THE SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!! My boyfriend asked to trade a side because he does not eat vegetables and our server made such a huge deal about it. Then right after, I tried to switch a side and I kid you not, our server LITERALLY threw a hissy fit, huffing and puffing and acting like a freaking child!!!!! The food was not good (we got lamb and duck breast) NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE AT ALL!!!! I was staying at the Fairmont and thought it would be neat to eat at this "nice" restaurant, but to my surprise, this was by FAR the most horrible experience ever! We paid almost $200 for a meal that was HORRIBLE! I do not mind paying that amount if we have good service, but the service was worse than the food! The only guy who did his job great was the water guy! Other than that, this was a TERRIBLE experience and I would never recommend this place to ANYONE! And will sure never waste my money here again!

Did the 10 dollar bottomless mimosas and we had to constantly ask for more. After 3 our waiter avoided our table like the plague. Thats okay though no tip for him and we asked other people to help us. It was at this point his rude ass didnt even bother coming back. If they were busy, Id understand but he had maybe two other tables. The chicken and waffles were good but for 15 a plate there should have been more food. This restaurant itself is cheap but not the prices.

Convenience is great if you are staying at the hotel. Very chill yet romantic atmosphere. The squash pasta entree was decent and the tomato soup was good, but you get to try a dab of it since that is what pretty much is served. Serving staff was good even though there were stretched a little due to a few of them serving multiple tables. The food is pricey for what you get. Thankfully we received a voucher, but dont think I would return again.

Had a wonderful dining experience tonight at Pyramid. The Ricotta appetizer was to die for. Had the Pork Loin for the main course the meat was cooked to perfection and the mustard seed with the pomegranate were a spectacular flavor comination. I cannot wait to see what Chef Brandon Drew has for us next.

Bartender made me a mixed drink when I asked for a shot and a back. French Onion Soup took 20 minutes to come out. It was not flavorful. It needed salt and a more developed broth flavor. I was the only person in the bar. Then his ex-coworkers came in and all his attention was on them.

Only positive things to say about this place. Excellent spot for a quiet client dinner or event. Everything we tried exceeded my expectations. Chef came to the table at the end of the night to to off the evening. One of the top restaurants in the downtown area. Well done!

Nick and Sam is much better. Al is much better. Why this scored a 29 on Zagat? Question mark! I had the Tomahawk. Was chewy. No dried age....didnt seem like it. Squash risotto was terrible. Ravioli scallops, ravioli was still cold..... definitely a miss.

Great Menu. The place is nice. Downtown Dallas may not be a culinary destination but I recommend Pyramid. There wine selection is great, service is wonderful. They even have a garden and bee hives that they use on they terrace.

We ordered from the vegan menu. The food was okay. Didnt really feel it was fancy tasting and it was an odd combination of vegetables to eat with. Didnt really know how to eat it.

I have tried this place more then once just to be sure it sucks. Yup, Im sure. Its so cold, too open and is only really good for hotel related people not locals.
