We arrived at this location, seated ( 7 in our party ) and from the beginning to the end of the meal this was the worst experience that I have had in 20 years. The waitress was inexperienced, messed up all 7 orders ranging from missing sausage, bacon, or ham. 7 Dr Peppers were ordered and arrived with approximately 1 inch of Dr Pepper when the ice was removed, was told I could not order a side of ham with my order, to toast being sent from the kitchen unbuttered, and in general very poor service. We observed our waitress entering our order 15 minutes after left took our order and left our table. Asking to speak to the manager, he arrived at our table with a scowl on his face as if " we " were bothering him.......and never saw him again........and for this we paid $65.00.......customer service, and satisfaction were non existent.......We will never visit I Hop again........We get better service, food, and satisfaction at Golden Corral..........

Imparcialmente puedo decir que la comida está rica. Muy sencilla pero aceptable si tienes antojo de pancakes y no quieres ir demasiado lejos. Sin embargo el servicio es malo, el lugar descuidado, hay basura en el piso y (sin intención de ofender a nadie) no tienen cuidado en dar una buena apariencia. Mi mesera literalmente traía un look de homeless y hacia la cocina se veían más de mismo aspecto, aunq tampoco puedo decir que me haya tratado mal. No está mal, pero tampoco lo calificaría de bueno

Back in the days I used to visit this place on a regular basis and service was outstanding, I also undertand that things changes with the time and this post is with the intention that youll can improve the customer service. Sadly service is horrible, I just had an unpleasant experience today, they seated us right away but right after that... took them about 10 minutes just to served the coffee, we waited about 40 minutes for the food which never arrived, because the order never made it to the kitchen (really..) the manager tried to fix things up but when you play with my time and my food I just dont appreciate that (thank you)! I really hope youll can improve the service because has gotten worse drastically. I believe ihop were created for customers to spend a great time; not an undesirable one!

Very unhappy with this location. Their staff are not very professional, had us waiting by the door until the lady that was mopping told us we could go sit and that someone will be with us. The guy who cleaned our booth only cleaned the table, the sits were dirty and food all over them. Took them 3 to 5 minutes to have someone come take our drink order. She had a bad attitude and no sense of respect. Finally made our order and had to changed it twice. Because they didnt have the food we wanted they didnt have no bananas they didnt have there new peach mango drink . In 15 minutes we only got our drinks and the restaurant was empty. Not impressed and will never go back to this location. One employee was counting her tips right on the other side of the booth

Worst experience ever this past weekend. The place itself looks dirty. There was about 2 tables occupied and our food took forever, My husband specifically told the waiter he didnt want a certain sauce on the burger and he brought it back with the sauce, so they had to remake it. When he brought the burger my husband bit into it and the chicken was completely raw, only the area around the chicken was semi cooked, the most disgusting thing ever so he just asked the waiter to take the plate and cancel his order. Our coffee was cold, we asked to get some fresh coffee and it never got to us on top of that, he just gave us a total without even bringing a check to us. Would NEVER go back to this place. i do not recommend it.

This is the nastiest Ihop Ive ever gone. We were seated and never greeted by our waiter. I cant even tell you what his name was. He just walked up to me and said "what do yall want to drink" .... If I wasnt starving I would of just got up and left. He got us our water and my boyfriends water had a gnat in it. When we got our food the French toast was barely cooked , bacon was fried too hard the only thing that was good was the pancakes. The silverware was dirty , and our waiter was gross. His shirt was half tucked in. Never come here its a waste of your time & money. Just go to the one on hwy 6 & 290 they are great.

I went in today at 12:45 (12-4-16) the hostess sits me.. Nobody takes my drink order intill I said something 15 minutes later, then the waitress takes my order of simple pancakes, eggs, bacon... I waited 30 minutes, I asked manager why my food was taking so long, she is no help at all.. The guy next to me just walked in and already had his food before I did, so I left.. The manager has no control of her wait staff, and the wait staff has terrible customer service, I was outraged at the way I was looked over..this whole crew needs to be layer off especially the manager!! Do not go to this IHOP just go to Dennys!!!

Husband and I stopped by to get breakfast it did not look to packed like other times but it took 15 min to get a seat. And our waitress seemed in a unpleasant mood. We were served coffee but we noticed that the people who had been seated before us did not have food. We asked the customer beside us if they had ordered and he mentioned he placed his order 40 min ago and had yet to receive it!! We asked the waitress if it would be to long for us to place our order and she completely ignored us. That did it for us and we walked out. Never drank the coffee just walked out..

This is the worst place to eat ever. This is the last time going here. Weve been several times and poor service, but this last time Friday was it for us. The waiter charged $5.36 more of my card, plus the food took 30+ minutes to come out when it wasnt nobody but 1 other couple in there. The manager Joseph didnt show any interest in your problems or concerns even after calling him on the phone. He said he would call me back and 3 days now, still no call back. Im done with IHOP at 13888 Northwest Fwy and you should be too. DONT GO HERE EVER.

I used to go to this one ALL THE TIME... but will never go back... March 3rd night shift was horrible... was there 30-40 min and still nobody asked us for what we were having to drink. (we got caught up in chatting and realized wth) The couple seated next to us left about 20 min before we did... we went to Dennys on 290 instead. It was by no means busy at all...staff walking around and not attending to customers. No acknowledgement or anything "hey ill be right with you im behind a table... hey im sorry, yall are next..." NOTHING.
