The Surrey was a little tacky the the counter person was not listening when we placed our order. I had to explain to him several times. He got my order wrong I ordered 2 chicken fingers. He said I only ordered one I explain to him several times that since the price was 1196 for one order of chicken fingers combo I would just only get one more soda. He insisted upon I should order another one he was just not listening to trying to get his sales right for the day then he didnt give me the barbecue sauce that I asked for. He was also not in uniform

Overall Excellent; my husband and I stopped in yesterday at an off hour. Staff very patient while we took our time over the menu. Best of all, w.b. clam orders were prepared with a light touch and, although likely not a fast seller at a hot dog restaurant, were fresh, sweet, and delicious. Staff friendly, helpful, property very clean. Well stop there again.

I had about 35 mins to a appt 5 mins away.Pulled in to get a Chowda. Yeah right. After taking My order Counter Person was cleaning equipment, wiping counters.After 10 mins I began asking about My Soup 3xs Im told " its coming" ! 20 mins in I tell Them I need it to go !! So much for being able to sit down and Enjoy it. NEVER AGAIN

The negative reviews are extremely surprising. Been coming here for many years early Morning for breakfast and its always a great experience. I love their coffee ☺ breakfast is delicious too.
