Terrible experience here today. We placed our order and when it had not arrived after 30 minutes my husband went to see where it was. He was told it was next up but 10 minutes later it was not. We went to get a manager and was told somehow the order never made it to the kitchen even tho we had our receipt and we would have to reorder. At this point the friends we were dining with were finished so we asked for a refund as we did not want to wait another 15-30 minutes for another order that may or may not get prepared. The manager was stonily silent when I said we did not want to reorder and please refund our money. There was no apology from him. We just hope a credit back to our credit card will show up. I would have expected an offer for a free meal but at the very least an apology. Neither was offered. I know mistakes happen but an apology was very much in order but very much absent today. Terrible customer service.

I took my two nigglets and my anerexic wife here yesterday. ordering was the hardest part like if you work at a restaurant wouldnt you know how to communicate?!?!?! when our food came, the order was wrong and my children where hangry and wanted food immediately. the cooks there apparently dont know how to speak english and didnt understand what it means to have ordered more than one fries for my nigglets. i read the reviews and spat out my tasteless burger when they said there were roaches. absolutely disgusting, i think one of my nigglets swallowed one because hes been coughing every sense we left. terrible food, terrible experience!!! ROACHES ON THE TABLE DO NOT EAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They have a huge toppings bar for your burger that includes just about every vegetable youd want on a burger, including some unique options like Pico. Soda machine is one of the touch screen types with a bunch of combinations. They also have a small selection of beer (I had a Goose Island IPA). Outdoor seating is enjoyable when the weather allows.

Great place to grab a great burger. They have several kinds of meat to choose from and all burgers are cooked to order. The bison burger is my favorite and the toppings bar has just about anything youd wanna put in a burger. They also have Coke Freestyle machines which over a ton of flavor variety.

Came down to visit with family. We were trying to decide what to eat when my wife and I saw Fuddruckers. This is where we had our first date 13 years ago before they all closed down in Colorado. We had to bring the kids! The kids love it and we got to make another great memory at Fuddruckers!

Been to this franchise several times before but its been awhile since my last visit...they didnt seem prepared to be open at lunch time and all of the tables and booths were still dirty, presumably from the day before since theyve just opened. Boo you, Fuddruckers McKinney.

Food was great... The restrooms were very filthy.. There was a roof leak I thought I let the manager know and in return I get a bad response.. "I already know" were his words instead of being friend I get his attitude... probably not going back...

Good burgers fairly clean restaurant. Employees were on their phones a lot while they were at the counter. It was $45 for 2 adults and 2 kids, and 2 beers at dinner.

I love burgers but these are by far the nastiest plan jane most expensive place dont waste your tume and money 42 bucks for 3 meals and management is rude 6pm 5/11/16
