We sat there for 30 minutes before our waiter even came over to get our drink order. As he did, he complained that the host sat him 3 tables at once (I was watching, it was us and one other table). I saw him go past multiple times before as I sat without even having someone ask our drink order. After he finally did, he disappeared for about 10 more minutes until finally bringing our drinks. Were still here now and still waiting on our food. People who walked in right as we did who were seated with another waiter are almost done eating. Good experiences here before but this is ridiculous. Plenty of ihops around, probably wont be back to this one. Update: he finally just brought our food (45 minutes weve been here now) and my husbands eggs were wrong, he complained about having 3 tables at once again, and we had to have another waitress bring the sugar free syrup we asked for. Worst service at an IHOP ever.

This IHOP is the worst restaurant I have ever been to. The service is very lousy. Our waitress was extremely slow to take our order, give refills, and deliver our food...AND SHE HAD NO OTHER TABLES! A friend only receive one glass of tea. The waitress never came back to the table to check on us. I ordered a dessert that came with ice cream. When I asked for the ice cream, the manager told us I had to EXPLICITLY say I wanted ice cream, EVEN THOUGH the menu clearly stated that the crepes came with ice cream. When our party had an issue with the service, we talked to the manager, which was no help at all. I even tried to contact the franchise manager to no avail. If the franchise manager doesnt even care about the service given, what does that say about this business? Do yourself a favor and skip this IHOP. I can honestly say this has been the worst service I have ever received.

So we get here and our waitress/waiter was very slow. We waited a bit and they came over and took our drinks. Couple mins later it started to get bad. Robert asked if we need more time to decide and we said please... After we were ready we kept trying to flag down our waiter and he kept over looking us and walking away. It was another 10-15 until another waitress came over and said he was no longer here. And she would finish up for us. After she came our meals were out pretty quickly. I was given the wrong food but they gave me the food I ordered and apologized for the inconvenience. Will not GE the same waiter at first but Ill give this place a try again

Had a horrible experience at this location. We were there at 5:00 in the morning, waited 10 minutes to get seated because the waitress was too busy being chatty with the cook. With only 5 people in the entire place it took us almost 15 minutes get our food after waiting about 10 to take our order. What should have been a 30 minute meal turned was an hour! While leaving, my fiance heard our waitressing griping about how rude customers were and that she "hated dealing with this s***". I will never go to this location again. Ill drive the extra five minutes south to Allen.

Friendly waitress, nice management, not the best on service though. We were seated and then had to ask if we were seated where there wasnt a waitress. They said yes and apologized, that was fine. No harm no foul accidents happen. Our waitress was super sweet. The food, however; took forever to come out. As well as my sandwich said ranch and there wasnt any. The onion rings were just onions with unseasoned panko, did not see a point in mentioning anything as what done was done. Thought I would share our experience.

We went there to meet our Little sister for the very 1st time in 45 years!!. Only thing nice about this place was the waitress!! She was left on Register for 17 minutes ( which made other customers mad). No one else was working register they were all in kitchen joking around. I dont know what they put on the loaded tater tot appetizers but it was supposed to be queso. But it was all powder like the old mac n cheese stuff. It was gross. Waitress took it off ck.

Okay service, okay food, staff is to-do depending on the shift, managers are rarely seen, but what gave this location 1 star as opposed to 4 is the old-fashioned pay out method. To pay and tip your server, you pay at the front, waiting in a long line, dependent upon whether there is a staff member readily available to take payment. Their card system is touchy; be sure to bring cash just in case its down, they will not warn you ahead of time.

My friend and I visited this IHOP on a Saturday morning and couldnt believe how quickly we were seated despite it being busy. Our waiter was friendly and engaging, the food came out quickly and tasted great! You really cant ask for a better experience at an IHOP. Like most people, weve been to many across the metroplex, and most arent all that great. This one was a refreshing change and we will definitely be returning!

The server was very good but the dishwasher needs attention! The first coffee cup had lipstick still on it, the coffee pot had dried coffee on the front of it. The bathrooms were both very dirty. We considered leaving but ate here as we are on a long road trip and didnt want to waste time. The server Chase was very good and did bring clean things quickly. He is the only reason the place gets three stars!!!!!

Very nice environment, speedy delivery, pleasant waitress. A perfect place to enjoy with family, friends, or even yourself. All the waiters and waitresses Ive had are observant to your need and wont leave you disappointed. The food is always delicious and filling. It might not be five star quality, but it has that home-like charm that will keep you coming back.

So me and my family are at this ihop and when i say the experience was lit I dont mean a great experience! Everyone looked high as a kite. The tables was dirty as hell they had to yell for the waiter to come back in. I must admit courtney was pretty nice but anyone can be nice when there high on drugs. You may as well say this was the rehab ihop.

Kinda slow service, and the food seems to come out a bit colder than other IHOP locations. Took forever to get the check, had to walk up to the waitress who was chatting it up with the kitchen staff. Also, none of the staff spoke very good English and they were all hard to understand and made me repeat myself quite a bit.

My girlfriend and I go here pretty often. The service has always been somewhere between good and great. As with any restaurant, they do face challenges during busy times but the food and service are good. The bathrooms do get messy during these times. I have always been able to count on a warm smile and a good meal.

This guy was so rude i asked him if he could sing happy birthday to my friend and he said no the. I asked another one and he said yes and never came back . I will never come back to this place the manager looked plenty times and didnt come back im manager at a restaurant also and i would never do that ever.
