Where to start....I never write reviews, especially not bad ones but this is necessary. First I had to wait in the drive thru line longer than anyone should ever have to wait in a drive thru line. I figured maybe they were understaffed but when I got to the window I saw at least 5 employees in there. Some just standing around. When I finally got my food, they had forgotten part of my order. I told the "lady" at the window and she so rudely gave me what was missing. This part is partially my fault for not checking the actual food at the window, but they didnt get a single thing right. The large double whopper meal was a small regular whopper meal, i asked for onion rings instead of fries but of course got fries, the sweet teas were anything but sweet, my whopper with cheese, no tomato or onion, most definitely had tomato and onion....I understand I might sound like Im whining but when their service is THAT slow theres no excuse to get an entire order wrong. People expect to get and should get what they pay for. Plus, not a single employee had any manners. They cant have bad service and no manners...at least have 1 or the other. It took everything in me not to go off on the sorry excuse for an employee at the window. I urge anyone who reads this to find another burger king. This one isnt worth the headache. From now on Ill be driving the extra distance to go to the one across from spring high school, if I go to burger King again at all again.

Terrible. Im not a BK fat at all, but its on my way home sometimes. My last meal was a joke. The burger was the smallest Ive ever seen, and the fries were cold. If you go there in the off hours, expect this. Restaurant could use some cleaning. The manager is nice, but the rest of the staff is hit or miss. I would not recommend this location at all, Im honestly surprised its still in business because its always empty when I go. An update. I dont know why they keep receiving my business. Dont bother trying to go there at their indicated opening time. If it says 7:00, it really means 7:30. How hard is it to open on time, BK?

Went to the drive through asked for 1 number 8 with a medium sprite. It came to $7.03 gave the at the window a $20.03. She gave $8.00 back. I asked didnt I give you a $20? Yes she said. Why do I only have $8.00? She and her coworker say they were sure she gave me two fives and three ones. What is sad is that we only had a twenty dollar bill on us at the time. Asked her to count her drawer to see and she wouldnt do it. Pretty sad when you have to lie just to get five dollars. Some of the staff suck.

This was just a waist of my coinage! They didnt have what I wanted on the menu, and then still put cheese on it, and served it cold. Im never coming back. I just wasted my money on a cold ass sandwich that I had to throw away. On top of that the girl didt give me the customer copy so I could do my survey and get my money back or at least go to a BETTER location.

My husband ordered a veggie burger and the meat was hard as a rock! He took it all the way back, asked to see the manager and she practically spoke Spanish the entire time... she didnt care just have him his money back..these people have poor customer service! They have nasty food and hire all kids with no respect! Its not to clean either!

When placing an order I was told that what I asked for was "no longer apart of the franchise, as of today." They confused the number or drinks, the price of the meal, and at one point even asked if drinks had been apart of my placed order. If I have to tell you whats on my order and what I just payed for, its not worth it.

I ate in and really did not have any complaints. My order was delivered to me in less than five minutes and I ordered the five for four. I didnt try going to the drive-through so I cant say how they drive to services but theyre dining in service seems to be pretty well .I love the fact that they have a TV in their lobby!

Probably the worst place Ive ever eaten. They didnt even have the food on the menu board. When they substituted another item for the one I had already paid for they did not refund the difference. Could only take cash because the card reader didnt work on cash register. Stank horribly and was trashed inside. 0 stars.

The staff is always friendly and welcoming and the food is on the better side of Burger King scale. I always receive fresh fries and the food is always hot. The interior of this location has not gone through the same corporate renovation that many other locations have and it feels a little dated.

No one else was here while i was at the drive through. The lady taking the order wasnt patient or understanding and seemed to be bothered that i was there at all. I imagine realistically it took about 3 minutes to get the food. But it felt like forever(cuz its a drive through and im an american)

Second time Ive been there and they werent open when supposed to be. Fridays they are supposed to be open at 6a and no one inside at 7am. What the hell?! Saturday too! Except today they were nice enough to barricade the drive-thru with crates to communicate they were not open yet.

Just left there drive thru on Aug 21st at 12:45am Order 83. Got home and the burgers are stone cold. The cheese wasnt melted and the pattys are cold. Sucks because the person taking the order did a good job and was pleasant but the food is below sub par and unacceptable.

I just got home and my burgers and the rest of my food tasted like trash it had been under the heating lamp way to long everything was hard and cold Im really angry I will never go to that Burger King location agin. People stay away from this place. They are pure trash

Buns always taste a day old, only thing colder than the meat on the burger is the unmelted cheese slice they put on it! A lot of Buger Kings are good, but skip this one. Lived here 20yrs and nothing except the staff has changed. Its just a jinxed location.

I walked and waited 5minutes to order tthere was no one in front I had to ask the cook for the manager(tiffany) and she was on the phone in the back and walkd up and said "what can I get you" then I had to wait 15minutes for a 20pc nugget. Horrible service

Totally horrible service!!!!!!! Was in drive through at least 30 min, didnt even have my order...... Then food was cold. The front doors were locked at 1pm so dine in area was not even available for me and my daughter...never going there again.

I went through the drive-thru. My order was taken politely and really really fast. It was 3 cars ahead of me, so I thought I would be there for a while but I wasnt. I got my food hot and very speedily and I have no complaints.
