Some of the worst service I have ever had. We sat in the dinning room on what looked to be a slow night, we got seated right away and that was only good part of our experience. After being seated it took twenty minutes before anyone even came over to take our drink order. Our server did not seem to be paying attention to what we were saying at all. He rushed us ordering our drinks and appetizer. After ordering he rushed off without even asking if we were ready to order our entrées, he came back a few minutes later to ask for our entree order and did not even write it down just said "yes okay" and ran off yet again. About another thirty minutes later he came over with one of the entrées (that wasnt even what was ordered) and we hadnt even received our appetizer and once again he ran off before we could say this was wrong. Finally once we got our food, which came all out of order, it was okay tasting nothing to brag about. After eating we were pretty much ignored and had to ask the busser for our check. I think its pretty sad that we were ignored by our own server. We dont plan on going here again but if you do I would suggest trying the hibachi as it seems the other reviews make it sound a heck of a lot better.

I love this place. BEST sushi for miles around. Somewhat High-class. Amazing decor. If youre trying to impress a date bring them here. I love the Out Of Control Roll. The Pad Thai is really good too. My friend has the sashimi and he said it was amazing. Clearly the owner has high standards. The mixed drinks are great. I had the white chocolate martini. It was strong and had good flavor. Not overpriced either. My only complaint is on 2 occasions the wait staff disappeared for several minutes when we needed them, but its a new place so i think they are working out the kinks. One time they were gone for a long time because the register wasnt working, and no one even told us. Mildly annoying but not enough to remove a star.

Just left Kobe after a very disappointing meal. We ordered a shrimp tempura roll as an appetizer and they brought out regular shrimp tempura with sauce. No big deal but that was only the beginning. Chicken hibachi dinner and spicy ginger beef were both very cold as well as the rice. We asked the server if they could heat it up and the must have just thrown it into a microwave because the food was very dried and wilted when they brought it back and the spicy beef was actually still cold. We ended up just laving most of the reheated food on the table and left. We will not be returning here again.

Finally got around to hitting this place up for hibachi. Overall, i was satisfied with everything. Good food, good service, and the hibachi chef actually spoke enough English to engage in conversation, which was nice. Id give this place 5 stars but for the sushi. I know, I know, everyone else raves about it, but i had a couple picks off their appetizer menu, and it wasnt bad, but it wasnt great either. Ill definitely come back, just maybe next time Ill save my sushi money for a scorpion bowl

Some of best service I have ever had at a restaurant has been here. I have eaten here 4 times now. The general tso is one of the best I have ever had. My mother is not usually a fan of general tso but loved it here. The tom yum soup is now a family favorite. Highly recommend the thai basil and the chicken with garlic sauce is hands down THE best I have ever had. Try the ice cream to finish off your meal. My personal favorites are the red bean ice cream and ginger ice cream.

This was a great find after reading a review for a different sushi place. They had suggested to go here instead funny enough. Service was amazing and so was the food. Just when we thought they couldnt be any nicer, we were on our way out when we were given a really nice pair of warm kids mittens for our daughter with the KOBE name on them. Super nice and not expected. We will definitely be back here again! Highly recommended! You would be dumb not to give them a chance!

this an an edit from my first review, I have now been going here a few nights a week for months, and yet still dont have a single complaint. Ive now gotten to know most of the staff including the owners Shawn and Kenny and I must say this is still by far the best Asian cuisine around. Along with the bogo drink happy hour during the week I cant see any reason not to go here, the food is absolutely amazing!!! Thanks to everyone there keep up the great work!!!

Bad customer service. Told me i couldnt change my lettuce wraps to general tso chicken entree 15 seconds after i ordered takeout. And yelled at me when i politely asked them to change it or give me a 2nd order. Theres a girl who works there who didnt know what the soups were or what was in their roles and said i can call back at 10 at rhe lastest to order food when they close at 10 . Made no sense. Horrible service.

Portions are tiny!! Im 411 100lbs and Im still hungry after my habachi meal!! We had one habachi meal and a few pieces of sushi for two of us and our 2 year old.. (note you have to add on the fried rice to habachi meal) a beer and a glass of wine and our bill was $68! The chef did nothing special or fun, just cooked the meal in front of us... The waitresses were rude and short. Will not be back again.

Staff is extremely friendly was more then excited to see us with our ten month old son. They gave a large both so we had plenty of space for car seat. They also invited us to check out the fish tank with our son. Food was also very good. They did not rush us. They made sure we had everything we need and our son was happy. Will definitely be going back

Great environment and very nice decoration in the restaurant, Gabriella was awesome at the bar and very sweet, the waitress Bonny along with Ruben were very curteous and attentive to our needs. The chef ( didnt catch his name) was very upbeat and social. Needless to say the hibachi and sushi were above expectations would definitely come here again

The place is amazing. Great for dates or family fun. The bar has a great look to it and the drinks are top notch. My wife and I had the Teriyaki beef for dinner. The meat was cooked to perfection. Then we ended with the bartenders martini... the Tiramisu martini...OUT OF THIS WORLD... A must HAVE!!!

We sat and had habachi . It was great watching the chef work his fun and magic fixing the food right in front of you on a huge griddle ......the food and drinks were excellent . Definitely would go back again. The staff was very friendly . Definitely recommend Kobe Asian Bistro
