The only reason this place is getting one star from me is because you cant give less. I went to this place the other day for my lunch and ordered a double bacon cheeseburger and a soda. I got to the window and paid and they asked me to pull around front because they were waiting on patties, said it would be "just a few minutes". 15 minutes later they finally brought me my bag and I left and headed back to work. When I parked and opened my burger the first thing I noticed (besides there only being one patty and no bacon) was the giant piece of sharp, broken, and disgustingly dirty plastic sticking out of the top of my burger. That was freaking gross. And could have been a huge law suit if I had gotten hurt by that. I mean come on, that wasnt there by accident and couldnt have been missed by whoever was wrapping that up. Cant believe this place hasnt been shut down. Never going back, and will never send people there again.

This used to be one of our favorite places to go, but in the last several months this location has gone downhill. The 2 times weve been, several items have been left out and when going back immediately to tell them Ive gotten major attitude. Im sorry but this "fast" food isnt good enough to go through that. The popcorn chicken is very little chicken and mostly breading, the mashed potatoes and gravy is mostly gravy. You definitely dont get what you pay for. There are too many other choices in the immediate area now for me to ever throw my money away there again. Ill just make my own fried chicken.

Ordered $5.00 meal. Smallest pieces of chicken I have ever seen. Potatos and gravy below par. I am a walking expert on regular KFC chicken. The chicken I received was not KFC chicken. It was very much like a Swansons frozen chicken dinner meal. The potatoes were very similar to Swansons as well. Do not eat at Caldwell, Id KFC. They serve Swansons frozen dinners. Do not get me started on fountain A & W root beer. They do not serve draft root beer. Its an A & W they always serve draft root beer.

The only reason I gave them 1 star is because it wouldnt let me post a review unless I did at least 1. Terrible cold lazily put together food. Awful service from manager who wouldnt give me a refund. Only offered to replace the meal if I brought the whole meal back. I was on my way to an appointment, and couldnt go back right away. Also, how do you know the food sucks if you dont eat some. I will never again eat there! Have also let all my friends know on social media how bad the experience was.

Best service and chicken i have ever had. Way better than popeyes. They suck. The manager Tonie and Mollie are amazing and so accomoding. They always pack my meal right and never forget anything. It also helps that im not a rude customer like others may be.

Horrible service. Several menu items including CHICKEN (from a chicken based restaurant, Kentucky Fried CHICKEN) were unavailable. Wrong items, missing items. Its better just tongo to Popeyes across the street.

I like it but it can be a bit pricey even if you just want a small meal could cost you around 5 or 6 dollars. Though the food is excellent and the place was nice and clean for being a fast food restaurant.

My advice people. Check your bags before you leave. Got home and our 5$ fill ups only had the chicken and roll inside w/ drink. Missing everything else. Will not eat there again. EVER!
