooked on afternoon tea, we found a great spot in Parker to have a pot of tea and a scone. Traditional English style food is also available. The atmosphere is bright and modern. And the staff are never over bearing. Great place to have a conversation with a friend or get in a few chapters of the book you just cant find the time to read.

Lovely spot with delicious tea and yummy soup. Everyone we met on the staff were delightful. Its a long way for me (45 min. drive), so I doubt Ill be back. But, if I lived closer, Id probably come. Be prepared, its a bit on the pricy side....$16+ tip for tea, and "soup+half a sandwich. More of a"special occasion" place.

I think the English tea at English Tea Leaves is really some of the best Ive ever had. As a regular drinker of Celestial Seasonings, I was quite amazed at the qualities and differences that could be explained by people who really know their tea. Definitely a nice place to take Mom and Grandma for a special day out.

I absolutely love Tealeaves! I go at least once a week! Everything on the menu is great, and they know how to make a wonderful cup of tea! Not to mention they have hundreds of tea to choose from. The employees are the nicest people , and they work really hard. Its practically my home away from home!

Ive pretty much been here every day this week. The staff is so nice and helpful, their food is tasty and like what a mom would make. Ive tried at least 11 of the teas they offer and they do not disappoint. I highly recommend their smoothies as well, Ive never had a more flavorful one in my life.

This place is fantastic! For my first time going to English Tealeaves, I had a great cup of Hawaiian Pineapple tea, and the staff took the time to explain what exactly I was drinking. Very friendly, attentive and welcoming staff and atmosphere-- I will be coming back!
