Ive been to there west bellfort location and had excellent service, but I can tell you the way my family and I were treated on easter sunday was uncalled for. In 1 1/2 hours we spent approximately 130 dollars. And we were told the restaurant closed at 10. At 930 we paid our tab and were finishing our last drinks. They turned off the music on the back patio, so we asked why and we were told that they were just waiting for us to leave so they can clean up. So we asked if they were still playing music inside and if we could sit in there... We were told yes, so as we walked inside all of the chairs were on the tables and we asked where we could sit and finish our drinks..? We were told that we had no where to sit because they were mopping the floor. We explained we were told to come inside for the same reason. At this time my cousin was frustrated and told the tall guy at the register that apparently our business was not appreciated and he could have the margarita back. Which he replied * NO IM NOT THIRSTY* seriously??? So dont get me wrong, Im def. a fan of teotihuacan, but it was the first and last time I would ever go to the airline location. Hopefully the people who make decisions in that business will read this and take this under consideration.

Kitsch hispanic decorations, seriously delicious Tex-Mex. This neat restaurant is located on the north side of Houston within the 610 loop. It is a favorite among locals and I most definitely recommend it to lovers of meat and cheese because youre going to get a lot of it. The run-down is similar to all your other Tex-Mex places chips & salsa as a starter. But they serve a dangerously addictive homemade green chile avocado sauce and a red chile salsa thats good in its own right as well. The menu has everything quesadillas, tortas, fajitas, tostadas, menudo, & more! They even have a "make your own meal" combo, neat. I went straight for the "Teoihuacan Burrito" which comes with spanish rice, guacamole, and diced veggies (lettuce, onions, and tomatoes). The burrito itself is stuffed with refrained beans, diced fajita chicken or beef, and chile con queso smothered in red gravy and queso. Overall, a sinfully delicious burrito that will easily feed two people or one extremely hungry person. I dont want to think about how calories I consumed. Prices vary but average around $10-$19 per plate. Side note: They have great lunch specials for less than $10 Monday to Friday between 11a-3p.

Our server Antonio just gave us a really bad service this past Sunday. By the numbers. 1-took him three times to come to our table to get our drinks right. 2-What’s de deal with the napkins?. Why not have them on the table?. They give you two or three at a time. 3-Asked for our eating utensils twice and finally got it after the food got to our table. 4- I requested from Antonio to bring me a small bowl for my daughter’s soup, when he brought me one it was dirty with a grain of corn still attached to it. What made me mad was that this guy instead of paying attention to his customers he was sitting on a table running his mouth with some lady? The food is great but I didn’t enjoy that specific visit so I just ate some of my fish and left most of my meal on the plate. Great food but servers need a little more supervision. I did talk to someone on the phone to complaint and he did apologized for the bad service.

First time there. Was not impressed at all. Service was bad. Was never brought more salsa after waiter came back to the table numerous times and saw the empty bowl. Granted, I never asked or more, but I never have had to anywhere else. I got a frozen house margarita and it was terrible. So I got my usual which is a frozen Don Julio anejo with Grand Marinier and it was bad too, so maybe its the mix they use. I order the chicken Dakota poblanas and it had some kind of cream of mushroom/Alfredo sauce on it. It tasted pretty good bit not what I was expecting at all. Never had Dakota poblanas like this from anywhere else. I did like he salsa a lot. And the Don Julio margarita is over priced. It was 9.50 and was in a 12oz glass. A dollar more would get me a jumbo anywhere else I go. Even though my first exp there was pretty bad overall, I am willing to go back. But just for the food, no margaritas.

Ive been going to this restaurant for at least 20 years...and NEVER can I remember when I had a bad experience. Ive been to many birthday partys, anniversary partys, meeting...you name it. And Have NEVER been treated badly or had bad service. Sometimes, new people get hired that arent exactly stellar...in any establishment, restaurant or otherwise...and Everybody has a bad day including you that gave this place a bad rap. The food is above board...dips are great, chips are plenty and have you ever had their margaritas? Its mine and a LOT of my friends go to Mexican Food Restaurant. I suggest you know judge this place by one bad employee, go back and give it another try. Too many people disagree with you, notice the full parking lot and waiting for a table?!?!? Love my Teotihuacan Mexican Café...my name, Sam VanBibber

Ive had a range of good to bad experiences while dining at Teotihuacan. For, me afternoons are usually the best, service is quick and the food is hot out of the kitchen. I usually stick with the spinach enchiladas, which always hit the spot. Breakfast is another story. I went one Sunday with my family and everyone came out with a bad review. It took quite a while to receive our food, which is expected on a Sunday, except everything was cold! Even the pancakes and syrup were cold. The tamal that comes with most breakfast combos is nothing but mashed corn, no meat or filling other than corn, very unappetizing. However, they usually have pretty decent horchata, which for me is a must for a mexican breakfast.

After explaining twice to two different servers in my piss poor broken spanglish that I wanted a double shot in my margarita I got an AWSOME drink that made me cringe a lil when I drank it...just like I like em....They have a daily special For 9.99 and everyday pick two combos for 8.99 AWSOME fajitas combinations, the house special fajitas have a combination of everything but the kitchen sink in a way that you just have to try to believe. Im a truck driver and stop at the loves down the street regularly, since I found out about this place I make ABSOLUTELY SURE I come here every time Im in town! Today Im eating the mini burrito and enchilada from the pick two and its AWSOME!

The ambiance was AMAZING!We were able to sit in the outside area they even brought closer 2 heaters to make sure we stayed warm that night. We tried that Cadillac Margaritas which were just the right strength of alcohol and very generous portions. We ordered the molcajete and shared it with 3 other friends. It was so delicious it tasted like authentic Mexican food. They molcajete came out bubbling from how fresh off the stove/oven it was. The chef,Thompson, even came out to ensure the food and drinks were amazing and chatted about the history of the restaurant. Overall it was a great place that I will definitely be returning to soon.
