If the stars went negative Id give this place a 5! Theres no sense in complaining because it was the so called "general manager" who insulted me the whole 15 minutes I was there. I even called corporate the way this guy had me so upset. I received my delivery an hour late and didnt even have the sauce for my cinnamon sticks. My food was called and all I wanted was my sauce, so I made the phone call and the man (general manager) proceeds to tell me "theres no way your food is cold, I made that fresh" I told him well if I cant get my sauce I atleast want a fresh pizza. I drove 7minutes from where I was at to the Pizza Hut (keep in mind the delivery took an hour) when I got there I gently sat my Pizza down and waited patiently (couple seconds) for the manager then asked him for another manager as a witness. He said "Im the only manager and the one you talked to on the phone now is this the pizza" with the worst attitude.!! I opened the box and asked him "would you honestly eat this pizza if you paid for it?" He didnt answer my question just shoved his nasty hands in my pizza scooped it up then dropped it back in the box and insulted me in the process!! "You can take your money back and leave my store" he says "why do you have an attitude with me when I dont have one with you, this isnt your money or pizza its mine, why are you mad?" I say... he says "YOU DO HAVE AN ATTITUDE!" First off, I was purposely being kind in hopes that he would just make me a new pizza and give me the sauce for an extra dollar. I said to my self this guy is an a**hole. Then said it aloud out of frustration. I cant put my finger on every detail of what happened today but one thing that stuck with me is the fact that he called me a "NOBODY" this was after I asked him if he thought I had an attitude because I was black... he hasnt looked at me after that comment since !! I told him I would call and make a complaint because theres no way he should be able to keep his job as general manager while disrespecting customers this way. No one deserves that... even if he was frustrated or having a bad day it is a part of his job description to maintain good relations and business with guests. Im baffled, I started having anxiety because I was so angry with the way I was treated. Not only that but Ive completely lost my appetite!! Im an African American junior in college. I order Pizza Hut at my convince all the time and this location was closest to where I was getting my hair done. Im extremely disappointed and heartbroken at the fact that the woodlands is full of this many disrespectful-secretively-racist ADULTS !... ADULTS!!! A grown man!! I knew I would experience something like this in my lifetime because this is just how society is but I never though it would happen like this..... I could cry .

I ordered a pizza on from this location online. When the pizza didnt arrive I called the phone number on the return email. I was transferred to an area manager who put me on hold for 9 minutes while she tried to contact the driver or the delivery manager. She then told me that she couldnt get an answer from the store or from the delivery manager and would call me back as soon as she did to resolve the problem. Immediately after hanging up with her I received a call from someone named Jeff. He asked if I would still like my pizzas. I said yes and started to ask when they would be delivered but was hung up on before I was able to ask. About fifteen minutes later our pizzas arrived. They were an hour and five minutes late and cold to the touch. I never received a phone call back from the manager, no apologizes were made, they didnt refund my money, explain what happened or attempt to make it right. We had to reheat the pizzas and didnt get to eat until 10:00 at night. I am very disappointed with the service we received and am not sure that I will order from Pizza Hut again.

Its been a while since I ordered a Pizza Hut pizza and liked their website. It said the pizza would arrive in around 35 minutes. 50 Minutes later I called the number to see what had happened and was put through to their call center. The person then spent 5 minutes trying to find my order and could not find it. Eventually they put me through to a manager who hung up on me. I called back and had a similar experience of them spending 5 minutes trying to find my order. I asked for them to put me through to a manager which took another 5 minutes. While waiting my Pizza showed up over 40 minutes late. The pizza was cold, greasy and extremely salty. I only ate 2 slices of it but about 3 in the morning was very sick. The good thing is they gave me the pizza for free but Im never ordering another pizza hut pizza. Probably the worst pizza Ive ever eaten and the experience was truly horrible. Im going back to Papa Johns.

Ordering online from Pizza Hut is Awesome! You can build your pizza exactly how you want it. The available selection of crusts, sauces, cheeses, and toppings is so vast, that ordering by phone would take quite a while. Heres what I got last time - 1 Large Original Stuffed Crust, Hut Favorite Crust Flavor Side 1 Ingredients: Premium Crushed Tomato Sauce, Fresh Spinach, Double Mushrooms, Onions, Black Olives Side 2 Ingredients: Premium Crushed Tomato Sauce, Green Peppers, Jalapenos, Double Mushrooms, Pineapple, Onions Try ordering that over the phone! Plus, you can save your order history for next time! The order came right when the timer said it would and it was perfect. Im getting hungry just thinking about it...

The worse customer service ever.. They missed up our order, didnt bring the wings and charged us $9.99 for a Medium pizza that should have been $1 with coupon. Also, They Charged $ 3.00 for adding sauce to pizza. So, basically overcharged us $12.00 for nothing... and when calling their location number, it goes to San Antonio, TX ordering location..and no one wants to discuss the issue...just transferred me numerous times.. Finally HUNG up on me.... I used to love Pizza Hut, but not after today..Im never buying from them again... No wonder they have such bad reviews...

So I can order my pizza online, but I have to pay in the store? A co-worker is going to pick up the order for the office, so she has to take the cards for every order, keep track of all of them, make sure no one gets double charged, etc. I couldnt even call the store and pay over the phone for my order. I hope this pizza is delicious, because its going to be the last time I pay for Pizza Hut. There is nothing I despise so much as a company that makes it difficult to give them my money, when there are so many competitors who are willing to make it easy!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!!!! Not only did it take them 2 hours to deliver my pizza (which arrived cold and stale) But they brought the wrong pizza!! I then proceeded to go around in circles with the call centers and "managers", who all assured me a replacement was on the way.. It has now been over 4 hours, and no pizza has arrived.. This is the most incompetent and careless situation I have ever been through with a restaurant.. Pizza Hut obviously has no concern for their customers.. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! I never will again.
