I am highly disappointed in the level of customer service received by a supposed manager, Robert in addition to his team tonight. He was very rude when I contacted the store about a delivery that was made wrong. I waited over an hour for a replacement before calling to check on it only to find out that they werent intending on sending it as promised. After being placed on hold multiple times, I called again to speak with the manager who then stated they werent going to replace my pizzas because they made them to order, and it is my fault if I ordered them wrong. I told him they were not made to order, in which he continued to argue with me. Once I explained that my receipt and email confirmation shows the correct order but the pizzas were both wrong, and I couldnt believe that they made us wait over an hour and he didnt even call and tell me something because he just assumed the pizzas were wrong because I missordered, he got very defensive and said he couldnt help me, then hung up on me. Im glad I got the call on recording because I think that Pizza Hut and Social media will love hearing how their manager treats their customers.

They have messed up multiple orders from us in the past but we kept giving them the benefit of the doubt. But tonight was absolutely ridiculous. They forgot the BBQ drizzle on our pizza, and our 2 liter Pepsi and our food was cold. So we let the delivery lady know, and she took 20 minutes to get back to our apartment (it only takes 5 minutes tops to get here from Pizza Hut.) Then she gave us the wrong drink, so she said she would be right back with our new drink and continued to blame other coworkers on the mistake. We waited almost an hour for our drink, and had to call Pizza Hut again, and they said they would send the delivery lady back out there to give us our drink asap. We waited another 30 minutes for our 2 liter Pepsi.....absolutely ridiculous!

The service from this location has been spotty at best. On both occasions that I have had the displeasure of contacting this store by phone (I order online), I have been told essentially that the problem Im having is my fault. I order online after 9:59, but they stop deliveries at 10, despite listing hours until 11pm? Its my problem to come get it. I ordered after 10 tonight and did receive a pizza. Of course that pizza was burnt and inedible, but it did come. When I contacted them about the burnt pizza, I was told thats how they come. I will not be eating food from this location again, and cannot advise against it enough.

(UNSAFE) Gave our pizza to the wrong person, only partially there fault, 15 min turned into 45. but while waiting for someone to remake our order, saw that no employees wear gloves, which isnt a law but should be, the issue was an employee picking topping off of a pizza he was currently making and eating them. No one wants someone making there pizza with no gloves and putting there fingers in there mouth while making there pizza. Manager handled it well at least.

I called and ordered a simple stuffed crust pepperoni pizza and my pick up time was at 10:31, when I got there at 10:38 I paid and still had to wait an extra 15 minutes for my pizza! I mean I call in advance to just go and pay not wait an extra 15 minutes.

Pizza was great,,,was heading north into The Woodlands so it was helpful that it was right on the feeder. Ordered online (for the best deals) and walked in and out ahead of others waiting. Quality was great for us.

They are super fast with delivery and the food is always good and warm. Only complaint was one time they forgot one of the two ranch dipping sauces I ordered. However they are so fast I forgive them :)
