Palace Fried Chicken on 21st Street in Long Island City is the worst establishment Ive encountered. This section of LIC is a food desert with few healthy options This establishment has been preying on the backs of poor people with few food choices and does not return anything to the community that supports it. Furthermore, the customer service I received from the counter all the way to management was a disgrace and clear showing of the disregard and disrespect that this establishments management and staff have for its own customers. I would not patronize this establishment at allespecially if I am a resident of Ravenswood.

Solid 2. Go if you are starving and want to waste your money. Do yourself a favor and find a local Mommas Fried Chicken instead. The Chicken was bland as were the fries. There is nothing wrong with that but its not going to make you want to go back EVER. The Cashier makes you feel like you are unwelcomed and they dont accept debit cards unless its a 10 dollar min. What kind of logic is that for me to order a 8.50 combo but cant buy it because there needs to be a 10 dollar min!

Today, I wandered into this place at random. Was hungry, it was there. Place was clean, staff was polite and helpful. Had plenty of menu options. I chose the Zinger (chicken sandwich) combo. Was so delicious that it made my day. Chicken was prepared perfectly, juicy, thin cut and with a flaky breading. Sandwich seemed "lite" yet very filling. Generous portion of fries that were cooked just right. Price was lower than a comparable Chick-fil-a combo.

The chicken is awesome! Cheese fries, awesome! The service is average. Love their hot sauce. However the mac and cheese is gross. It doesnt taste like Mac and cheese at all. It tastes more like a bowl of margarine with macaroni. Its pretty disgusting and the biscuits... Dont even ask for the biscuit because thats gross too. Everything else is fine. Its just a regular chicken spot from the hood and anywhere you go in the hood has great chicken.

It may look just another budget friendly fast food restaurant in your neighborhood but they definitely have more to offer. You just go ahead and try grilled chicken sandwich first. Chicken was perfectly marinated. It was juicy, yet well cooked. Fries are not from restaurant depot like most places. There are many other things to try and everything on the menu is Halal.

Aussie travelling the states solo and accidentally stumbled on this place. Honestly some of the best food Ive had. The customer service from the bloke behind the counter was genuinely fantastic. I got the specialty zinger sandwich and it was awesome. Also great value for money. Ill be back if Im New York again!

They have a phone listed so you can call and order. But when I called I was put on hold for a "few minutes." while I can hear other people ordering, one after another. Whats the purpose of phone orders then? Fast food quality minus the getting your food fast part.

Hole in the wall place with the best Zinger burger in town. And yes! it almost replicates KFCs Zinger and I am not exaggerating. You also need to try their fries. They are really really good.
