Food and drinks are great. Thursdays are half prices beers. I came here twice in the past week. Once was on a Thursday. Place was super crowded. Food was good. Service sucked. Took a while for the waitress to greet us and take our order. It felt like they didnt want to grab us a second round of drinks. We should have gone straight to the bar to order drinks. Food came out in reasonable amount of time. I understand if the service is slower when they are super busy. I tried this place again but this time on a saturday evening. This time I just ordered drinks and no food. We sat outside on the patio which was semi-busy. We waited 25 minutes before the server came and greeted us. We were just about to get up and leave and find another place for drinks. It seemed like there were plenty of wait staff, but I couldnt grab their attention to get help. After grabbing our beers, we had to wait another 25 minutes the waitress came back asking if we wanted another round. We were finished with a drinks at least 10 minutes before that. After finishing those beers and waiting. I decided to go inside and find our waitress to ask for the check. Funny thing is, all the customers were sitting outside. Not a single customer was inside. I would think if the customers were outside, so would the wait staff. I guess not. I would try this place if you are not in a hurry. They need to retrain their staff on customer service.

Ive been here a few times and unfortunately the only problem I have with the food is consistency. Each time I get something here the food is either not what is described on the menu or slightly undercooked. Today, however, the food was pretty good. I am more willing to try again. It seems that if you are here after the main dinner hours and expect to get great food then its a craps shoot. The one advantage is that I have had the same server each time and she is one incredible server. If youre ever in the area, look for Anissia. Im not saying the other servers arent great. Overall, ok food. Great service.

We went at 6:30 on a Friday evening, the place was busy but we still got a table right away. Our server was attentive despite having a lot of tables to wait on. Our drinks and appetizer came out quickly, our sandwiches took a bit longer, but not unreasonable for how busy the place was. Once we got our food everything was hot and delicious. I got the veggie skewer as my side and it was great, slightly charred and seasoned, a solid alternative to french fries. Theres a lot of variety on the menu, and well definitely be back to try more.

I would give this establishment a 4 or 5 star but the Bar Manager Amber caused my ratting to drop to 3 stars. Shockingly rude is not a service I look for when dinning. Besides Amber I have been there 3 times and found the staff to be professional and courteous. The the food is very tasty and well presented. It has a wonderful ambiance including an atrium dinning room and an outside patio with a fireplace. Overall a very interesting restaurant with great food. If your in the neighborhood give it a try.

Best restaurant in South Elmhurst, hands down. Great casual dining menu, excellent beer list, friendly service, and a fun atmosphere. Their all-season greenhouse patio extends the summer season on both sides, and is perfectly comfortable in the dark of winter. The "adventurer" theme is well done without feeling tacky. Burgers are the main attraction, but there is plenty to be found on the rest of the menu. One of my local favorites. Consistently good. Highly recommended!

Wait time was 1& 1/2 hours for food. Rueben was terrible. Poor quality meat with 1/2 tsp of sourcrot which was mostly juice. It soaked the bread so badly it was unable to eat! Waitress did ask if I wanted something else. By the time I got my food everyone else was done or didnt want to eat their food either. We all said we would never go there again! SAD!!

Food is really good and the drink selection is decent. The real problem with this place is the service. Its really bad they must understand the servers because it took a long time to get our drink and a super long time to get our food. This would be an awesome place if the service was better.

Food is good. Great tater tots! Cool looking place. Fairly decent beer selection. The service is usually subpar. Weve been there a couple of times when its been horrible actually! The manager/owner seems to help that...he stands around and talks to the staff at length while theyre serving!

Terrific food, especially veggie skewers, burgers, and chips with guacamole. Great drink/beer menu. Thursdays are 1/2 price beer and live music. Wish there was a happy hour or daily special on other days, but not as of yet. People are awesome there and the place is clean and comfortable.

I love this place! They have great food, very friendly staff, and a cool set up that they have! Try to come here when they have a band playing, because theyre always is a good band that comes in. I highly recommend it and when you come here to eat, try one of their awesome milkshakes.

For a place called, "Hamburger Jones", you would think they would have good burgers, but somehow this establishment fails at producing a decent hamburger. Other menu items are fine, beer selection is okay, and atmosphere is family friendly, just cant get past the quality of the burger.

I went to Hamburger Jones for a 14 person family dinner. Our service was great and attentive even with such a big party. The food came out fast and everyone enjoyed what they had and the nachos were a big hit. The seasoned fries were good, but the tator tots were even better.

Friends of ours invited us today. Not only was the atmosphere good, but the food is different and diverse, and on top of it top notch service! Rare when you actually find the trifecta that makes a truly great restaurant. I highly recommend you check it out!

Reasonably, tasty-healthy food options, with a nice outside seating area. Perfect for prarie path bikers/runners for an easily accessible restaurant right off of the great western trail. All of the servers are very friendly as well!

Food, service and atmosphere were awesome! Amber, our server, was especially nice, attentive and helpful with picking menu items. It was our familys 1st time there. We will definitely eat there again soon!

Great food and service. Its a big place so there is never a wait and service is quick. The greenhouse area is great in the spring and fall.

Why do we come here? Every time we have faith, we walk away disappointed. Service is atrocious. All the potential. Never realized.
