I have always liked this particular Publix. Hunt Club Publix has disappointed me in such a way, I dont think I can go back to that one. In such a world where there is so much turmoil and taking, my sons youth group tried to give back. They went to this Publix to try and do Random Acts of Kindness. Nothing was being said of our faith, only to randomly pay for some peoples groceries with a Merry Christmas! The youth raised this money themselves to go out and brighten some random peoples lives for an evening. The manager of Hunt Club Publix would not allow the youth to do this. When I myself stated to the Asst Mngr, that this was very disappointing, his comment was about not everyone believing the way we did and that "it is just the world we live in." We did not tell anyone what our beliefs were, that was not the point of this. The point of this was to teach our youth to give and to give randomly, often, and without cause. We are trying to teach our youth to be better then the world we live in. The response of the Asst mngr saddened me so much. So for everyone reading this, it is okay to have organizations sit outside Publix and asked for money (BTW: both my boys are scouts so I am not condemning this), but it is not okay to give back to the community here. Food for thought. Im thinking the news might find this story interesting, what about you guys?

So dissapointed with this Publix I expected more The sushi is supposed to be $5 on Wednesday (limited selection) & for the past couple weeks the publix worker and the sushi person stated due to not having the "sticker"they cannot sell it for $5 bc its a different company not Publix. They assured us last week they would have the sticker and today the publix worker stated they no longer were doing this Special at all. Yet, they clearly had a sign next to the sushi. She then got the sushi person on duty. The sushi person said something about his boss not sending the sticker. I didnt really understand due to language barrier but all i know is i went down the street after work to the Altamonte Publix and they had no problem getting the "stickers" in this location. Even if the sushi is not provided by Publix (like the worker stated) Publix is selling it! I think someone needs to take accountability and get these "stickers" or take down the sign and stop the misleading in advertising the sale.

This location seems bigger, older and has a nice selection but the service here is the worst I have ever experienced or encountered at any publix Ive ever been to. It was my first time here and definitely the last. Its shocking because publix is supposed to be known for great customer service arent they? Theres an older lady here that helped our cashier bag our groceries as she ordered employees around and rushing to close, Im assuming she is unfortunately the assistant manager. When an item was marked up wrong and scanned at a cost for more then it was labeled, I asked my cashier about it, thats when the older lady cut her off and started speaking for her, throwing off guesses on why that is instead of correcting it. The older lady was not only rude, but she was giving me an attitude by snapping at me, being pushy and rolling her eyes as she stood there and barked. There are plenty of other locations around here, surely I will never come back to this publix ever again.

For a Publix the customer service is horrendous. The store manager was rude the only time Ive ever come in contact with him. I moved to this area the end of March beginning of April and this is the closest Publix to me. Every time I go here they dont offer to take my cart out. No one ever asks if I need help finding anything. You know, the normal Publix customer service. On top of that Ive been ignored by the cashiers and baggers at checkout while they finish their conversation. Never once acknowledging me other than to tell my what my total is. Some of the cashiers are very friendly so its not all of them. Which is why Ive given them two stars. Ive been here maybe 4 or 5 times. I end up driving to a store thats farther from my house just to avoid this store. Shopping here is not a pleasure, its uncomfortable.

While I overall enjoy shopping at Publix as a whole I will never step foot into this location again. The deli is the worst! The woman that work behind that counter are miserable bitches. God forbid you need something from the back they havent re stocked. They will huff and roll there eyes at you. Also if you shop here and buy foods with expiration dates you better grab them from the back. The stock boys here very clearly do not rotate the product. I cant tell you how many yogurts I have accidentally bought that were already past the date. Produce goes bad within days from this store. While this store is within walking distance I literally drive to the Wekiva Publix.

this publix has been shopped at by my family for the longest, today.. I go in and I hurt my ankle this morning so I sat in the cart! Just trying to have a good time, I was laughing with my friends ( not making a seen or disturbing any other customers ) and he appeared to either be the manager or owner, he started yelling at me and my friends as if I was a child and killed my whole mood. The way he spoke to me was so disrespectful. He forced me to get out of the cart walk on my hurt ancle. I tried explaining why I was in the cart and he seemed as if he just "didnt wanna hear it" last time Im shopping here.

I 100% will never ever go back to this publixs, we bought a house in the neighborhood about 3 years ago. we were really excited to being so close to a Publix but this deli is the worst every single time we go you will wait 20 mins weither there is one person or two people in front of you. I will not order online because I like my meat chipped and they never get that right, we even told the cashiers that it was bad and their response was we know we cant even go over there on our lunch break. So I will drive to the next one for now on.

Literally the worst deli experience. They were completely incompetent, straight up ignored my friend when she was trying to order a sub. There was no line and by the time they decided to help us, it had been ten minutes with a line forming. Having worked and managed retail and fast food, it is an expectation to work quickly and efficiently and unfortunately this was not the case with this Publix. Hate to leave a bad review, but also hate it when people are treated poorly and nothing is said.

The pharmacy people arent that Friendly they send that recorded massage youre phone and that says youre meds are ready for pick up and there not!! The little girls as cashiers couldnt even be bothered to say hello when cashing out but yet thought it was appropriate to talk about bras and panties that were on sale for $15 in front of my husband and I this Wasnt appropriate at all this place is so Trashy!!
