I bought 1 pound of boneless spicy BBQ wings and a 1/2 waffle fries, and let just say I was not impressed. When I called they told me it would be 30 minutes to deliver , it took an hour to get to me. When I finally got a call from the delivery driver he said he was just pulling in, so I went out side waiting for him and after 10 minutes a guy in a car next to me rolls his window down and asks if I ordered food. I tell him yes and he proceeded to tell me hes been waiting 10 minutes and starts to almost argue with me. I grabbed my food and found a spot to eat, I started with my fries first and they were cold and flimsy, so I threw them away. I started to eat the wings and almost immediately I stopped, they were also cold and had no crunch to them and they tasted like they had been sitting for awhile. Ive had better wings at little ceasars. So I decided to put them in the fridge to see if I can still salvage them (I paid $18 for them). The next day when I got off work, I threw them in 375 degree oil for 5 minutes to add some crunch and then I threw them in the oven for 10 minutes at 375. When they came out they were delicious, crunchy, spicy, and HOT. So the reason Im giving them 2 stars and not one, is because I was able to salvage what they delivered. I ordered from them based on a friends recommendation and I will not be ordering from them again.

These people know how to pump out some wings! When I arrived at their little covered shed to order some food it was raining cats and dogs. A couple customers were already waiting for their food but by the time I finished placing my order they had been taken care of. It started raining harder and more people showed up to pick up call in orders. All they had to do was pay and they were on their way. My order was mixed, dipped vegan nuggets, chicken wings, and fries; but it came out pronto and smelled delicious. We ran through the rain to the car and drove home. The food was still hot when we sat down to eat. The only con was the waffle fries were fried a bit hard and my kid couldnt eat them. Overall, Id definitely go again! Loss of 1 star for hard fried waffle fries and the fact that the way the front porch of the HB shed is made, you can actually get wet when it rains.

These are the best wings Ive found in the Triangle, so far. They dont have an overwhelming amount of options, but every option is well-made and delicious; the peri peri doesnt get ordered too often, but its the caviar of wings. Theyll let you buy sauce sides, if youre looking for a hotter sauce to dip but not smother, and blue cheese/ranch, as always, come with the wings, along with celery. We always get the regular potato waffle fries, but the sweet potato fries are also EXCELLENT--you really cant go wrong, here. Parking is in a gravel lot and plentiful enough for the location, given that most people seem to grab takeout or have it delivered. There are a couple of picnic benches for people who eat at Heavenly Buffaloes, but no indoor seating. Super delicious!

Expectations were pretty high for this little shack. Others recommended Heavenly Buffaloes to sate my craving for wings, and I was not disappointed. Watch out for the driveways entry if youve got low clearance, and parking is a "where you can" in the lot shared with the bookstore. I split my order between wet and dry, and I have to say that you absolutely will not be sorry if you get the Heavenly Buffalo dry rub. It is all the flavor and none of the mess. They pack orders for eating elsewhere better than my grandmas ever did. Even the fries were amazing, and the fact you can pick a flavor to have them tossed in was just icing on the cake.

Vegan wings are good but the size can be like quarter coin sized to bigger. Sizes all over. And when youre dropping $8 big ones for just 7 or 16$ for 13... youre staring at them like "why the fffff do I keep buying these burnt fake wings when I should just cook for myself." They need to hop off them prices and complete the sizing standards before Im gonna get more. Theyre delicious though most times when not burnt. And those fries are on point though always always soggy. Maybe thats just delivery but I live a mile away. Probably cant justify eating there again. For what its worth they are a beer and wing delivery place. Cant beat that.

I had a fairly good experience at Heavenly Buffaloes, but I think I may have ordered incorrectly. I got boneless Jamacain Jerk wings. The sauce was awesome and I would definitely order that flavor again, but I think I need to try the bone-in wings in the future. The boneless were a bit dry and not very crispy on the outside. I suppose I am accustomed to Wings Over Chapel Hill, and these were definitely not as perfect boneless wings. I would like to return here to try some other things on the menu though! I loved the cute brightly colored ordering bar and the service was great as well.

Heard about this place couldnt wait to try it. Waffle fries almost made me cry they were so good. Its worth the trip just for the fries. I had medium wings. Sauce was delicious. The chicken was, well not good. I went around 2:30, they were not busy. The chicken was rather tough and had a "gamey" flavor. Possibly from heating, reheating, sitting out, reheating. Fries, wing sauce A++++, chicken wings D-. If a place isnt preparred to provide the best food at odd hours they should only be open when business is good and close up for the slow hours.

OMG! Was recommended to try this place out and Im ashamed that I didnt know about it sooner! Honey BBQ and teriyaki were simply amazing. And the waffle fries were great! So crispy and hot. I didnt try a rub on the fries this time, hell they didnt even need ketchup, they were so amazing! Im excited to go back and try new flavors. Everyone must try and spread the word. They have to get the official stamp of being the best wings in town, bc in my book, theyre number 1. Thanks guys!!

I wouldnt give it any star but have to give 1 so I can post , took my money twice. My husband ordered hot wing for me only one order 13 pieces $16.11 , but they took $16.11 twice in my checking account. And the delivered only brought me 13 pieces. They made a mistake and took another $16.11 from my checking account. We called them but they seem to not help. Just waste my $16.11 for nothing. Never order from heavenly buffaloes ever again. Ever since my friend and I discovered this place a few yrs ago, its been my go-to for wings in durham. All wet flavors are good, not a huge fan of the dry rubs, but that is subjective to personal preference. Ive been lucky and have tried many options, but my favs are the hot (which are actually really hot) and the peri peri. Plus, who doesnt like sweet potato waffle fries?!?
