I ordered four meals to go. When my name was called, I was handed one bag. Once I got to the car it appeared the bag only had 3 containers. I opened the bag, and I had only received 3 of the 4 meals ordered. I immediately went back into the restaurant and informed a woman behind the counter that my enchilada meal was not in the bag. She acted defensive and insisted the meal was in the bag. I went back my car and remove everything in the bag. My meal was missing. I took the bag and returned to the restaurant and informed the same woman that my enchilada meal was missing. Without saying a word, she grabbed a container off a back counter and put it in my bag. As I turned to leave, she very rudely said "youre welcome". A customer should never be expected to return twice to inform staff a meal is missing and then be treated rudely.

Experience wasnt half bad until getting ice and a roach came out the ice machine. I told the cashier about and she quickly took the cup and discarded it. We decided to eat anyways and just take bottle drinks. After 10 minutes we noticed that no one changed out the ice. So I stopped another employee and told him. He apologized and said he was not the manger but would let her know. She seemed more concerned with carrying out folded boxes, to help. After all of that we were never approached by management after finishing our food. We decided just leave and not even eat the apple cobbler that we had ordered. They did eventually start changing out the ice, not sure if completely. Wont eat there ever again.

1st Review Dec 2014. Been here many times always enjoyed the meals especially the corn nuggets. the quarter chicken with white meat meal is the best bargain. UPDATE June 2017 Return visit after several months (too much competition for share of stomach in Collin county). Weekday lunch hr and it was busy with most people arriving btw noon and 1pm. Noticeable drop off and more parking available after 1pm. Staff was hustling taking orders and getting food out and tables cleared. Post new photos of crowd. Added 5th star.

I ordered lunch in through a service offered at my place of work. Chicken was good and tender, but a little on the salty side. Twice baked potatoes and green beans were good, nothing spectacular though. My only problem was the cobbler. It was absolutely horrible! Total mush and entirely too sweet. Couldnt even pick out the peaches since they too had an overly artificial sweet taste that was just gross. Overall, a very nice lunch for the price, just stay away from the cobbler.

They need to get rid of their delivery option if its not feasible..several last times called they have no drivers or they take your order and dont deliver. They did however make up last order for free bit the food quality has gone down hill. What happened to the potatoes? Their just stringy shredded potatoes with no flavor. The chicken too salty. Macaroni no flavored as well as the roasted veggies. So disappointed..will order if desperate next time

I have had a rough couple of days and I guess that showed in my persona. I came to pick up a meal for a sick friend the lady behind the counter noticed that I wasnt in the brightest of moods. In effort to make my day better she gave me a free fountain drink. I appreciate her and her moment of kindness. Little did she know that I have just lost my job. This ounce of kindness goes a VERY LONG WAY!!!! Thank you!

This place is awesome! Very good quality food, very good service and very affordable. The owner went above and beyond to make us welcome and provided us with great service. I dont think lot of people know about this place because of the location. We found out through my husbands friend. I would highly recommend this place!

Great eating! A happy, professional, staff. Clean place with great food and fresh flavors. The peach cobbler is crazy good. A refreshing experience and a fine example of how restaurants should have been like if it wasnt for fast/fake/chemicals-full food. Great for kids and all other ages. Thats how Texas does fast food!

Good food and friendly staff. First franchise location opened. Been coming here since it opened. Lunch is busiest time. Dinner theres never a wait. Good place to get work done during slow times. During winter, sit closer to the oven roasting chickens and away from the doors where cold gusts come in with each customer.

The drumsticks were good and tender, but the sauce was too sweet. Hot sauce was really good. One star review because I didnt get to enjoy my corn fritters because someone started to clear my table before I was finished when I ran to the bathroom to wash my hands. No offer to make new sides.

Ordered the enchiladas with light sauce of course that is not how they were made...waited at least 10 more minutes for it to be,corrected while my other food got cold.. asked for ranch for my chips never got it.. one kid working with no clue.. should have driven to Preston and Summerside

This place has changed their portion size and now must serve chickens that are too small for Colonel Sanders KFC and other chicken places. For tiny chicken drumsticks, baked potato and creamed spinach with a Coke cost over $10 for what most places would charge about $6.50

Excellent place for a casual lunch. Prices are average, and portions are on the small side but its worth it given the quality of food! Try the kettle chips... Not on the menu but they still serve them. Highly recommended.
