I ate half of my 1/2 pound burger, and put the other half in a take out box and bag to eat later at home. I left the take out bag and full fountain drink on my table while I went to use the restroom. When I returned three minutes later, the take out bag and drink was gone. I found out that the manager of all people decided to clear my table while I was in the restroom. I can see clearing the empty baskets from the table, but why would he throw away a take out bag and full drink that had been left on the table for three minutes? I understand mistakes happen though. He offered to cook me a kids burger. I didnt want to wait for a new burger to be cooked, so I asked for half of my money back. He refused to give it to me. The owner, who was there, also refused to give a refund for half of what I paid for the meal. All I wanted was a refund for the portion of the meal his manager decided to throw away, but the owner said he didnt think that was fair. Its amazing that a place like this would lose a customer forever over $4 or $5.

This is the 2nd time that I got a wrong order from them. Grubhub and this Fudrucker at Plano are just horrible. When I called Fudrucker to complain my wrong order, their so called "assistant manager" hung up on me. What a great customer service from a big chained restaurant. You should be ashamed of yourselves for representing your line of chain like that. Never ever again will I go to any of these restaurants, I will let everyone I know around me to stop going into your restaurant because apparently, you sell a piece of white bun with plain beef for 8 bucks and argue with customers about it then hangs up. Oh not to mention, the store manager also had a horrible attitude and accused me of cursing at his assistant manager. This experience was one of the worst I went through and it made me wanna throw up. If I was the owner of the business, I would fire all of these disrespectful unprofessional workers immediately. What a disgusting place!

The burgers are really good. Pricey but good. Even a simple burger with just cheese...even that is amazing. I especially love that they offer steak sauces to add to the burgers. And I love their potato wedges, theyre like super fries lol. And they offer spicy ketchup too! Even their vegetables are great quality and fresh. They used to have another location that was really close to my house...but it closed down in 2009...so sad.

After a long wait I went to check my order and found the kitchen group having a good time making jokes. Apparently they forgot that my fries were ready and they didnt activated the buzzer. I as for an explanation, but they seems OK with the situation. Bunch of unmotivated workers. Never coming again. I would recommend the Old Butcher Shop across Hwy 75.

Loved the Hawaiian burger. My friend John got the Hangover Cure ( with a fried Egg.) The food was up quick, and the prices were about the same as crappy drive through meals. Soft drinks are served from the same multi-drink vending machines we know and love fromt he movie theaters. I highly recommend the Plano location on Central Expressway

Great place for a "custom" hamburger. You have a range of patty sizes to choose from up to 1 pound. Pick either a specialty hamburger from their menu or select each item yourself to truly make it your own. Once severe to you there is a condiment and vegetable bar to dress it just the way you like it.

I went here because of the good reviews. While the service is friendly, they can not cook. I ordered medium and it came out medium well. When I brought it to their attention, I said just cook it medium rare. The burger came out well done the second time. First and last time Ill ever eat here.

came in for a visit during the dinner time, staff was very nice to me Chrystiel the cashier and Eduardo cashier/expo are both very good at what they do! my food always tastes great when I come for a visit, and never disappoints. will definitely keep coming back !:)

This is the NEW location and it is WAY BETTER than the old one... food tastes better, place is open and well lit, not dark dingy and smelly like the old one, and staff is very friendly and helpful! If you didnt like the old place, youll LOVE the new one!!

Great food, large sizes, very filling, clean restaurant. The guy behind the counter needs a class in customer service 101 though. He was very dry, acted like he didnt want to be there, made us feel like we were bothering him when we placed our order

Love the burgers and steak fries. First time I had a hot dog from a restaurant - Fuddruckers. Burgers taste great, I get the 1/2# combo. The steak fries are fresh and "crispy". I like the condiments bar to fix my burger anyway I feel at the moment.

All Killer No Filler! Made to order beef burgers as well as just an awesome assortment of alternatives in terms of toppings and proteins or even vegan! And Coca-Cola Freestyle plus Milkshakes, so great and will definitely come back again.

Wonderful burger, cooked as ordered. Nice selection of toppings. Not a fan of the French fries or onion rings though. The wedge fries were boring and the batter on the rings was tough. Kids liked the shakes.
