Place is famous for its mini burgers and pizza. Food: I had the fire and smoke pizza it was really good! However, since it has no protein I asked for chicken and barely got any chicken on it. So that is already minus a star. Service: really good service and she was quick too as we were on a rush Drinks/bar: didnt have it so next time I will have a drink and keep the 4 star rating or remove it in case I feel the drink menu could be better. Overall: Good place and good atmosphere. I liked the outdoor space they have seems perfect for a Saturday afternoon to enjoy a cold one. Usually i start every place with 5 stars and deduct based on service, food, drink menu, and overall look and feel.

Meh! Very disappointed with the "Farmers Soup". I swear it looked and tasted like it came from a can - no kidding. The potato pieces were exactly like those from cans, and the soup was thrown together with big chunks of canned peeled tomatoes in globs - not even fresh tomatoes. Just bad overall!!! The Fire-Smoke pizza was ok in taste, but paper-thin crust (which is ok) but not for $20 ! Also the wine that was served was not consistent in quantity in the glass. My husband got more in his glass than I did. Should be the same for the same price. Nice outdoor patio and pleasant service, though.

Completely my favorite new place! Matchbox sits on a corner, across from Trader Joes, conveniently off of Central and Walnut Hill in Dallas. The expansive bar area, which I prefer for random and great conversations, is in the southeast corner of the restaurant, and faces an amazing wrap-around outside bar and patio! The staff here, from the front door to the kitchen, is friendly and upbeat - which always speaks highly of the supportive management. The menu is diverse, the plating is creative, and the appetizers and entrees are Delicious! Highly recommend Matchbox!

Was double charged and the basically called a liar. Please if you go here check you bank statement/ account after going. Tried to get the restaurant to help including the manager and was pretty much brushed aside and said I was only charged once when clearly I can see the two charges on my account. BEWARE OF YOUR ACCOUNT IF YOU GO THERE!!!! the manager RALPH K has done noting to try and even correct the problem. If I could give 0 stars I would!!! Terrible dining experience due to this and I will be letting everyone I know to STAY AWAY!

This is primarily a pizza or pizza dough-sandwich restaurant. Just fair warning if your looking for a traditional sandwich or burger at lunch. (They do have mini slider burgers) They do have two sizes is salads and the steak salad was good. (Lunch size portion is very small) Service was great and food was served promptly after ordering. Im not a big pizza guy for lunch so I will not be coming back here. (Plus there are a lot of great pizza restaurants in Dallas) Price point is very steep for portions.(lunch salad was $17.00)

Hi yes this place is awesome. I HIGHLY recommend the Crab+Avo, Arancini (FRIED RISOTTO BALLS OF LOVE), Steak+Greens (Huge salad), and of course the Prime Rib French Dip (so big I couldnt even finish-fries that come with are sooo good). Haylie served me twice and is always a doll, even remembered my drink order from my first visit! The table next to me ordered the Churros for dessert- looked great def ordering next time. OH! Patio is pet friendly but I recommend tying the dogs to the bench, not the table, lol.

We were seated immediately, so thats a great start! The coffee isnt bad either. The service is friendly and fast. The food, wow! A feast for the eyes and the belly. Highly recommend going for brunch and getting the Walk of Shame Burrito. My date had the huevos rancheros which were alright, but had a slight sweetness to it which I didnt quite care for. The bathrooms are real the reason for the loss of a star. Toilet did not work properly. TMI, sorry.

Terrible service. Ordered a white wine on the Happy Hour list and was informed they were just unboxing a delivery and to order something else. We asked if we could substitute another at the HH price and waiter said he would have to check with manager. Fifteen minutes later he was walking by and we told him we would just put some ice in a glass of the newly unboxed wine. Ten minutes later, still nothing, walked out. Wont go back.

Outdoor space is very nice with fire pits etc. We went for lunch on a Sunday. Service was very slow and server did not know the menu. The entrees were high for lunch - $20-25. Salads were $15 and very small. One of our group ordered a make your own omelet - $17! Would go back for a high priced drink but not to eat .

Good food, but nothing spectacular. Great service and nice atmosphere. We had the bacon cheddar biscuits, good but werent served warmed. For our meals, we had the walk of shame burrito and the crab cake sandwich, both of which were average. I may still try this place again but maybe explore the menu more.

First experience was decent. The service was a little slower than I would have liked but they were busy on a Friday for lunch. The food was good. We sat in a booth that was surrounded by wood and although it looks cool, it was terrible to sit there. The acoustics made the lunch almost unbearable.

Marquis was the best bartender ever!!! We returned the next day for dinner and Paul did an exceptional job serving our table. Get the mini sliders for a shared lunch. Get the salmon for a dinner entree. Oh, grab some Southern Charm for happy hour. Simply outstanding. Wish we lived closer.

Food and service are great. The mini burgers are tasty, juicy and full of flavor. I took a friend here and he loved it. Im looking forward for his next visit to Dallas so we can go again. They also have a great variety of beers and cocktails. Its a bit pricey, but the food is great!

Good food. Good service. Went to dinner on a Saturday night with 6 people and were sat immediately. People I was with were interested in watching college football. We were sat in the bar area which has many TVs. In addition to dinner, we got 6 desserts, all of which were good.

They seated us in an upstairs private booth which was really nice. The food was great and we didnt even order their specialty-pizza. I was also impressed with the fact that even though we were in an excluded spot the waiters frequently checked on us and we got timely service.

This outing was just "OK. The pizza crust was great but the pizza itself was just okay. Also had " Crab + Guacamole " which was also ok. I just think it needed a little bit more salt for my taste. Overall nice place. I would return for beers and apps again, its worth it.

Best food ever...Scratch pizzas !!! Bar is fast and drinks are potent !!! Servers know the food , and arent afraid to show it ...LOL Sometimes over descriptive and scripted , but lots of smiles and overall good energy!! Definitely a hang out place for area foodies !!
